This isnt a shipping center for regular customers this is dumb as fuxk

This business had really impressed me by the service given. The attention that I received was so overwhelming. The salesperson Rosie had helped me locate the proper box needed to ship. She worked with me from start to finish. By the time I left out, she had given me such a feeling, that I will be back, and I will recommend this place for all of my shipping needs !!!

Didi in customer service in this location was excellent. After running around town with an oversized package, wrong information from two other fedex locations and1-866-GoFedex, Didi did her job in providing accurate information and suggesting the proper shipping option for my scenario in saving me unnecessary shipping cost. Didi definitely guaranteed my return business as a fedex customer. In a time of a pandemic when many have lost their patience and attention to detail toward others, Didi was a great surprise.

Spend my gas and time for nothing theres no specific information . This facility is just for big and heavy shipments they dont take small packages . Why fedex dont take a minute to fix their missing information.

Everyone there was very helpfully and friendly. A little hard to find the receiving entrance since its just a small sign near the ground.

Computers are set up to keep you on there to keep draining your money. not cool. and the staff ivmires you and keeps you waiting alot before helping at times. sometimes are better the others. this day was Not a good day

This not a small package drop off location, only heavy weight items. Air freight 151lbs +, oversized
