Many of the positive reviews are from contractors & flippers. They may not have a problem with the limited selection but were homeowners. Very disappointed. We simply wanted shaker style in a cream or off-white. Nope. They have a nice off-white but ONLY in a different door style. They have shaker but its in bright white. Also be aware that these are made in Asia and are ready to assemble.

NKBC has awesome products and walking around the showroom was great. The customer service from Concord NC location by way of Laila Lopez in Sales has been horrible. She is never available to answer questions and when she is her tone is unprofessional and she can never assist. I received better service from others in the office.

11 months ago I wrote a poor review due to my experience at this business. I decided that I would give it another try and Im glad that I did. I worked with a professional young lady and her name is Melody. She was extremely accommodating in getting my account setup. She supplied me with sample doors and moldings. The next day when I picked up my order another young woman assisted me making sure the order was correct and loaded into my van. I would highly recommend doing business with National Kitchen and Bath.

I have been flipping houses, & remodeling homes for 13 years. We have used other RTA companies before I found out about NKBC. I am so thankful I did, I am working with a highly intelligent professional that has attention to detail and provides me with exceptional service! Her name is Katie (Sales person 005), because of her I will always do business with NKBC.With NKBC and of course Katie, I NO LONGER have mistakes on orders, have to chase down customer service reps if something goes wrong, or if I have questions as well as if I need to get a extra part. Only five combinations of cabinet style and colors. if you can fine one of the five to meet your need then the cabinets they do have look good and appear to be constucted well. Waiting to fine out the prices from our contractor since they only sell wholesale

Ive been installing these cabinets for a while now for a builder. The quality is so/so. Theyre certainly not a top end product so if thats what youre looking for, keep looking. My few times interacting with sales was a horrible experience. They treat you like youre stupid. Fortunately Ive been in this business for 46 years and know this business inside and out. Im far from stupid when it comes to cabinets.

This place has variety of kitchen cabinet selection. The price is very reasonable with high quality products. Great customer service.

Sales representative missed a cabinet in her quote which was installing in a home in Virginia. Drove 4 hours and she never bothered to make it right. Cost me a day of work and potentially a client. Thats just one of the problems we experienced there.

I use this company since 2016, high quality cabinets, service is great, very few problem and they are always quick to fix the problems. Highly recommended!

These cabinets are of similar quality to other imported, RTA products; however, assembly is consistently poor from this distributor, they are diligent to deny warranty claims, and they have refused to accept returns on products that were received blemished. This distributor willfully sells products that have been returned due to defect and has freely admitted to doing so. Other RTA cabinet distributors offer cabinets of equal or better quality, demonstrably honor their warranties, and offer better and more efficient customer service.

Assemble yourself cabinets. Looks nice. Hard to assemble.

Needed 1 drawer as a replacement for 3 drawer vanity. Was told I would have to purchase entire vanity cabinet as they could not sell the individualdrawer. They would not even order and have it shipped Fed Ex or UPS.Poor customer service
