Its a nice throwback with the sandwiches from the country kitchen. My dad started and owned the original shop so it was nice to see some of his sandwiches still on the menu.

The best deli Ive been to in New England! Amazing options, super clean, everyone there is really friendly, and an interesting selection in the grocery section. Well definitely be back!

This is a great addition to Concord. All kinds of local products: great breads, cheeses, prepared foods, meats and produce.

I love this place. I love the convenience and the selection, and Im obsessed with the sandwiches. The liquor is definitely too expensive though, so I usually buy elsewhere, unless Im in a total rush.

Excellent source of organic products. Their deli food is outstanding, youll want to buy it all! The workers are very helpful and really nice.

Convenient but with overpriced items

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! What is wrong with Victor Patel? Dont go here (unless you know that Trish from Country Kitchen is there and will make your sandwich)! I ordered a sandwich and was given the wrong thing. My order was very clear -- I wanted chicken, pesto, mozzarella, and tomatoes and I wanted it grilled. I got home and it was not the right sandwich. It was deli meat and it was cold and the cheese was not melted. I called and said I wanted a new sandwich. The owners wife said shed call me back in 5 minutes. (Weird) The owner, Victor, called and argued with me and told me I got what I had ordered. He reluctantly said to bring the sandwich back and he would look at it. (Weird). When I got there he inspected the sandwich and pointed to the menu board and again insisted I had gotten what I had ordered. I pleaded with him to simply give me the sandwich I wanted and had ordered but he said it would cost an extra $2 for grilled chicken. At that point, I was angry and beyond exasperated. The store was crowded and I couldnt believe what was happening. I told him I didnt have my wallet and would not pay extra for him to make my order right, so he called the cops!!! (Beyond bizarre!) Ive ordered that exact sandwiches numerous times but thats beside the point. The customer was NOT happy and he refused to make it right and called the police! (Pretty sure they have better things to do with their time!) I demanded my money back and left empty handed. I have been a customer for 13 years but will NEVER shop there again!!! Thankfully, this town has another superb gourmet grocery store and deli that is managed by the former manager of Concord Provisions, Manny. Concord Market now has all my business and I trust Manny and his team will treat me and all their customers the way they always do and the way we deserve to be treated. With respect just as I treat people who wait on me and deliver proper service with kindness and respect!

No lie, get the indian food here. I was fortunate enough to try some samples today. Lamb Masala, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Channa Masala were awesome. Nice guys behind the counter too. I posted their menu to the profile. Try it out!

Is there any way I can give Concord Provisions a .0005 star??? I have come to this place on numerous occasions for food, sandwiches, and beverages. Anyways, the point is that I am NEVER SATISFIED!! They price everything an absurd amount, and may I just add I am someone who lives in Concord ((((A very wealthy town)))). If I were to go to any other “provision” store I am absolutely sure I would not be getting charged as much as concord provisions just charged me for two bottled waters and 2 protein bars.

Nice store and friendly staff. Came here looking for dry aged steak which they didn’t have but ended up getting filet mignon suggested by the staff for valentines dinner!

AlWays consistent in finding new homemade products. Plus, they now roast fresh turkeys for an addition to their great sandwich offerings.

Small grocer with wine liquor and beer. More expensive than a regular grocery store but will more than likely have what you need in a pinch. Has a small meat/fish case as well as some prepared protein items. Basic fruits and veggies as well.
