We finally got a chance to try Dutch Bros for our first time. Lemme just say, it did NOT disappoint! I ordered the Caramel Pumpkin brulée; it was amazing! Hubs had the Dutch frost pumpkin pie. That was like dessert in cup!!! Will definitely be visiting again!

The coffee is amazing, but the drive through lines always seen to either be busy or slow.

So if I say this is my first time I would be lying I kinda live here me and my husband frequently get coffee redbulls teas! We always have the best service I believe this is the only place I will always tip cause there service is so outstanding plus they always know me so I feel so good going! I cant say enough good words about them! Service is phenomenal the staff is genuine and the drinks are fire!

Can you please not have your employees stare at the screen while they ask if you’d like to tip. Honestly it’s really uncomfortable and your customers shouldn’t be put in that position.

Its a dutch bros. Not much else to say. Surgery drinks and decent coffee. Their rebels are the star of their show and makes going for basically what is a extra sugar syrup red bull worth the wait and trip.

Pleasantly surprised. I order one of the frozen drink and it was delicious. I will definitely be returning to try other menu items!

We drive past 2 Starbucks to come here. What more can I say. Service is great, plenty of drink variety for non-coffee drinkers, and the vibe is always fun and friendly.

It was the best Ive had. Its called an eclipse with green tea. It was delicious. Everyone had something different, but unfortunately I dont remember all the names.

Great coffee but the service is the slowest I have ever had. The first time I went I waited 20 minutes for my drink, the second time I was in line for 5 min before I was even helped and the lady taking orders went inside. I understand they are trying to be friendly, but it isnt social hour its about getting costumers served.

Ive only been to this specific dutch bros location once but Ive been to plenty over my life time. I leave more than satisfied every time. This time I ordered an iced dutch mojito made with green tea and the woman that took my order recommended that I try it with a splash of coconut milk. I typically dont care for coconut milk but I tried it still and it was delicious. 10/10 would go back. Great customer service, great drinks.

Super kind and friendly people! The first drink I ordered I didnt like and they hooked me up with a new one free of charge. One thing I didnt enjoy was how big the chunks of ice were.

Good beverages, pricing is fair. The staff working their the day I visited was very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure all the beverages I ordered, were made to order, as I have a large order. Everything was great, and made fresh. Definitely will return again.

A bit pricey but the service here is incredible. The staff is always incredibly friendly. Couple that with the sheer power of their 911 coffee (if you need energy NOW, this is your first, last, and best choice) and now I have to drive through every time Im in the area.

The employee interaction here was very positive and friendly. Someone making drinks that I happened to be able to see when waiting (briefly) for the attendant to grab my order just struck up conversation. From the outside, seems like a positive culture, but maybe there is some hidden pressure I am unaware of. The graphic design of all their stuff (cups, signs, employee clothing) is really cool and professionally made. It surprisingly made the drive through an experience. I will say, however, that I doubt the strength of Dutch Brothers is in the quality of their espresso... If you like fun, novel, seasonal, sweet drinks, this is the spot for you!

I love their coffee, it is so good! I get the carmelizer with almond milk blended but fair warning the coffee flavor is strong and it tastes more like mocha than caramel. I highly recommend this place and this might not be important but it kinda gives me roadtrip vibes

Quick & friendly service! Theres two lanes that flow into one and an employee comes to your car to take your order if theres a line. Best part? Theyll walk your drinks out to you, if your order is ready before the cars in front you!!

No idea what just happened. I paid for a black coffee, waited 15 minutes at the walk up window, never received my order, then went to Starbucks. Never, Ever again, they literally stole from me. I will be disputing the charge. But Dutch Bros are actual thieves.

I go here often, after years of making fun of people who spend tons of money at places like S___bucks. Their variety is great and everyone friendly and helpful. I just wish some of their drinks were a tad less expensive.

I came to Dutch bros for my first time tonight after work. The really pretty blond with the pig tails help me. I didnt know what to get so I asked her what her favorite drink was? She maid me a ice coffee that was amazing! Not only was the ice coffee amazing but she was really nice. I will be back for sure!

Coffee may be good, but the hot chocolate here is luke warm and not very sweet. Mine also tasted like cardboard. I had hot chocolate here before and thought maybe it was a one time thing... it wasn’t. 0/2!

This place has an endless drink selection! They offer drinks to satisfy an craving you might have at the moment. They offer coffee, tea, shakes and smoothies. Which are actually reasonably priced and very delicious. Good thing theyre within walking distance, otherwise I swear Id gain a 1000lbs attempting to try all the flavors and drink options!

Im a Dutch Bros fan, and since this location opened just down the road from me, Ive been going here over the equally distanced Starbucks but... this morning, I was really disappointed to get in line at 6:30am and not leave with my drink until 6:50am. When I got to the window, the girl was friendly and wanted to talk, which most days I enjoy, but I had to get home so I could log in for work since it took so long to get to the window. She didnt have much urgency to get through the line, so when I got my coffee I said thank you and took off to get home just to realize I paid for a large and got a medium. My order has been messed up before, twice in one visit even and they were eager and quick to make it right so no biggie. But two visits in a row? Maybe focus on the line and correct orders first then the chatty service.All that being said, I will still go back because the staff is fun and friendly, and the drinks are yummy. I want to see this location improve, which is why Im reviewing.

The people they hire at all there locations are bubbly, and have great personalities. They are good at their job.

Extremely friendly staff. While Im not a fan of the majority of the type of drinks they offer (no coffee for me). I wasnt impressed with their... Ice-smoothie-shake-type drink either unfortunately. It was a decent experience overall and I cant fault them for my tastes. For the amount of traffic they get it went rather quickly from start to finish.

The staff here are what make coming to get a drink such a great experience. The drinks are delicious (PLEASE try the caramel pumpkin brûlée frozen. Good lord), but it’s the friendly team that keeps me coming back. I don’t know how they do it, but everyone is in a good mood, wanting to help, and love having genuine conversations about just anything.

I love Dutch Bros, but this time I had to give them a one star for two reasons.1st. My coffee was too sweet, pretty sure they put more sugar than what I asked for. I had to throw it away.2nd. Dutch bros is known for the friendliest people, but the location on 104th and chambers, theres one worker who is a girl. She was terrible, she talks like a sailor and the way she talked to my wife was unacceptable!!!!

I really REALLY wanted to like this place, but Ill just have to keep making the drive to Ziggys Coffee shop. The way they do bussiness is too open for fraud and they dont take cash so anyone using the Dave Ramsey envelope system are going to want to visit a different shop. They also never manage to provide a receipt (Ive asked 4 times now and its always the system wont let them). That being said, the coffee isnt too bad (Im not picky tho) and the workers are friendly.

Everything seemed to be going fine, they appeared to be following precautions to keep their customers safe, until we could see the kid working the drive-through window. Mask down around his chin, spitting everywhere when he was talking while leaning out the window within 2 feet of peoples open car windows, repeatedly touching his mouth and face and then touching customer drinks. I dont understand why companies like this dont care about their customers or the community.

I have never in my life pulled out of line because I was so annoyed and shocked. Should pay attention to those in line. Was in line and the person in front of me, and myself still hadnt gave our order. When the work came out she walked to the car behind me and so when I went to pull forward the work had an attitude and and told me not to move forward cause I hadnt gave my order. Really annoying that they dont track there traffic better especially when the take you license plat number to take your orders.

Little Cass is very delightful and a ray of sunshine. She was very helpful and made my wife and I very happy with her bubbly attitude. You need more employees like her.

2nd time here and it was an AMAZING experience! The music is a whole vibe and I love it! The staff is friendly and so helpful. They were recommending drinks and being awesome/patient when my kids were picking their drinks as well! The lines can be long, but go very quickly. We will 1000% be back!!

Always perky, good drink selection. Make sure you are familiar with the entire selection if their website since its so vast they can only put the regular drinks on their drive thru menu. Dont fear the long line. Worth it and moves fast.

I am a huge Dutch Bros fan. They always have fantastic drinks and are friendly. This specific location is the worst one I have been to. It seems like they are not adequately staffed. I have visited multiple times and have the longest wait at this location. I also feel that the understaffing as affected how social they typically are. I feel like the person taking me order is already thinking about the person behind me. Maybe will visit in a couple of months, and change a rating.

Im so glad to have a Dutch Bros in this area! The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, as at most Dutch Bros. Dont let the long lines deter you; they move quickly. Ask for a flavor suggestion if you want to mix up the usual coffee order.

Man if you need something new and refreshing in your life. Dutch Bros man this place is amazing from smoothies to brevis which is their take on a frappuccino man this place does not disappoint.

Good product but extremly slow services.. i dont know how they make money with 8 kids runing the business so slow. drive thru take 15 to 20 min to get your drink and its only 4 ó 5 cars in front or me. to many employees
