Ive known and have been doing business with, Todd for more than 20 years. Ive had countless repairs and upgrades performed by him! Hes definitely the go-to guy for anything computer related. I rarely right reviews but honestly I have to write this one because Todd deserves all the amazing reviews for the amazing work he does and coming through for us. Less than 24 hours my sons computer (which he uses for work) was up and running and ready for business again! Thank you so much!!!

My laptop was updated then an hour later crashed and would not reboot. Factory support said it would need to be wiped and reloaded, resulting in a loss of all my data.On a recommendation from a friend, I took it to Todd. He was able to save all my data and got my laptop running again. Better than manufacturer support!!

I am having issues with my computer and after doing some research I noticed Carolina Computech had good reviews and that is what made swayed me want to contact them, when the tech answered the phone I explained my issue and he then questions if I was a business or residential. Confirming that I am residential, however I work from home, he then informs me that “THEY”, (the whole company) only repairs for businesses. Well if we look at the reviews they were clearly reviews with PERSONAL repairs. Terrible, just TERRIBLE!!

Todd is Awesome I had a friend that is an adult with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She lives on a budget but wanted a laptop. I check with Todd to see what he had. Long story short she is very happy and Todd wouldnt even let me pay him enough. Great guy great business!!

The price of a computer isnt always as cheap as an online purchase, but the customer service is second to none. I cant say enough good things about this company. They did a great job fixing my computer. I am a photographer and graphic designer that works from home. I had my computer die on me after a move and thought I was doomed to buy a replacement because it was out of warranty until I found them. They went above and beyond to fix my computer. It needed a new motherboard and hard drive. They were super informative on what needed to be done and when the operating system gave me issues they were quick to respond with a fix. Ive done business with Todd and Phil for several years and theyve always done a good job for me. They have eliminated viruses, broken through ransomware, helped with hardware repairs and even worked me through some operator error problems. They built a desktop to my specs as well. My boyfriend brought his computer in to these guys three times in a month. At first he brought it in because his computer kept shutting off at random or when he would start to play a game. Unfortunately, he kept having to bring it back to them every time because they did not fix the problem, installed things on his computer he didnt ask for, and it got to the point where he couldnt even get past the welcome start up screen without shutting off or having an error. They have no idea what they were doing and charged a lot for it too. He brought it to a different computer store that is independently owned that charged a quarter the price CompuTech did all while actually fixing the problem the first time. He even commented how poorly the computer was put together. I would not waste any time or get your hopes up high. Its a disappointment because he went to these guys often thinking he could rely on them.
