I purchased several LED wall lanterns via Amazon. One of the lanterns was broken and I suggested I could replace the glass if they sent a part. I was told since I bought this via Amazon rather than Costco that my warranty was automatically void and they would not send me a replacement part. The warranty is a manufacturers warranty, not to mention how could I have known this was supposed to be exclusive to Costco anyway? No buyer could know that. Terrible policy and actually not legal. I have the email exchange if anyone would like me to send to them. I am pretty disgusted and will stay far away from this organization.
