I recently purchased a subwoofer to see if my guys might be able to fit it in my CLK 550. It didn’t. So in the process of wanting to return the woofer I saw that Massive Audio is only a couple miles away from me so I thought what the hell let’s see if I can walk in and return. Not only did they take it back my PayPal account already has the credit! Good people. I would do business with them again! Here’s a suggestion. Somebody needs to make a heavy duty 6 in speaker specifically designed to replace the OEM speaker in the Harmon Karden sub woofer encloser In CLK models. Pretty sure 350 and 550 models for sound would be exactly the same and that would be a half way decent sized market. Many people are upgrading those models and the OEM sub can’t take the extra power from the new amps…

Tried making a phone order, on Thursday August 29. the ladies Sophia and Jasmine on the phone didnt want to deal with the order because of the upcoming long labor day weekend they took my name and number and didnt call me back havent gotten any sort of follow up. they were nice but I felt like they didnt care about me the customer I will just keep my business with KICKER in Oklahoma they have phenomenal service and techs ready to talk with on the phone.
