My pregnant wife went in to get FIVE balloons inflated for a gender reveal for family and was refused help AND got a nasty attitude. We traveled from out of state to visit family and perform a simple gender reveal with colored balloons.My wife went in to get literally (5) balloons (that was all that fit in our box) and got a nasty girl who stated we dont fill balloons on weekends, all orders need to be called in.At the same time, (3) other employees were standing around doing nothing. Shocker.Nothing about this policy on the website, always a pathetic excuse about the magic flu that theyre under staffed and over worked. Get over it and do your job.No way to know about this or other ridiculous policies. Its not like she was asking for 50 balloons. My wife came back with (2) balloons as that is all they they would inflate, (just 3 more was too much apparently) and 3 uninflated balloons. Yes, they LITERALLY made her purchase individual un-inflated latex balloons. Ill say it again, 5 balloons.Im posting this on account of my wife and I really wish I was there. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. No wonder you recent reviews are trash and other locations are going out of business.
The lady who helped me with the balloons did AMAZINGLY .My balloon deflated in 6 hrs. She told me all about molars and vinyl balloon differences. And about thr extra for the balloons. She never ridiculed me. Was always very pleasant .I forgot her nane. Blonde ponytail and great personality.
Customer service is typically horrible. Dropped off gallons on Thursday and was told they won’t be ready until Saturday at 4pm!!! It takes this many days to have balloons blown up! This is absolutely terrible customer service. Oh and the cashier said don’t worry calling, we won’t pick up the phone.
Awful management. I had to point out to someone gathering carts that the line was building up being that they had just one cashier & 6 customers on line!!!

I understand that the stores are busy and maybe understaffed but it was not a good experience. Waited about 10 minutes on the phone before someone answered and there is literally 4 parking spots with the words curbside pick up Letter A on it. Guys outside just picked and choosed which car they would jumped to with no organization what so ever. Was very disappointed. Would not do curbside pick up there again.

The store itself has everything and Ive been shopping here since it opened. Ive never experienced such rudeness as I did tonight by the manager, melissa. I needed to purchase helium balloons. She was short and nasty with me from the start. They used to have an organized system with the balloons years ago where you would order the balloons by the balloons and then pay at the register. Melissa asked me which number balloons I needed while at the register. I told her I needed a bunch for a baby shower and asked if she could meet me down there so I could tell her which ones I needed. She told me they dont do that anymore and handed me a pen and paper. She continued to be hostile with me after I did as she said. There are many other places I can get balloons. And, I will not be giving them that business any longer. Someone needs to talk to Melissa regarding customer service.

If I could give no stars I would! There selection in party plates, etc were slim to none. I went there looking for baby blue and pink plates and they dont carry baby blue any more if fact there were very few color to chose from. Unfortunately I left there empty handed .... Dont know what happened this place use to have everything and more. Oh and it was a mess, very disappointed!

I love Party City. The people are so nice and the place is always clean and stocked.BUT. I was there on Sunday (August) and they were in full fledged Halloween mode. I mean, its August. SMH

Way overpriced. You can get the same stuff on Amazon or walmart for a fraction of the price. Employees hate their life, including the manager. Plan ahead, shop somewhere else.
The employees were very rude in this store. Its becoming easier to avoid Party City altogether and go elsewhere when your treated like youre worth nothing.

Nice staff good location. Easy to see right off of Veterans Memorial Highway servicing Northport, Dix Hills, Commack and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. No public restrooms. Reasonably priced . We will definitely be going back.

There are even trial rooms for you to try it on! Dont feel like buying a whole costume? Theres hundreds of separate accessories that you can mix and match to make your own, unique costume. These include wigs, beards, jewelry, capes, wings, crowns, swords, wands, animal ears/whiskers/tails, skirts, tops, gloves, hats, suits, facepaint, and so much more!!! Theres also Halloween decoration here. I got myself a posable Jack Skellington for my front yard, plus other cute ghosts, witches, pumpkins, and scarecrows. Please avoid this location. I had purchased 100 dollars worth of party supplies. 30 dollars in balloons which deflated as soon as I took them home plus there were a couple of items that I didnt use and wanted to return probably around 20 dollars worth. I returned to the store 2 days later wanting a refund or store credit either would be ok. The woman refused said I had to come back at another time so they could search for it ? What does that mean ? She was nasty, rude and dismissive. I mean this is suppose to be a fun place meant to help decorate parties.Its everything but that. Never to return.

A lady also looking for balloons next to me felt the same way when she asked for balloons they said what number the lady responded what do you mean with attitude the workers responded each balloon has a number on them which number do you want she said actually just wanted number balloons “21” definitely won’t be going here anymore .
