Shopping experience was good today. Had an employee ask if I needed help and actually gave me some good advice. The workers I encountered were all very nice and helpful. It also helped that the store wasnt too busy.

Really nice store with a good selection of home hardware needs. My wife and I have bought plants, trees, weed spray, tools, water hoses, toilet plungers and on and on. Great having this store in the neighborhood. The staff are always helpful when we’ve had questions.

Lot’s of Hardware & Garden! I could wander around this store for hours. Great selection of tools, plumbing, paint & electrical. I love the huge nursery with great plant selection. Very neat & organized, lots of employees offering help. Much nicer experience than Home Depot or Lowes, I go OSH first now.

Bought some great natural mulch potting soil I have been wanting to try for repotting a family baby stages tree .

I was debating on writing a review or not but I see that a lot of people had the same issue I did. If you plan on taking a trip their avoid the two female managers. Horrible customer service.... everyone else there was very helpful but when I went to go ask the two ladies a question they made it seem like I was bothering them because I interrupted their conversation... But I have to say, I love that OSH is back The store looks quite the same from the old OSH. Great inventory to!

While Im very happy that this store is now open in my neighborhood and also a source of employment for the local young people, getting a bit tired of being treated rudely by them. Are they getting any customer training at all? Not even to greet a customer making a purchase or to say thank you????This has now happened so many times now with so many different employees that it seems to be a pattern.This is a great store with an equally great selection but the next time this happens Im just going to make the 20 min drive to the big box stores like I always have.

Sharing this again because I went in again this morning and the same thing was going on..... soThey have a few good team member on their team that are genuinely helpful. It always seems to be the younger ones. Though there is a older gentleman that is always helpful. I should have gotten their names. I will say I believe she is a manager who has red hair, who is not only rude to her other employees but takes off her mask quite a bit just to take cell phone calls on the floor? It happened when I went in today and the last time I went in. We are in the middle of a pandemic, please keep your mask on. As someone who works retail the last thing I want is to keep wearing these masks but think of all the customers coming in. If you are in any position of management it makes me wonder how Covid is being handled.

Very nice place, and the folks are very helpful.

This place has many of the items I prefer to use. But their prices are high. If you are looking to make purchases such as tools, shop around! I rarely deal with sales staff at any hardware store, they tend to be ill informed.

My wife and I are in our ’70’s. We make our second trip since the reopening/renaming for several cans of spray paint. The employee who opened the cabinets was pretty much zero help with little customer skill. We pick out five cans of paint.You know what? Your not allowed to put them in your shopping cart, or carry them to the register. An employee has to take them to the register. That killed shopping/browsing the store. I fell treated like I’m 10 years old.

Misssd OSH when they went out of business. The Outdoor Supply Hardware fills a definite need on the area and sells a lot of the same items. The store is laid out well with a good selection. Everything is is easy to find as well. The cashiers are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Really Helpful. I was completely lost on how to do the home repair. He slowly and completely explained it to me. Wound up spending $20 on parts & saving $150 on repair.

So glad the store is back open. Customer service is amazing and I cant say enough about the manager she is exceptional with resolving an issue with the manufacturer of an item that i purchased.This is now my go to store for any outdoor items and looking forward to taking on interior projects with their assistance 😀

We came into the store with our original receipt and two $10.99, empty bags, to ask what we can do about this product we bought that did not work. We brought the bags home and immediately spread the seeds and everything mixed in it onto our backyard hill. We watered it twice a day, for weeks, nothing, not one sprout grew. So we brought it back to see what can we do, maybe a store credit or something. So the nice young clerk behind the front desk called the lady in charge of the gardening. We explained to the gardener manager what happened. She said, “ Your bags are empty, I cannot do anything. You have to deal with the company who sold these. It’s company policy.” My husband was upset, with this response. We requested to talk to a store manager. A store manager came, we gave her the same information to her and she responded we cannot do anything, the bags are empty. It’s company policy.“ We complained, “ Look, it says guarantee on the bags, nothing grew!” What do you want us to do, go home scrape up the seed and mix and some dirt and bring it back!” The store manager said, “Look, I am only doing this once, got it! Well, we got it, we got our refund of $23.90. But I will tell you, I love to support this store, was happy it opened up, because we do a lot of stuff around the house. But, I will be glad to drive a couple miles more to Ace, Home Depot and Lowes, before I spend any money in there again. It’s more about principle of buying something and guaranteeing your products and customer service. They treated us, like we were trying to cheat them. Really, over $23.90! The fact we had to waste our time meant nothing to them.

Harassed by multiple employees and discriminated against about a wearing a mask, I am exempt from wearing a mask for health reasons and have religious convictions against a wearing a mask. Post something on the door saying “outdoor supply is not responsible for customers potentially being exposed to covid upon entry” don’t be mask police it’s not your business to tell customers what to wear on their face.
