Sorry fey, it used to be really authentic Sichuan spicy food, not anymore, after the pandemic, things changed, once distinguish, now just a Chinese restaurant in your neighborhood, prices are still good through.

Good new & used movie selection offered here for sale at FYE on McHenry Ave. in Modesto. The prices seemed somewhat higher than what similar competitors may charge for used DVDs and the selection was rather limited in comparison to the local competition. But the new appearance on the used movies and the quality of the DVDs packaging and the overall disc condition, more than justified the higher costs I paid and let me add, the movie selection was way more organized than the other local retailers in town, making my movie search much simpler and my time invested in searching the store inventory for my favorites, much shorter because if it. So I thank you for the things mentioned above, making my shopping experience very satisfying, keep up the good work.

Great place to go find popular with teenager gifts and memorabilia. The truly iconic can of Duff from the Simpsons Series to Wakanda Forever hoodies. It is a lot of fun and enjoyment.

Awesome stuff that is a little overpriced. Better chances finding the same thing online cheaper. Otherwise really neat finds and friendly staff. Fun to just go browse.

Horribly over priced items. Slowest customer service. If a customer declines to provide their phone number or email address it should be left at that. (I was asked over 10 times until I just gave it up over being completely frustrated)

This place has pretty cool stuff, however when I made a purchase the cashier asked for my email address. I declined and asked if it was for their promotions because if thats the case I dont live close by so I dont want to give my email. She said no I need it for the transaction weird I thought but I gave it to her (should have just made a fake one) I was hungry and tired so I just gave it. Well, I just received a promo email. Not cool and effing annoying

This store in the mall has a great amount of novelty product and some decent sales as well. We got a big kick out of their Jersey Shore pasta sauces. This is an excellent place to go for weird and amusing gifts, whether it be for a birthday or just because.

Service is amazing, the store is visually appealing and the products there make the store extremely fun. The large selection of Funko Pop! figures is also very cool. This is definitely the place to go for pop culture products of all kinds.

I come here all the time. Its a very Otaku type of store, and I love it. So if you are a big dork or you know someone is, its a great place to get a gift them or for yourself.

Love the store. One of my favorite places in the Sun Valley mall. Has a lot of entertainment to look at. Employees are polite and very pleasant to be around.

They have pretty nice clothes here! I really like the shirts that they have. The employees are just okay though. Kind of awkward most of the time and its a bit weird lol.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR FREE PROGRAM OR TRAIL PROGRAM FOR THEIR STORE. I specifically said i didnt want to after they said it was just a trail free for the first month and they still signed me up... Ive heard many stories that its nightmare to cancel. They keep charging you monthly even when you say you want to cancel and you can only do it over the phone even though you get all your discounts through your email. THE EMPLOYEE WHO SUBSCRIBED ME WITH OUT MY CONCENT WAS NAMED MARISSA. But other than that it was just a splended visit...

Do not accept a fye membership of any kind this place will robbed you of your money. I had received a trial membership back when i was a frequent shopper but once I stopped frequently purchasing there I realized i no longer needed to pay for this service ive. When I looked up how to cancel my membership the only way for me to cancel it was by calling them directly this turned out to just be another annoying money scam as in the person I spoke with basically wasnt going to take no as an answer. I stated multiple times I no longer was interested but they only ended up discounting my monthly charge to $4.95 instead of $10. This was clearly not what I wanted but it was very difficult to talk to them since all they cared about was keeping me as a customer so they could keeping charging me regardless of whether of not I actually shop there. After a while of paying the $4.95 I was still not shopping here so I called once again to just cancel it altogether this was just as difficult as last time the woman kept telling about all these discounts and benefits for why i should keep my membership even after I stated very clearly and multiple times I did not want to continue and wanted to cancel immediately. The woman then said okay and i was not at all covinced so I had asked to receive some type of confirmation as to know this membership would no longer be charging my card and she was not able to provide this and only gave me a cancellation number. I didnt unundstand why they couldnt issue some type of letter or email stating it was closed which also confused me. I am also upset and confuse why there is no alternative way to cancel my membership without having to speak to someone wo is only gonna tell more deals than actually address the probkem i called for. At this point if my membership doesnt cancel and I am charged once again for something Im not using I may consider suing them for stealing from me and forcing me to continue with their program regardless of me stating that i didnt not want to.
