Great customer service in the Bakery! They went above and beyond! Yvonne and her manager were Great! I went in to pick up a bday cake for my daughter and for some reason is was not made, they gave me multiple options and made sure my daughter got something as similar as we ordered. Thank you guys again, we will definitely be back!
I moved to this neighbourhood a year ago, and Ive been unceasingly impressed with this store. Ive never been in there that every employee I crossed paths with didnt say hello, offer to help, thank me for being there... its the friendliest grocery store ever. Its also clean and well-stocked, and that aint nothing.
Ive been coming here for a year and The store is not bad its just the pharmacy has really poor customer service some of the ladys are rude they ignore you dnt bother to help u will sit there for hrs if you dnt say anything they need better employees and more help
I have been using grocery pickup services for years and have never encountered the number of issues I run into at this location. I typically receive less than half of each online order. Clerks state that they are out of the items and any possible substitutions for the items. However, I once placed an Instacart order for the missing items at this exact location approximately 15 minutes after picking up my groceries. I received every single item on the list. It seems the store employees fulfilling online orders choose to mark foods as out of stock rather than shopping for them.I also think the store is not utilizing accurate ordering systems, as they often seem to have many empty shelves inside the store. The combination of these issues results in an almost 0% success rate of receiving the items I need for my household. I would recommend finding another store to shop at if you actually want to go home with groceries.
Best king soopers ive ever been to! Clean, stocked great staff
The best part about this King Soopers is the check out staff. Too bad there are not more of them. Rarely do I check out and not have a nice interaction with at least one staff member. Unfortunately, even during peak shopping hours there might only be two or three staffed lanes open. Customers are herded to the self-check-out lanes by staff standing around pointing out that self-check-out is shorter. Shorter line yes, but certainly not faster.Like most stores, this location is ripping out staffed check-out lanes in favor of more self-check-out lanes. Sorry I dont have time to wait and watch people struggle to figure out how a scanner and scale work, then stand around waiting for someone to authorize their alcohol purchase or scan their coupons for them. Your checkers are 2-3 times faster because they know what they are doing.Hopefully King Soopers will be halting the trend of replacing cashiers with self-check-out lanes in the near future so I wont have to find another grocery store in the area. Dont fix what isnt broke.PS - I would also suggest getting WiFi in the building so your app actually works more than three feet from the front windows of the store. Its really annoying to see a digital coupon offer posted on the shelf but it takes 4-5 minutes to actually get it added to you card/app. If you want customers to scan/bag their own purchases and use your app, then you need to make it easy. Dont use technology as a way of frustrating the customer.
I just left this store it was a wreck. I came for frozen pancakes and turkey sausage patties. They had none. There were empty aisles everywhere. I walked up to customer service and there was an employee standing there looked and me and walked away. I don’t know if there is a shortage of inventory or employees. Ridiculous
I saw multiple sections of rotting vegetables, the order of the aisles doesn’t make a single ounce of sense, and the self checkout kiosks are unbelievably annoying. I used my own bags and if you do too, don’t go to self checkout because the machines will assume you’re trying to steal something every 3 seconds and ask for the attendant to come over. And then the attendant will be some old white lady w beaded earrings who will stand 2 inches from your face to make sure you’re not stealing for the rest of your checkout because you fit the profile.
Not the worst selection. I love that they carry prime steaks.
Has to have the worst pharmacy in the state. Very slow and rude!
This store used to be good. Such a shame hows it ran now. Produce is constantly mold or out of stock. The whole store is actually out of stock most of the time. You wanna go there on a weekend? Forget it....Go on a Monday after the weekend? Sure if you dont want to have anything in stock.Pharmacy department is slow and incompetent.Cant wait till they build another store out here, until then make the extra drive to Thornton or Brighton
This grocery store is awesome. The produce section is always stocked with the best quality food I’ve seen. Week after week, if it’s not good quality, they won’t stock it. We’ve been shopping here for about a year, and have always been satisfied
Their online ordering and pick up is mediocre at best! I never get everything I ordered. My last order I actually went inside and got the items they say they were out of! I will not use this service any longer! If you are going to offer a service you should do it properly!!!
Just curious if yall were gonna have any food at this store anytime soon? This used to be a wonderful store, friendly helpful staff, always stocked and clean. It has gone down hill fast. A constant attitude from anyone in the bakery, yet they never have anything in stock. Shelves are constantly empty of even basic items. Messes on the floor from spills not being cleaned up, and yes bagging your own groceries at the register. Its worth the extra ten minutes to drive to the Brighton location.
The store is overcrowded and there are a lot of items we regularly need that is constantly out of stock. The staff is great and the location is convenient, but it seems like the store just cant keep up with the demand in the area.
The store hours keep changing to an earlier closing time. Wack
Great store! But the pharmacy people are very rude!
Grumpy, disrespectful and useless customers service. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else because this place is trash 🗑.
Never ask any employee about anything cuz they lie to you, it happened to me everytime not once but many many times, it feels like they make fun of you.
Sad to say this grocery store at this location has gone way down hill. Employees are very rude, hardly any of them smile or greet you nor are they friendly. The service deli hardley has people working and it is nearly impossible to find anybody to help you in this store with anything. Not to mention thry close at midnight, yet they dont let people inside the doors at 1155 for one item! I really hope another grocery chain opens soon in this area
I bought a cell phone and phone card. The cell phone would not be work. They refunded the cell phone but would give no credit at all for the thirty dollar card. Robbed me!
Absolutely ridiculous. Waited over an hour to pay due to only one check out lane in such a huge store and my other family member went through self check out and it took 40 minutes. When I got home my cold food items were not cold anymore. I know this is a union job but all the managers should seriously be fired !!!!!!!!! Also had to bag my own groceries.
The store seems to have too few employees to run such a large store. The lines are long for grocery amd pharmacy. Each time I go I wish I had chosen somewhere else. There is often no food on the shelves in the evening. I have to shop in the late evening and fight with the self check out.
I love this King Soopers they have a lot of merchandise. It comes with a Starbucks store inside it. I love the customer service from King Soopers employees with the exception of one employee that takes care of receiving bill payments. Heres an example of the few times that I have brought bills to make payments. The first time, I was astonished on the first visit when she threw the pen on the counter and said you need to fill out how much you want to pay or I wont help you. After she process the payment, she throws the bills/receipts on the counter and leaves. Should I speak to a manager?
Best Grocery Store ever. Has everything you need. Prices are fair and lots of sales and discounts. Hot & Cold food available. Sushi Platters is the Da Bomb. House hold items Clothes, Shoes and much more.
Usually overcrowded and out of what I need.
This is my favorite King Soopers. I drive out of my way to go here. They always have everything I need.
The cart return staff really need to do a better job keeping up. Today I saw a cart return employee pushing 3 carts into the store when this (See picture below) is what every single cart return in the lot looked like. With the 3 I saw the empoyee pushing in, there were maybe 10 carts in the bay when I got into the store, and 4 baskets left in the basket rack. Yes, it gets busy on Sundays, but not the kind of busy that it is impossible for one or two people to keep up.
I visited this location today (7/24/2020 @ around noon) and was very satisfied with the service I received from Stephanie who was working at the self-checkout area on the east side of the store. She was very patient with me, even though I needed her help several times.I offered to tip her and she politely declined due to store policy (although I certainly believe it should be permitted, especially now because of the stressful environment that they have to endure.)Please recognize Stephanie for her outstanding service and I look forward to visiting your location in the future if she is any indication of the level of service provided here. Thanks for everything, Stephanie! :)
This place is convenient if you need something last minute or you have very few items. I have a problem every time I go here. The cashiers are rude and watch me bag my groceries. Today the guy looked at me and sighed when he saw me with my groceries, all he was doing was standing there. Their is never baggers and when their is they are walking around pretending to work so I end up bagging my own groceries. I spend a good amount of money with Kings Soopers. I decided to drive to Brighton location or the one on 120th Colorado Blvd now. They are so much better with service and they look happy to be there. Seems like management is bad if service is poor.
Not doing anything to enforce masks. Disgraceful behavior. In response to reply from King Soopers:I often see employees taking off their masks while they walk to the back of the store; employees dont consistently wear masks over their noses. Employees dont wear masks in the entrance to the store where the carts are stored. This is your responsibility as a company to enforce whatever policies you put in place. I shouldnt have to speak with a manager every time I see this happen -- and if I did, I would never get any shopping done due to how frequent it would be. If the employees are afraid to enforce store mask policies because they are worried about a violent or deadly confrontation, that should be addressed internally. Maybe hiring security would be a good place to start if you actually cared about peoples health and safety.
This seems to be one of the few King Soopers in Colorado that can’t seem to get their covid cases under control. Probably because mask wearing is not enforced, and the staff often don’t wear masks properly (noses not covered). Who knows if hands are washed frequently (the public restrooms are disgusting often). Also, carts are no longer sanitized (customers have access to wipes, but not 100% of the time). It is also absurd that now a large portion of the already overcrowded parking lot is roped off for Xmas trees (closest to the entry doors). The trees should be put in the far corner of the lot, or under the overhang where flowers are put in the summer...leave the parking lot for PARKING!I find myself shopping less frequently at this store, even though I have to drive farther to Target, Vitamin Cottage, or Whole Foods.
Not enough cashiers at the store. Lines of customers go back in to the food isles. They need to hire more people and quit being cheap!!
The deli person is a person who treats customers badly. my main language is Spanish, yet I spoke to her in English and she corrected a word in a very bad way. They shouldnt have people there who treat customers badly. I would not go to this place anymore
This is the most idiotic setup of all time.
This place is huge and has an amazing selection of groceries. They struggle to keep things in stock but they are extremely busy. The only thing is that they never have enough cash registers open and their self checkout is a nightmare.
This place gets worse every time I go there. I see a review on here from 2years ago about constantly being out of stock on basic items, and there hasnt been improvement. I order pick-up from clickist because their mask enforcement is a joke. Theres always customers without masks and Ive never seen anything done about it. When I order click list nearly half my order is not filled because they are out of stock on basic items. What a shame for such a big store to be out of basic items.
Dont know whats been going on. Or if management changed but Ive Been going here for over 7yrs and just the past 5 months its been a disaster under staffed for sure! Check out lines are super long with only 3 registers open while store is full of people. Self check out usually has 2 or 3 not working.... No carts ever!! If youre wondering where all the carts are theyre all outside!! No matter what time of day it is....
Good store. I like the set up. Some times is too busy and not enough open lanes. Other then that good store.
Went to this king Soopers today around 8:30pm to put gas in my car because I realized I was on empty. My credit card wasn’t reading at the pump so I looked for a attendant in hopes I could pay cash. The lights were off and I didn’t see anyone in sight for about 13min, until the employee Zachary came around the corner. I asked if they were open an if they can take cash. He said yes an continued to walk past me to change the signs on the gas pumps. I said I’ve been here for almost 15min and I’m in a hurry to pick up my food before the restaurant closes. He replied “I have other things I have to do” to which my response was, “so do I”. He then refused me service. Mind you I didn’t say anything disrespectful or use any type of foul language towards him. I asked him why he was refusing me service knowing I have done nothing wrong and he replied “because I am, I don’t have to give you a reason. I can refuse service to anyone.” I walked off had to call my wife down to use her credit card because I didn’t have enough gas to get to another gas station. My wife is pregnant an due to have a baby in less then 14 days. I will never shop with Kings again due to this unbelievable experience. I will be reaching out to Corporate/main office And encourage them to review the footage/audio in hopes they reprimand this employee for his actions.
This is the worst pharmacy ever. First you wait 45 minutes for them to tell you they don’t have anything ready. They tell you to come back in half an hour to tell you they don’t have it ready again. They won’t answer you at the drive through, I called them twice on the phone from their drive through to come to window. Finally she comes back to piss me off even more. If you don’t want to do anything stupid do your self a a favorite and go somewhere else.
Non-enforcement of statewide mask policy, employees without masks (Ive been in several times this week and an older man with long hair and beard has NOT had a mask on), serious restocking issues. The Kings up the road on Sable has PLENTY on their shelves, will be shopping there instead. Its clearly obvious this store manager needs replaced.
So far so good! Click list order listed a lot out of stock so I went in and the majority was in stock! But I chaulk that up to an early morning fulfillment
It is a super store so everything you need is pretty much there. Deli, butcher shop, clothes, shoes etc
Hit or miss with the groceries always out of basic items. Customer service isnt really a thing cant even get an employee to check the back for an item
Produce was terrible, so disappointed.
WORST customer service! I Have been going here for over a year and every time I am bagging my cart full of groceries, while employees stand around and talk, and just watch me. Every trip I’ve made here in the past year, has showed me that all the employees must hate their job here. Everyone is so unfriendly. Today was my last trip. I’ll drive further to go to a Kings where the employees actually enjoy helping their customers.
Good staff, poorly stocked 80% of the time
Im not to happy with my pick up order I just received, it took 15 minutes for them to bring out my order, i had put in my pick up spot over the phone and over the app and when I got home to bring my groceries in my eggs were put in the back upside down and I had eggs floating around in the bag. Not cool.
I love the people. The problem is the store, and in particular the deli, is so severely understaffed that its not worth waiting around for. Today, there was a young lady shopping for food delivery and somehow thought she should go before the customers who had been waiting in line. When our turn came up, we took it. We had already been waiting 25 minutes. She actually stomped her foot, big dramatic sigh, and rolled her eyes. Come on King Soopers. You can do way better! Hire some help!
THIS KING SOOPERS IS THE COVID CAPITAL OF REUNION. 40+ confirmed cases here. Shop with safety. Always busy, no help. Shoulder to shoulder. Staff are usually rude.
Not a lot to say here other than theres definitive shopping and people are always decent. your typical neighborhood area. King Soopers is obviously a great place to shop and they have good products and decent pricing. You should shop there
This is by far the nicest King Soopers Ive ever been in! The store is clean, well stocked. Its HUGE you can literally find anything and then some. Theres a liquor store section, an amazing deli. And the employees are all so nice and always happy to help! I usually hate grocery shopping but after having been here its not something I dread quite so much!
Clean and well kept store. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Very grateful for the staff working during this pandemic even though they are put at risk.
I visit the deli at this store frequently. Usually in the afternoon/evenings after work. They are always so helpful and pleasant, especially the very tall African American guy. They work hard to serve people quickly and with a smile. This is the only market for miles and although I DETEST this king soopers in general (horrible parking, items frequently out of stock, inability to find items in store due to the odd setup) I absolutely love the deli, deli staff, and deli selection.
Horrible!! Customer service isn’t a priority here at all. Phone service is bad, tonight alone I got hung up on 6x trying to ask a question about a product instead of driving in to the store, thought it would save me time. Sadly this is only 1 of many horrible experiences I’ve had here. Thought it would get better, but nope so here I am writing a review. I live just down the street and this King Soopers is great, until you want or need something!! So just don’t have any questions or look for anything specific and you will do great.
Most cleanly, organized, family oriented grocery store in a long time! Refreshing really!
Just was in today to get salmon from your meat and seafood department. Josh helped educate me on how to pick out good sea food. He did a great job and took care to season and wrap them. Impressive job Josh.
Love this store!! Always has what I need and want! Never have I had an issue!! 😊
The only reason this is getting a 5 star rating is because the Deli person made my order an incredible one!! I initially had order online for 2 party platters and to pick up at 1pm. I got to Kinds Soopers and they didnt have my order! No name, no order, my confirmation was given to them and nothing. They called the manager Sarah and she just said that she dont have access to online orders until tomorrow, but didnt bother doing anything else. No sorry, nothing. Yolanda came to the rescue and she just flat out said, wait 20 mins, and I will make it for you!!! Wow!!! Thank you!!! 5 Star to Yolanda and the other ladies in the back that all tried to make it better!
This store is very well organized & modern! They have a large variety of grocery & clothing items, the staff were also friendly & helpful. Only odd thing about this store is that their lights turn off & on to save energy, but there’s skylights so it doesn’t bother you much.
The staff is friendly. This is the only Kings I have ever been in that has clothes and shoes. It is not the cleanest store I have been to, but not bad.
Felt discriminated by supervisor or manager named Mara wont come here anymore!
I love this king soopers.. it’s huge and has everything I need.. I love the little shopping carts for the kids they get so excited just to be able to push the cart.. my only complaint is half the time I feel I’m expected to bag my own groceries since there always seems there’s not enough people working to help, and to the cashier Nancy, a little kindness goes a long way..a smile and a greeting are a great way to show good customer service...
I was surprised how nice it was. The employees very nice. Even the customers where friendly and helpful.
I love this King Soopers. Cheryl is the best and so is Nancy. Gosh, actually everyone who works here is super nice! Its nice to see friendly, smiling faces when you walk in.
This is my local King Soopers and its honestly the nicest one Ive ever shopped at! In addition to a fantastic, virtually unmatched selection of wonderful produce, meat, ethnic specialties and deli, theres also a sushi bar, Starbucks, jewelry store, full clothing store, home goods, and natural vitamins/body care section! Its always clean, well-stocked, nicely merchandised, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I am so happy to have such a lovely store to do all my shopping in!
The produce quality was very nice, the store was very clean, and the cashier who rang up my order was friendly. I was hoping for a little more selection in childrens clothing, though. Not a huge deal that they didnt have a lot to choose from, but I visited this store specifically because I thought Id be able to buy a few groceries and a few clothes for my daughters at the same time. Id come here for groceries again, but not for clothing.
They do a poor job of enforcing mask compliance, sometimes even employees aren’t wearing them properly. And, they really do a poor job of keeping frozen foods in stock.
Never anyone or enough people working the deli service is terrible- I give up trying to get anything from the deli. I think my unpaid second job has become bagging my groceries they need more staff to work that store
Given the population density of this area, this store is totally unequipped to deal with the number of residents. Frequently my wife or I have run to the store only to find empty shelves or less than satisfactory produce. Add to this, many of the employees, mostly the older staff are rude as hell. for the area this store is in, its more suited to some backward hole with a population of about 200 people.
Nice place and almost everyone is friendly. Although, it is like a work fantasy camp. You better be ready to bag your own groceries...every single time. I showed up for my paycheck the other day and they said they had no record of my employment. Weird.
Amazing costumers service and not busy unlike other shop you have to wait few minutes to fall in line. Their meat and vegetables were fresh. I highly recommend King Soopers Maketplace.
Like it or not this is the best option for any food or department store items withing 5-10 minutes of Reunion. Good news is their selection is decent. I love the organic and pre-prepared food options they have and they have a pretty wide range of natural health supplements which is rare to find in a Grocery Store. Definitely the place to go if youre local.
Thank you so much for your help Manager Tony.we were a little bit late for our dinner party but it could have been worse I ordered a 50 piece chicken the night before and it never got done when I went to get it it wasnt ready they didnt even have the order done it was hanging right in front of them but thank you Tony for everything you done for me and made it happen 😊 He even offered to run it to me off Southlands
Nice as every King Soopers Marketplace in Colorado seems to be but Cody went above and beyond finding some frozen dipping cheese my kids couldn’t find. I always appreciate friendly people and good service.
Tammy in the seafoods department is always friendly and goes above and beyond! She is the kind of person that makes the difference and keeps people coming back. Clean store, great selection. Has a full strength liquor store inside with a great selection of everything from microbrewery to wine.
Choices in produce, seafood and meat are mediocre but the worst of all is the deli department where there is no one to serve you or slice charcuterie. When requesting service you are either ignored or talked back rudely.Cant wait to have some other options in the area.
Love this King Soopers. They have everything I need & so many things I didnt know I needed! :) The staff has always been very polite whether I need help or not. The store is always clean & well taken care of. You can tell the employees take pride in the store--as they should!
Really clean! Good selection
The food selection is lacking as Im disappointed in not being able to find as many items as you would at other grocery stores. But the speed in which you can get in and out of there is nice.
Love this King Soopers! Their selection of organic and natural foods and other items are amazing and the prices are nearly always the cheapest. The ClickList grocery pickup service is absolutely wonderful, especially now that they have same day pickup and the people who run it are always professional, helpful and friendly. If I moved, I would still make the drive to shop here. I know plenty of people who commute just for this store!
Store is always well-stocked. in-store deals are a wonderful suprise. Clean and normally easy to maneuver through. But above all the employees are wonderful theyre friendly theyre helpful they go out of their way to let you know they appreciate your business but its more than that they treat you like you want to be treated
So many awesome items and very clean. Staff is super friendly and store is massive and has anything you could ever think of. I wish my local kings was this cool.
This KS, from the beginning, but more so today, have great employees but not near enough goods and services at all times. I love KSs Chester brand fried chicken in the deli but not at this location. They have never gotten it right since this store opened. Its always hit or miss, mostly miss. Many times shelves are empty so its disappointing and frustrating. What we need in this area or what KS need is competition, like a Safeway. Perhaps then, KS will up their game. Corporate greed, operate minimally with understaffing, combination of apathetic/lazy employees or not enough employees, all contribute to their problems. Its no different from most companies today, unfortunately.
I haven’t had any issues coming here. Staff seems friendly when I go. I Had a issue about a purchase I made and the manager helped me out and got it fixed. Went there on different occasion to get some wine and the employee in that area was quite helpful in picking out some good bottles.
This is the store I prefer to shop at although it seems far away all of the associates are polite they have a great selection and the pharmacy is top notch. This easily has the best floral department I have seen in a grocery store the people who run it obviously are very talented and take pride in their jobs.
It has wonderful people and the well help you with anything. Coming soon full strength beer and wine. Dont forget about Click-list.
Overall okay. Right now they are remodeling the store and it is a disaster. Usually they have any food product you are looking for. The staff has always been helpful. And usually remember if you had an issue and would make it right.Only one bad experience at the pharmacy. Dropped a Rx at the window and was told it would 45 minutes to an hour. Fine went and did the shopping and came back. Was told they were working on it. Finally 45 minutes later (this is now an hour and 45 minutes) they said sorry they were out of the drug. Had to drive 10 miles to the other side of the city and get the Rx filled. That was poor customer service. Still use the pharmacy though due to location.
Clean and has everything and is always stocked
The pharmacy is a joke. Told 3 different technicians to cancel my prescription and each time it was filled again. Then the attitude I get when picking up... Not from one but two technicians. Not to mention the rudeness on the phone when I call. I spent so much time going back n forth with my doctors and the pharmacy just to realize the pharmacy was giving me wrong information. Ive also had consults with the pharmacist on new prescriptions and I had to advise them how its administered. Its incompetence and rudeness is what Ive experienced here.
Large King Soopers has many of the items you would see on a Department store. Also has an excellent selection of groceries and alcohol. Very clean and organize store.
This store is really close and convenient to home. The staff are very friendly. My only complaint is that they are often out of stock on certain items that we regularly purchase, probably because it is such a busy location.
Every time I come here I say I’m gonna give them a bad review... we’ll todays the day! Every since they opened they have gone steadily downhill. Here’s a list of common things they run completely out of at least every three days:CilantroIceMilkGreen peppersCeleryBreadMushroomsFirst world problems, I know, BUT WE LIVE IN A FIRST WORLD COUNTRY. They have had years and years of history to know how much to buy. No other place has these same problems. This place is always good for a laugh because it often looks like the whole population cleaned them out in preparation for a world record storm or something. I hate to say it, and have resisted for years, but we are going to start driving out to wal mart and target because they don’t have these same issues....and don’t even get me started about the shopping carts that litter the parking lot like flies around a port-a-potty...I love many of the check out workers here and know them by name, but I come here for groceries first and foremost, not companionship.
Reasons why for the 1 Star:- Out of popular food items- Lazy baggers and cart retrievers (I watched them outside throwing water bottles on the King Soopers sign. 3 of them are still up there.)- Anyone that picks up the phone “what do you want?”- Deli and meat department look like they are low on employees. Their pace is slow.- Self check out areas are closed at busy times.I understand the pay is low, but work still needs to get done. How to fix the problem- Train your workers on customer service.- Hire upbeat people that have good character.- Answer the phone “Thank you for calling King Soopers this blank how may I assist you?”- Look up Hy-Vee and follow their motto “There is a helpful smile in every isle.”
