Never had trouble with the optical personal, only took over 10 rings to get someone to answer the phone. the people here are helpful when you walk in. but the lab they use for making the glasses must suck two pairs and they never really worked right. tri-focals might be harder to make but the lab had to make the one pair twice. had no trouble with the eye doctor.

The true armpit of optical and let me tell you they really stink. Dont get them confused with Walmart optical they are the private quacks the Walmart leases space to alongside the optical department. Their company name is Clear Vision Associates PC. Very disturbing organization they have 3 locations Denver, Commerce City and Aurora. If you happen to encounter these quacks RUN. I have said enough and not trying to start a new career by documenting the numerous frustrations caused by the sub standard quacks.

Visited this doctor to get a visual acuity test completed for work. The doctor did not record his state license number on the report. I called today to ask for the state license number and the lady I spoke to was very rude, would not provide any information, and hung up on me. They are very unprofessional. If you expect things to be completed correctly and to be treated with respect you may want to find another location.

Horrible..went to pick up glasses and I was unable to see,blurry and had to refuse themLuckily the glass center refunded my money but the doctor..Estaban Sandoval isun-reachable to talk too.Thats $60 I wont get back.The women in eye glass center super proffessionsl,helpful,understanding ...need new doctor

All they do is spray stuff that burns into the eyes. Write random numbers on a card that says its the vision test. Horrible

I end up at this vision center after going to visionworks since they where very misinformed on my insurance coverage and never really bother in checking they assumed it was only a discount program. thanks to a nice helpful lady whose name is T.J. for checking with my insurance and get the most out of my coverage, they are fast, efficient and the optometrist very professional and informative, looking forward to come back.
