I was in the process of moving to town, and stopped by the Concord Mills store. I was fortunate enough to meet Jacob. Because I was closing on my house the following morning I needed to wait a day or two before officially making my purchase. Jacob listened to my needs and then we did the sleep analysis where we narrowed my choices down. When we were finished I was confident on the mattress set I was going to buy. As we discussed things, I ended up buying a second set for my guest room. This was not part of my initial reason for visiting the store. Jacob’s knowledge and dedication to finding the correct mattress was ultimately the deciding factor in my decision. Because Jacob floats between stores I ended up meeting with him on Saturday morning in the Mount Holly store to complete the sale. But that just the paperwork. The sale actually occurred in Concord Mills. I would buy from Jacob specifically again. And if I encounter anyone that is looking for a mattress I will be sending them his way.
