Pretty good the guy there was pretty cool and the lady she was nice she had a very warm personality

I used to always come to this Metro because I work at S&D right behind it. There’s 2 Latin girls that used to be there every day- always smiling and very knowledgeable that used to answer my questions and handle my issues with no hesitation. Recently I went in and there was a guy that just totally ignored me, wasn’t engaged and it really made me feel uncomfortable going in. I barely see 1 of the girls now and if I don’t I see her I just go to the one closest to my home. Such a bummer.

Places closing way early no locations have it listed online store I went to only have 3 phones in the whole store available didnt tell me that off bat so I waited for like 15-20 minutes in line for no reason I still cant believe they only had three phones out all the phones they had displayed in it and then didnt say out of stock

By far the worse experience ever. The young Dominican man was not willing help me, nor made any eye contact, and had a very rude tone. He displayed very poorly customer service and quite honestly lacked simple manners.

I got phones for kinda cheap, the plan wasnt that expensive and the attendant was ok.

Depends on who is working depends on what kinda service you will receive!

It is a good place to buy cell phones at a good price, but the signal is terrible, it has almost two years of signal quality is too slow.The payment of the service is increasing every time and the service is more and more decadent.

Today 6/5/19 bring a friend to this Town to activate a new line. Jessica was the saleswoman who took care of us, very kind and gave us very good options. My friend grabbed an LG K30. I recommend this location.
