It was a very small place. Looked to be friend and family oriented. It also looked to be a place where you could go to get your hair braided. But once again, the people who were inside the place, and a couple who were outside the place seem to know one another.

This locations is amazing and the staff is very helpful. I would Recommend this location for purchases of any hair products of your interest. The owner goes beyond her duties to make sure that all her customers are satisfied upon their arrival and departure from her store location. I will most definitely purchase more items from this location .

Words cannot express how impressed I was walking into this establishment! Oftentimes when WE walk into a place owned by US, you can be ignored. Not here! I was actually greeted by who I later found out was the owner Danyell. Professional all the way around. She had excellent product knowledge and really helped me out. This place is a little far from home but with this type of clean environment and excellent customer service, Im happy to go out of my way to return!!

Excellent customer service, great selection on products, and they are always open to new product suggestions that customers request. The price point is great too! This is my fav beauty supply to shop at when I am in California, customers can also order online.

Always polite and knowledgeable. If there is something they dont have, ask about it and they may order it for you. My family and I love shopping there.

Ive been going to luxe & glam since it opened and i must say i am impressed ! The store is very clean & the staff is always so helpful . Luxe & glam has a variety of options to choose from when it comes to hair care and I can get my feminine products there as well ... if youre looking for something specific you can ask & if they dont have it they will get it for you lol

Small, clean, neat. Needs more items such as 100% oils, small selection of products. Black owned so lets help build them up and support them through the growing process. One day they will have a much larger inventory. I will return

The owner is a sweetheart and assured me she would order the products I was looking for. She also has a rewards program so extra savings down the line. Since my regular beauty supply is now closed (😔) I am happy to go to Luxe and Glam and build a new relationship.

Very clean store the lady that was working behind the counter was also doing hair and she was doing an amazing job I went there in a small group and she attended to all of us adequately professionally I appreciate her help and time, unfortunately I dont know her name but she definitely is an amazing woman
