I visited Pristine Mitsubishi on September 17, 2021 to check out a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage GT I saw on their website.I was told by the saleswoman that the car wasnt ready to test drive because it needed to be checked and certified by a company called Niada. So, I put down a $50 deposit in hopes that Id be able to test drive it when it gets back.I called them back on Sept 20 and was told that it came back, but needed the air conditioner fixed and Id be called back by Friday.I call back on Friday, Im told by the saleswoman that the car was sold to someone while she was out sick and she offered me a completely different Mitsubishi Mirage that was higher priced. I declined and asked for my money back.I dont think Ill ever do business with this place again nor will I recommend this place to anyone else. Im very unhappy and dissatisfied with the fact that I put down a deposit, yet they still sold the vehicle to someone else.

This dealership is the worst. We went to the dealership 3 weeks ago. Put a down payment of $2,000. Wasn’t to happy how they ran things over there let’s mention that. We asked for our money back.. they wasn’t picking up our phone calls, every time we went over there they will just tell us things to get us going… to the point we had to go to the bank to file a claim just to get our money back. It’s not fair and really unethical. That’s not how we needed to be treated and certainly not fair, asking for our hard earn money back. Not happy at all.

Had been in talks with Josh (salesman). We agreed to a deal over the phone. I put a deposit down on the vehicle and was waiting for a manager to reach out to me that afternoon.Never heard from the manager, so I followed up with Josh the next morning. He said he was going to run downstairs and see what was going on.At that point I was a little uneasy but thought I would eventually be contacted by the manager. Come to find out the dealership sold the car from under me while I was waiting to be contacted.In the moment I was furious, but after a weekend to think on the entire situation its actually LAUGHABLE how unprofessional these individuals are. I requested pictures of any scratches/imperfections and they did not send them till AFTER we had agreed on a price and had a verbal agreement.Horrible experience and a terrible lack of integrity and customer service. I would highly recommend against working with this dealership as there are plenty of others to work with that will actually honor their word.

The gentleman answered all my questions and concerns about how to go about fixing windshield and other things I had questions about on my car. First time I been at a dealership service that didnt try to sell me on a million other repairs or options. Was very pleased with the honestly and service. I was in and out in less than 1 hour for an oil change. I will definitely go back -- also loved the new line up of suvs. This dealership is nicer than the ones I used to go to in Wantagh and smithtown before they closed.

Great experience with Mike. I wanted to see probably 6 different cars before I decided on the 2021 Mitsubishi. Mike was patient and super informative. I never would have considered buying a new car if he hadn’t explained all of the pricing in depth to me. I had no idea that I could get a brand new outlander sport for the same monthly payment as the used SUVs I was looking at. We hit a couple issues due to me having multiple places of residency but he was super patient and figured it out. Love my car! Great experience.

Drove 2.5 hours to see a car advertised for $29000. Called ahead of time to inquire about all fees we would encounter buying the car as we were prepared to leave with that car same day. We were told $2800 taxes and fees. So just under $32k out the door. We meet with sales rep and ask about power train warranty. We are told we can pay for a certification to be done and that would get us the power train warranty. Fee for that is 3k. Total cost now is 35k. We see Ryan next. He is a fast talker who then tells us the price is at 38k and the certification is not optional. He says he will not sell us the car without us agreeing to pay that fee, he will just sell the car to someone else. As we begin to ask questions as we are trying to wrap our heads around the idea that a car we were told was $32 out the door is now $38k Ryan’s tone becomes very aggressive and feels very angry. Ryan is why we walked out. As I now read these reviews I see we are not the only people who have experienced this same thing yet the dealership continues doing business the same so they clearly don’t have an issue with this behavior. Why apologize to all the negative reviewers saying you are concerned that happened yet you continue to allow it??

Well first of all the car in question was so dirty, both inside and outside. We went for a test drive and our clothes got dirty and dusty. Secondly the car made so much noise as we drove it. The sales guy was so indifferent. We drove over 2 hours for nothing to get there eventhough i told them i really wanted the car and didnot want to come back. Someone reached out days after and asked my experience with them, after telling her, i never heard anything back. If you want to waste your time, this is the dealership for you.

SERVICE IS COMPLETELY TERRIBLE!! Their service manager Keith has absolutely no clue on ensuring safety to their customers ! Our car was brought their for not only squeaking but also new rotors that were seizing up! They told us we were responsible for purchasing new breaks meanwhile the car was purchased 1 week before ! They told us the car went through a 160 point inspection meanwhile the car had malfunctioning breaks. This is a danger to not only myself as the drive yet also other drivers on the road ! I explained this to not only Keith yet the other managers as well and they all assumed it would be my responsibility to fix a car not only under warranty through them yet also during a situation where the issue was previesly there before the purchase was made! I also witnessed Their service mechanics poorly working on the cars and slamming the doors into the car lift !! Not only once but several times with zero concern !! There mechanic shop is gardbage and their entire establishment has no car or concern for their customers!!

You better off buying from a auction least you know to expect the unexpected there haha.In response to “the manager Ron”, I talked to you multiple times till you and your staff started ignoring my calls. As for me calling you now to discuss this, your the “manager” you should be contacting me(you know all my info)telling me you apologize for my inconvenience, you took care of the issue and your sending me back the amount I paid for the tags and title since you guys couldn’t take care of it in a timely fashion. FYI I still have not received my tags!! It’s been almost 4 months after the purchase! The whole experience was horrible! I got mislead by your team about the price to get me in there and then you guys played more games by not processing my tags n title and giving me the runaround. STAY AWAY FROM RYAN:Best place to visit if you want to waste YOUR time and get ripped off!I went here with my wife and 4 month old son to book a 2018 Kia Sorento LX AWD (internet pricing was $19,995). After wasting my time checking the vehicle they tell me now the price of the vehicle is 19,995+3600(warranty)+900 (handling)+ taxes and DMV fees= 28000+. Upon urging strongly they decided to remove the warranty fees, the condition being I have to finance the vehicle from them at a bizarre 15.99% interest rate (which i cannot refinance) even after having a credit score of 675 and higher (actually my fica score was 750), however, they could give me at 4 % interest rate if I pay for the warranty. Either ways, they had made there minds to book me for extra 4 grand. Stay away from this place!By any chance if you still visit this unprofessional place, make sure to verify that there are no hidden charges such as warranty and dealership fees bla bla on top of the internet price.Also make sure how much downpayment you could make, as they wont allow you to make more than 10% downpayment as they want to loot you via so called auto loan!

My overall experience at Pristine Mitsubishi has been quite stressful and I would like anyone seeing this to use this as a sign of caution prior to doing any business with them.I purchased my car from Pristine Mitsubishi on 4/4/21, and I have had issues with this dealership ever since. After taking the car home, the car needed breaks, there was a constant rattle in the wheel well, and the automatic windows would often get stuck after rolling the windows down. I reached out to Mitsubishi, who fixed the breaks. I returned the car back to Mitsubishi in order to correct the other issues. The following day, I was told my car was ready for pickup. Being a mechanic myself, I know the issues with the window could not be corrected in less than 2 hours of them being open. I spoke to the secretary in the service department, who had no idea of what she was speaking on, but she eventually told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle. After several calls and talks with the manager, the service department finally identified the issue (after going back and forth 3 times)with the window and got it fixed, the rattle in the wheel they told was clips that they replaced I end up fixing it myself it was the control arm (this all took a month). Recently, I have been waiting every day for the mail to come to my home so that I am able to update my expired dealership registration and replace it with the one I paid for at the dealer. I went on the DMV website to inquire about the status of the registration and it reads SEE DEALER. I have received a ticket every single day due to the expired registration. I contacted Pristine Mitsubishi, who have yet to give me a solution to my recent problem. Learn from my own mistakes and never use them!

Let me just start off by saying how happy and exited I am I left pristine Mitsubishi with my 2018 grand Cherokee jeep 🥰🥰 and I’m in love I can’t stay out the car! I was searching everywhere kept getting denied😓! But I walked in the doors of pristine Mitsubishi and Marcus and Ryan were like angels sent from god to rescue me! You don’t even understand when I thought this couldn’t happen they assured me to not worried and geuss what I got my truck! They are so helpful and honest! If your gonna get a car get it from here! This is a VERY shady dealership. I found a pre-owned vehicle to purchase. I got to the point that I needed a purchase agreement for my bank to finalize the loan for the vehicle. I knew something was up when the deal had to be “finalized” with James the GM. He informed me that all of their vehicles are certified and that there would be a additional charge of $3500 on top of the price of the vehicle. I made it clear that I did not want this warranty, and he informed me that I had no choice but to purchase this warranty or they would not sell me the vehicle. I made it clear how misleading the advertised price was if you have no choice but to purchase this mandatory warranty.I have purchased many vehicles in the past and have never found a dealer that is so misleading. I will be filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney General, and this will be looked into.
