Easy order and delivery, but I caution you in purchasing complex equipment. I purchased a post driver that turned defective after a very short time (2 days, about 350 t-post). Crowder admitted faulty equipment purchase but left me on my own to deal with manufacture (Rhino) and repairs that involved shipping half way across the country. Not at all willing to stand behind product they sold me or a willingness to take back a defective product.

I called looking to buy a $4100 dollar tool and was advised to buy a $3200 (after a 2 day air freight charge) that would serve me better. It came exactly on time and I had it for my big installation job today. Best driver tool I’ve ever used and significantly less expensive and lighter than the tool that I had called about. As a small business owner in infancy stages each dollar means a lot. It means a lot to have been sold something that was a perfect fit for my application at a cost of a smaller sale. I will be returning to Crowder for my further applicable purchases. Thanks Crowder!!!

Ive ordered a few rock drill items with this company and i havebeen very pleased with the service and fast shipping.

My experience...a fraudulent charge on my credit card. Had never had anything to do with this company and they some how was able to charge my card with over $2K. I called my credit card company immediately to cancel my card. Be careful.

Took 8 days to receive an in stock item. I am 50 miles from their location. Time to join the 2000s Crowder, this is unacceptable!
