Beautiful store and amazing customer assistance. My daughter (12 yes old) was determined to find a purple mask and these ladies made sure it happened. They definitely went above the mark!

My first visit was nerve-wracking. Getting my name in the system took at least 6 tries and then it still was not right. My second visit provided OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. So glad that I went back. The first experience would have rated a 1 star at best.
Like the store. Lots of patterns but last chance. So if you see something buy it then. Chances are it may not be there when you get back.
Love this store! Always get a great deal on all things Vera! Usually gives double discount. Today was 50% than 30%. They now carry new wristlets that have a larger compartment for your phone. Also, your credit cards are protected from being scanned by hackers while in your wristlet. RFID Radio Frequency identification protection.
Really love this Vera Bradley outlet. Prices are crazy cheap. 50% and an extra 30% off almost every time I’m there. Then they honor the extra discounts on top of that (military for my husband and teacher for me). They have tons of stock and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. LOVE the little bins around the checkout line full of small goodies.

I have been a Vera Bradley fan for years! I truly love going to this location, the customer service is always above par, but sometimes the selection is a limited.
The staff at this store constantly locks the doors 5-10 minutes before closing. Maybe hire some staff who are more inclined to make sales.
