Went to do a tune up on my 94 Toyota pick up Travis from auto zone talked me into switching to synthetic motor oil an they had all the parts I needed. When I ran into a problem I called auto zone an Travis came by my place an helped me fix the problem thanks again Travis.

This review is for Peach St in Erie, Pa not Conneaut, Oh as is listed. In fact Conneaut, Oh location is one of the best Ive experienced as is Meadville, Pa as well. . . . . . Erie, Pa location, Not one person greeted me and there were ones standing behind counter. I walked back and forth from the front to back at least three times looking at sale signs and for sale paper which there was only one and it had been used a lot from the condition. The proper sale pricing was not on the shelves and it left me confused when comparing with newspaper because there are so many types of the same product with different formulas. Mobil 1 oil, $43.00 price on shelf but there was High Mileage, One Year, European, etc, etc. Mobil 1 HM and another was listed in paper at $30. Are all included in that sale because they were all same price on shelf. I went in because when I passed by, I got a text to get $5 off of $50 purchase. I didnt really need oil at that moment but I still bought 4 - 5 qt jugs at $26 ea at Walmart. It wasnt confusing there and the shelf had the proper price listed upon it. I will say though neither place had a Filter for my Audi a4 quattro but both had it for my BMW X5. Walmart, why are they so on top of Auto Parts and Supplies? I guess they found others arent. Sending me the text coupon was a waste of my time having to turn around and go back then the 10 minutes there. Very Disappointed. Thankfully not all AZs are like this. The one good thing occurred there was that I got to see the Zombie Rescue Vehicle outside of the Erie AZ. One other thing to point out is that I hate Walmart (Wally World) but if my hand is forced I will purchase there over a store I normally like.

Recently moved to the area and this is the only parts store near my new house. I CANNOT stress enough how helpful and courteous the staff was even though this was a Saturday afternoon and they were quite busy. I was taking on a task, while simple, I had never done on my own before. Not only were they helpful, but when I returned to recycle old oil they even asked how my project had gone and asked if i had any additional questions. Great people, great service!

I have never went into this business to have an unfriendly service person. The guys go out of their way to help! I dont know if it is that way for guys or just gals? They have replaced turning signal bulbs, headlights, window wipers and most recently Brady changed the battery on my key fob. He was not satisfied with just selling it. He put the new battery in and checked to see if it was working properly. When it wasnt he looked something up and found out that it needed to be reprogrammed. He told me how to do that and it worked!!!!!I will ALWAYS recommend and patronize Auto Zone, Conneaut, Ohio! 💕

The experts there are more then knowledgable and helpful, the guy that checked me out was helpful in explaining what battery would be the best choice and why and the other man who put my battery in was patient and thorough. ( everything wasnt where it should be to make it easy lol) Would absolutely come back!!!!

Go any day but Sunday. Worst service ever the last two Sundays. Waited for 10 minutes today for the man behind the counter to finish drinking his tea and walking back and forth. Then he decided he needed to go count the drawer. I will drive to Advance in Ashtabula from now on on Sunday. Still didnt get waited on. We walked out and drobe to Ashtabula.

Decent customer service. Tool stock levels always seem low. Only auto parts store close to me so Im forced to go there.

The staff are extremely unhelpful and do not have good customer service. During my visit they just wanted me gone. I had a part that I needed and they refused to look up what I might need in their system. My suggestion would to be avoid this store if you actually need help.
