Ive been coming to this mall since they opened back in 1999, so Ive seen all its changes and improvements..its kinda futuristic being all white now..kinda cool. This mall has so many stores..shoes, clothes, toys, tattoos, jewelry, nail salons, candy stores, the movie theater, sports stores... literally a place for everyone!! There is tons of food through out the mall as well. Finding a good parking spot is by pure luck, this place is always busy!!!

It doesn’t matter if your walking to get exercise or shopping or eating. They have a selection of things that anyone will like. Many stores with good prices

Can get pretty packed but for good reason. The food court has some decent fast food choices. Useful maps just in case you cant find the exit you need. Overall a great place for shopping.

Rude people shopping, almost no mask wearing, and food is triple the price at some restaurants in the food court. I truly hate this mall and wont be back.

I decided to take a little road trip to visit a friend for her 40th birthday. So I decided to stop and visit one of the local malls. Safety 1st. I must say very very busy for it to be in the middle of a pandemic. However kudos to everyone for keeping their distance and wearing their mask. I must say one shop here really caught my eye. These apples were better than the state fairs. I know where to go.

A huge complex, with practically every store you could ever need. There is a awesome food court, and has somthing for everyone. A guaranteed must vist. Only thing is they close a little early, and that there is typically a lot of traffic.

I came in last minute to get these for a baby shower. Zach provided us with top notch customer service. He gave us recommendations and was really helpful. We are so thankful and appreciative of him and his kindness!

A great place to visit within the Charlotte area. A wide variety of stores and many local vendors have set up in this mall. Despite it only being one story, it even includes a movie theater! Overall, it would constitute a simple and family-friendly outing.

A go to place in concord for shopping. Restaurant is good and has many options. Weekends would be very crowded and is usually very difficult to find the parking. I prefer week days rather visiting on weekends.

Excellent place to buy a bone. Throughout the parking lot you will find plenty of vendors. Careful though because some will sell you the bone others will give you the bone.

I would really like to give a 2.5, but the app won’t let me. I’ve visited this shopping center in the past. In the past it has been mostly good. Nice shops. Nice movie theater.Two things bothered me on this trip. When you enter the mall, it says you don’t have to wear a mask if you’ve been vaccinated, but individual stores have their own rules. (If you trusted the cdc with mask recommendations before, why not trust them now when they say they are no longer needed?)Secondly, WAY more important, I found myself need to use the bathroom while I was there. The first location I found was “closed temporarily and directed me elsewhere. The second stop had 3 stalls. The first was occupied, the second was clogged and riddled with toilet paper. The third was covered in… It was disgusting. I left and finally used the third bathroom I found…a good twenty minutes after my first try. It should not be this hard to find a decent bathroom at a place that should expect so many people on its premises on a daily basis.

This place is pretty big, traffic is crazy getting in though! This place has everything you need for a day out! You have movies, Dave n Busters, Bass Pro Shop, Burlington just to name a few! The food court is huge but the outside surroundings has lots of restaurants as well! The backside of the mall has Go-Karts and other outside things to do inside theres an aquarium, I didnt go in because it looked small but I seen some great reviews after and now I wish I did go in! All in all, if youre in the Charlotte area this is a nice place to hang out!

One of the best malls in North Carolina, however, I recently had an experience that was less than desirable. I was snatched and grabbed by the con artists at Predire Paris after telling them twice I did not want their sample. One proceeded to call me out and ask me what I did with my hair. Within 30 mins of that encounter I had been conned out of $6,000 after the employees isolated me and put me in a position where I felt I had no other choice to spend the money. I have since referred this case over to Mall Management, the companys corporate office, the NC Attorney-General and my banking institution.Utter and complete thievery.

The shops are great but THERE IS ONLY ONE BATHROOM OPEN! Since the pandemic started, they closed the 5 other bathrooms due to covid restrictions but even though practically all restrictions are lifted, they only have the one bathroom open. Also, since its the only bathroom, theres always a line, the stalls are nasty, and they run out of toilet paper a lot. And half the sinks didnt work.Really expect better from such a busy and successful mall like Concord Mills.

The mall closes in 3 hours but the janitor is so ready to go home that he insisted that I change my seat in the food court to sit on top of strangers despite covidHe needs to be retrained and taught costumer service and common sense

For such a big mall not many good stores to choose from. Several sneaker stores, nice size food court, movie theater and a few clothing stores. Nothing special just the typical shopping mall. No hurry to return!!!

This mall has sooo much potential. There are some great stores in this mall however this mall is extremely dirty. It disgusted me how much dirt and gunk there was every where. Especially in the food court. The bathrooms are disgusting. Idk who manages this mall or what type of cleaning company they have but they definitely do not keep the place up to par. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because they do have some good store selections.

Love this mall !! Sooo many stores

You know we love Concord Mills! It is the most visited location in North Carolina and has every kind of store for the entire family PLUS places to eat and activities for kids and adults! Just know that it is crowded and parking is what it is!

Great outlet stores, good place for your family. You can find premium brands at a very low price in some of the stores located here and save a lot of money and get what you need for you and your whole family. While you shop you can get good food; the food court offers a variety of dining places at an affordable price. If you just like to go window shopping there is a chance you might also enjoy the mall.

Love this mall! Its just so huge and all of my favorite stores to choose From including the movie theater! You may get tired of walking, so bring your walking shoes lol! My husband always surprises me with the bear candy apple(turtle) which is my favorite and they carry it at the chocolate factory store☺️

Huge mall with plenty of stores. My first time in Charlotte and it’s definitely a spot you want to check out if you’re looking to explore and shop! I didn’t even get to finish going through the entire mall. Check it out if you’re seeking to go shopping from a huge selection of stores with a delicious food court!

Really love how the staff harasses service dogs and SDiT’s, and also let’s regular *pets* walk around the mall on the end of a flexi lead putting our teams at risk.

Family bathroom has not been cleaned in two weeks. I almost vomited on the floor the rooms were so awful and my kids complained of just the smell without even seeing anything. One toilet is full of explosive diarrhea and blood *that was there when I went last week* and the little kids potty was rancid to such an extreme degree the smell was noxious and everything was caked on even when flushed, like urine crystals or something. Thats what almost made me vomit. And of course no paper towels or soap. I dont know why its being neglected and is now a health hazard, worse than any porta potty. I was alone and had to haul all my kids and baby to the womens restroom which blocked everyone and was very difficult. If it wasnt for my daughter I would have gone to one of the other ones. This was shocking for a mall that seems to be updating itself. The mall is fine otherwise but the family bathroom situation was not only inconvenient but awful. What is going on? Cleaning person locked out now because of the phone buzzer?? Get this together. Large families need family bathrooms.

Nice location, great variety of stores but be prepared to be haggled by the kiosk workers, even after you say no they will run you down! And be prepared to fight for a parking spot or wait for 30 minutes unless your one of those people who like to park at the back of the lot. Overall it’s in a good area and quick drive from my house.

They have this very fun Target game 🎯 and variety of stores to choose from. Just Remember where you parked! 😅

Very good to go shopping

Great mall. Lots of good shops. Not a place for bargains though. Grounds and rest rooms could use more attention. Very busy place little tough to get in and out.

It’s a mall. It’s also the only nearby place to watch movies. Gets really crowded on weekends and evenings. There was a shooting in the parking lot a few weeks ago and people died. Scary.

This is a typical outlet mall with every major outlet store and dozens of places to eat. Its arranged in a large circle with several entries, so youll get your walking in! Parking lots can be a bit congested.

Update to my original review. So I was at the mall this morning with my two youngest kids and I was taking a few pictures to put here on Google local when a security guard started following me around the mall and asking me what I was doing. I told him exactly what I was doing just at the mall with the kids taking a few pictures for google local. Proceeded to tell me I needed permission to do so. I asked if every person that came in the mall with their phone had to get permission before they took it out to take a picture he said no and then continue to follow me and again told me without permission I had to stop taking pictures or they were going to make me leave. I told him I can take pictures if I want just like anybody else in the mall unless they have a mall policy that says you can’t take pictures inside the mall. A few minutes later the mall manager found me as my kids played on the arcade ride toys. He told me I cannot take pictures of anything besides my kids. I explain to him and showed him exactly what I was doing and how helpful that is for business owners in the mall. He then told me if I didn’t stop he was calling the police. He then called the police and there where 4-5 officers as well as mall security surrounding me and my kids while they questioned me. He asked for my ID and told me that I had to stop taking pictures or I would be escorted out. He said he was just doing his job and that because the mall is private property I can be asked to leave. So I asked if I was being asked to leave and he said no I just can’t be taking pictures of copyrighted things. I explain I wasn’t taking pictures of copyrighted things I was just taking pictures of the stores and he said that’s what the mall manager was telling him. What a great way to ruin my trip to the mall. Even though this is a great mall I will never go back. I can’t believe these guys followed me around and harassed me while all I was trying to do was hang out with my kids and post some pictures so other people can get an idea what the mall is like which obviously helps all the business owners in the mall. I videoed the police talking to me and I also videoed one of the times the security guard stopped me. It won’t let me post them here but I’ll post them someplace else.This is my kids favorite mall to go to. They truly have something for everyone from the Giant fish tank at bass pro shop to the food court and the carrossel as well as The different shopping options the aquarium and the amc 24 movie theater. They also have a Dave and busters in the mall. There is always so many options that we never get to everything every one wants to do before we run out of energy. This is definitely not a boring mall!!!

Reasonably priced mall. Parking situation is terrible during weekends. The mall entry traffic pattern is horrible and creates lot of confusion. Once you are in the mall, its a nice experience.

A giant mall. Something for everyone. There’s a carousel right in the middle of the food court! Parking is hard to find.

Is a very nice place to go shopping with your family and friends, it has a lot foods options and stores to buy what you need. I Highly recommend this place.

We went to Sea Life and it was fantastic. About $16 to get in and your pass is good for the whole day so you can come and go as you like.

Huge place. Great for walking exercise. Also, there is a cool play area for the kids. The food court and food stands offer nice variety of foods. But beware, the pretzel bites at the movie theater are way too salty!

Mr. Simon should arm his security & tell them to respond to emergencies. I’ve been attacked at two if his malls & security did nothing to help.

This is without doubt the best outdoor world I have been to. It is huge and in the summer they have workshops for kids outside.

Tons of options and deals. A great mix of shopping, dining and attractions!

It is the best mall my kids love it!!

Mall very clean. Restrooms has signs of social distancing. Only 5 at a time but have not been cleaned in hours. You literally have to clean the feces and urine off toilet to use it. Same thing in food court. Noone keeping clean. Other than those 2 items I would have given a 5.

I enjoyed the mall today. We had lunch at Maki of Japan - skip it. Go to Lotus. Seasonings were off. Also went to Haagen-Daas. OMGosh! The bourbon vanilla truffle something and Irish cream brownie together? DUDE..... Amazing!! Other than the food court, the mall has changed over the years. Glad the carousel stayed.

I drove almost 2 hours to come to this mall and I was very disappointed with the clothing stores and shoe stores. I would give this mall 2 stars but Dave and Busters helped with that just a little.

People under the age of 18 cant be on the mall premises after 3pm on the weekends unless theyre with someone 21 or older. I hope this will stop all the violence. Time will tell.

Women’s bathroom beside Starbucks is so nasty, there is wet bacteria growing down and on the sides of the sink drain! Also, there is wet bacteria and hair down in the hand dryers. Clean that up!!

This is a great shopping area. I always feel safe. And almost anything you can think to buy, they will have it in this area.

This is THE mall to go to!! So many stores!!! It is also just nice to walk around in. Love malls that have a movie theater inside too! All the stores you would expect a decent mall to have and more! I live 45 min away and it is for sure worth the drive.

The place is just amazing, you can get everything here. The food places are great and serve a variety of food. Kids can have lot of fun with the activities going around.

Was in town from Philly this summer and boy was this a big and busy mall!!!! Hard to park the only down side but other then that they have everything!!! What a tourist attraction! Bass Pro Shops is insane!! I could if spent hours there.

Will never run out of things to look at or do.. love the aquarium.....

I traveled from Greensboro all the way here just for them to tell me I have to be 21 to go shopping that’s crazy

Shoe shopping for our boys is tough especially since they grow by the day...we love the outlets because we find great deals and we can catch a movie and great meal all in Concord mills!

Visited this mall for the first time in December last year very nice place, lots to do and see. The go karts track was very nice never seen a mall like this one. Books a million was nice lots of stores nice people, and so many stores to choose between it was interesting. Will be back there soon. Love the aquarium.

Clean and wasnt crowded

Went to the Sea Life Aquarium. My daughter enjoyed it. She really liked finding the stamps for her booklet. The behind the scenes tour was neat.

One of the best mall Ive ever visited. A great place to bring kids. They have an aquarium, It is a good size with a lot of different sea life. They have a Dave & Busters inside. Merry-Go-Round lots of little games and rides throughout the mall. A lot of outlet stores to do some shopping. Great prices. You will not be disappointed.

Been here a hundred times over the past 6 years. Great place with all the staples of a mall and more. Its amazingly still thriving even during COVID (safely) and just the downturn in malls in general. Very clean, modern, and friendly overall. Some questionable characters from time to time but everywhere has their fair share of that. Never once felt unsafe.

It’s a Huge mall! It’s Very clean and just about any store you could want to visit is here.There are ton of food choices and family activities, including movie theater, the aquarium, go karts, mini golf and more. It’s a Great way to spend your day off of have a wonderful family fun day:)

Usually a nice mall to go to but during the COVID pandemic they have shut down a number of rest rooms and the one that is open near the food court has no soap whatsoever. Signs are placed everywhere to wear a face covering but I guess mall management missed the whole wash your hands section from the CDC.

Good mall but clean your bathrooms every once in a while. The entire bathrooms smells like week old pee.

Mask or no mask - the bathroom is one place you will COVID. The bathrooms are filthy and they don’t have anyone cleaning them on a regular bases... do not come to this mall your will regret it.

This is the best mall. Sea life Aquarium, carousel for kids, have a huge seating area for food pavilion. Great stores. Good food . Definitely will be back.

At Concord Mills there is something for everyone. From Disney and LEGO to H&M and Guess- every ago group is covered. Very clean. Lots of shopping and restaurants. A side note during COVID- there are lines outside most stores as they are not operating at full capacity. Also, check the return policy because Nike is “all sales final” right now.
