Took computer in and was fixed in one day!!! Other places would have charged three times what they charged and taken no less than two to three days. Right Click saved me! When Best Buy was unable to save my data.. Right Click was there to save my data in 2 days and get me back to work! I owe them everything for saving 5 years worth of work! DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER HERE. EVER.We took my laptop there because the screen was damaged and needed to be replaced. He said he would order a new screen and install it. One month later, no new screen. He said he found places online that had the monitor for sell, but refused to buy it because he didnt like the particular company or for some other inane reasons.My mom talked to another computer repair guy (not affiliated with Right Click) and he claimed that it has *never* taken him more than a week to find a new monitor. So we decided to get the laptop back and take it to him instead. But the owner REFUSED to give it back unless we paid $65 for taking it apart and putting it back together. Really? $65 dollars just to take out some screws and screw them back in again? Of course he never told my mom that when she went there initially.NEVER bring your computer to right click. There are much better options available.

Right Click is a competent, efficient and courteous service. They solved some problems that I could not get fixed elsewhere. Their fees are reasonable. I will be using them again.

So where to begin...I approached the owner with a trade for a desktop build. This build is amd based. First off the RAM installed was not on the QVL for the motherboard and is cheap asian off brand. The off brand memory was causing slow system performance. Also the ram was installed in the incorrect slots and D.O.C.P could not be enabled. Graphics card was having issues and getting random green screens and discoloration. The computer case was extremely small with no support for front or top fans to optimize cooling. Amd parts tend to get pretty warm, so cooling is important. Overall displeased with the outcome of this build and having to replace these parts to CORRECTLY build this gaming computer so it performs properly.

Ive used their services several times and found them to provide excellent quality service at a reasonable price. Their technicians really know their stuff. When the video chip on my macbook pro motherboard went bad they helped me find a reasonable price to have it fixed, rather than pay for a new motherboard which would have been very expensive they found a company in CA that could replace the chip on my existing motherboard saving me a good deal of money.They have earned my trust and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Ive received good service up until I bought a old tower to Right Click to get my pictures transferred to a flash drive. pictures that are dear to me of family.. The product that I received where all of my pictures was transferred too was no good, when I inserted into any computer my pictures at least most were not readable. I contacted Right Click and tech Brandon says he would need a couple of days to work on issue, I called within a few days to get update and Brandon then told me that he was able to retrieve some photos and that he will email me . Well I never received any emails from brandon, moving forward my issue was ongoing with branding that lead to over a year now. I then went to location to speak to someone and to get my flash drive as they moved to another location. when I arrived to new location brandon was searching . I was there for over an hour !, Brandon then told me he will continue searching and that he will mail me the flash drive to my home address, still no flashdrive. Ive then contacted the owner of Right Click, he was familiar with who I was and aware of the issue as he stated he can possibly locate the email sent . Robert explained to me that he will check the original server, data may still be on there, still havent heard from anyone. Its sooo hurtful to have pictures that means so much to you as all pictures are great memories! im still not over this mentally. Robert is a nice guy and showed some empathy however brandon never showed any compassionate or had any empathy as this issue is a deep issue.

This store is totally addicting! Robert always listens to our needs and has unfailingly delivered every time, whether its on the technical side or the tactical side. We are so glad we found them!

The manager is one of the most unpleasant and abrasive people Ive ever had the extreme displeasure of talking to. He is a rude, condescending, and racist individual selling over-priced, second-hand junk. Do yourself a favor - call literally any other technician or computer services company in Charlotte before even considering taking your electronics to this terrible place. Or just re-purpose your old equipment as paper-weights. It would be arguably thousands of times more pleasant to have a massive investment like a computer burst into flames than it would ever be setting foot in Right Click for even a moment.

I had a gaming computer built and shipped to my house only to find that the heat sink wasnt installed properly and had ripped out my brand new processor. Right Click was my first thought and they hooked up my computer and found that the processor wasnt working. They found the problem in less than five minutes. I was allowed to keep my computer there until my processor arrived (they didnt even charge me for storage). I dropped my processor off to them and they installed it the same day. Brandon was a big help along with Robert. Now my computer works like a charm and I have no complaints.

My Dell laptop was slow and wouldnt hook up to web sites. RC had it back in good working order the same day. They had fixed another problem previously with one day service and also had helped me over the phone on other occasions.

Ive had both my laptops squared away at right click. I had the right click service on the wifes and mine just needed a tune-up. Im extremely satisfied and recommend their service to anyone whose computer is in need of maintenance

I dont really like the weekend hours, but its a pretty well maintained service center.

Im pretty savvy when it comes to Windows PC stuff, but I just didnt have time to rebuild a laptop. I was running Ubuntu Linux on a spare Asus laptop and wanted my Windows image restored and all my apps back up and running on Windows 7. They had this back to me in a couple of hours; quicker than I could have done it myself. Boots fast, runs great. Very knowledgable team.

Over the phone they are very rude. the owner/Manager seems to be a little racist. I have visited the store about 3 times and i will NOT be returning. there are a few guys there that are helpful, but The machines are very OUTDATED & OVER PRICED!!
