COVID Rapid Test Kits> I cant imagine Walgreens or any other retailer out there would want potential COVID postive customers to have to come into their store to get a rapid test kit. PLEASE allow your employees to sell these kits through the drive thru to keep everyone safe. It doesnt make sense that drive thru Pharmacy personnel cannot sell them through the window and instead directs customers to go into the store to get one.Please change your policy nationwide as soon as possible to align with common sense. Thank you!

Sitting outside waiting for this place to open. It’s supposed to open at 8 am, and it’s 8:30 now. There’s 2 young girls that work here running around confused because neither one of them brought the key to unlock the door. Please consider hiring some responsible adults to run the multi million dollar business. (SMFH)

In drive thru for 20 minutes. Shouldnt have time to review while waiting in drive thru. If customers needs will take longer than 5 minutes tell them to park and go inside. Drive thru should be for pick up and drop off not insurance inquisition.

I think the pharmacist I just spoke to was Aaron and he was seriously the friendliest pharmacist Ive ever dealt with! We just moved north from Denver and I really wish all pharmacy staff was as cheerful and helpful as him!

Its been a while since Ive been in this store. I avoided this store when I first moved here 2 years ago because of how rude people were.Yesterday I had the most pleasant experience with a young lady named Marie. She was taking someones picture when I first walked up to ring out. When she noticed me, she acknowleded me and told me someone would be right with me. When she seen more people she called for back up, and continued to ring me up while processing passports. Multitasking at its finest. Never once did she rush me, even when I forgot to give her my coupon. Hold on to this young lady, she is doing a great job!

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. Most of the generic versions of my Rx give me bad side effects. There is one generic version that does not cause these side effects and it’s difficult to find. The person I spoke to told me they had the good generic version in stock, so I switched from Costco to this pharmacy even though Costco is much cheaper. I went to pick up my Rx today and it’s not the one they told me they had, it’s another dirty generic that will give me terrible side effects and DOES NOT WORK! I called to complain and they said they don’t actually have the generic version they claimed to have, the guy who “helped” me was just confused. Now I’m stuck with bad medication for 30 days, no recourse. First and last time I will ever use this pharmacy. They’re also very slow in addition to giving bad information.

Ive been shopping here since they opened. Up until about a year ago, it was ran by the rudest individuals. I believe it came under new management because theres been a drastic change. Everyone is so nice and the managers are on top of everything.

They need more staff. Always short handed, nothing ever in stock. Just terrible

I had gone to the store to purchase a gift card for a refund process of canceled concert tickets. I had zero idea that I was being scammed. I had asked the store manager, Staci McNeal, where to find these cards she was absolutely certain that this was a fraudulent operation. After comparing the number I was calling to the number of the actual ticket agency, her intuition was right and she was 100% correct. If she hadnt stopped to help me (even while being called to the front of the stores to help the cashiers), I would have been scammed out of $878.00. This is the single best customer service experience Ive had in my 37 years of life. Eternally grateful.

Poor customer service!Your staff needs to be trained properly.One of the employees was just being lazy and gave me attitude when I asked for help with an order that was damaged.I ended up calling customer service because I was told to “handle on my own”

When someone calls in a refill (a couple days before picking it up), and your supplier is out of that certain medication, you should probably call your customer to let them know before they drive over there to pick it up. Its an anti-seizure medication and now we are scrambling to find another pharmacy and get in touch with our primary doctor so we can get the prescription filled ASAP. Not the first time we have run into issues here. Last time we went to pick up the same medication, they only had half of the prescription ready. The time before that, we went and it was not ready despite being told that it was ready for pick up. Will definitely be finding a new pharmacy.

Im very disappointed with the staff. I have sent photos online to get processed here and the first two times the photos came out great. But lately the photos they have processed for me have been terrible, numerous smudge marks in the photos and they were cropped horribly. Whats more upsetting, is the older gal that works behind the front counter blamed the photo errors on me.... Like seriously, and it wasnt just once but twice now that she said my photos came back with smudges and line marks because of me... if that was the case then why did they come back perfectly at a Walmart photo center. There is another younger lady that helped this last time and said that the machine they use is known to have problems... she actually took care of me and only charged me for the photos that actually turned out decent.Before I even submit photos online to get processed, I will check them myself and ensure the quality on my end is good, (which Ive never taken horrible photos) and crop them myself if needed.Ill never shop here again or submit photos. Had I had a better shopping experience and the older lady actually be helpful, it would be another story. I hope this location gets this ladys attitude in check or else she could seriously hurt the business. Just take care of your customers.

Pharmacy is very fast and friendly. And one of the larger Walgreens stores makes it more convenient to get in and out instead of having to shop at the extremely busy local King Soopers.

I have never in my life dealt with a pharmacy staff that is so helpful! We are extremely grateful to Jennifer and Aaron. Thank you for taking care of our extremely difficult prescription needs. These are awesome people!

Great pharmacy staff! I was told my prescription was going to be $120 because insurance wouldnt cover it. Richard P. talked to my insurance for 10 min to make them cover it. In the end I paid only $20. Thank you Richard, you are awesome!

The staff in the pharmacy is amazing. The are very helpful and never impatient or rude like the pharmacy staff at king soopers on 104th.

The young lady working the pharmacy drive thru had a attitude. When i asked to speak with the pharmacist she rolled her eyes like it was a problem.

I have been a customer that has gone here for 2 years and things used to run so smooth, I called. They said they had the prescription. I go to the Walgreens drive thru and pick it up. But for the last TWO MONTHS the phones have been “busy” and the drive thru says it’s open but I wait a good 5-10 minutes and no one shows up, I even press the “ask” button which clearly seems to be broken as well. I have asked multiple times if the issue has been fixed and it hasn’t! It’s extremely frustrating. I’m not the only one who has noticed this, some of my neighbors have complained about this being fixed but it never does. Please get this situated!!

I work late and tend to stop by later at night. Each time I have there is usually a young group of kids working and they don’t seem to pay much attention to anything but each other. But it is a quick stop in the way home when I don’t wan to run into Kingsoopers. However, prices are a bit high. I had to leave tonight and go to kingsoopers bc something I needed was 2x the price here than it was across the street...

Before, I dealt with younger staff you would talk amongst themselves and never say a word to me as they were ringing out my stuff. Lately, the staff has been great. I feel like it was the younger staff over the summer that were unprofessional and did not care to offer help and rolled their eyes if I asked for help. That seems to be improved tremendously.

Aaron is the best. I made the mistake of going to king soopers and they were awful. Went into Walgreens to talk to them about my experience and confirm what I suspected was happening with my prescription at KS. Will never fill a prescription at king soopers, even with the gas points.

My husband had a prescription send there because kings wasnt going to have it till next week. We call walgreens make sure they have it and I get the assistant who keeps telling me its over the counter you can come in and buy it. When the prescription is a complete different dose. They told me 30 min-1hr. I go they tell me yu can buy it. When its a different dose. I had to go back to kings soopers to just find out they never even got or called kings to get the prescription. So sad it I could give them zero stars I would. Real disappointing..

Just stood at the Pharmacy counter for ten minutes while they stood 10 feet from me working far from diligently. I was ignored for a solid 10 minutes until I walked out. I have been taking my family’s prescripts to Walgreens for 20 years. The laziness I have seen in these franchises in the last few years is sad and disgraceful.You are a pharmacist.Do your job well or do something else.I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. ✌🏻

Rude and incompetent pharmacy. Filled a prescription 2 weeks ago, come back today with the same prescription and are turned away!!! Said they cant fill it and we have to go somewhere else because they dont accept those prescription, but accepted 2 weeks ago?!?! Disappointing

The staff there is AWESOME!!!!! They are always ready to help you. The go out of there way to find economical solutions when needed.

Ive only had good experience here. Theres a dude with Tattoos there and a guy with a 22k Gold and Jade necklace that both provide solid service.

Horrible attitude in pharmacy, she was rude and inpatient when i asked her a question about my prescription. I now drive 22 miles to get my scripts filled,i have no problem with that...

I printed photos from the web, which assured me they would be ready in an hour. I come in 2 hours later and they werent ready, telling me it would be a few more hours and another drive across town. I should have just printed them myself.
