I have lived across the street from CVS ever since they moved in and Im here to tell you they do not care about being a good neighbor.I have had discussions with management and employees about their delivery trucks running over curbs,sidewalks,grass,street signs,you name it they hit it !If you look at how they keep their property up ? Grass,trash,cement curbs,windows etc, you can see they dont care.So do you think they care about you,the customer?

Coupons are always a great perk. BUT lately the kiosk machine has been down. Causing a delay in my shopping plans.

I have to get blood work done every month for a medication. I got it done in my native Youngstown on Wednesday and expected my meds Thursday afternoon. I have the app to the place I get it drawn and was willing to show them the results of that. They said no because they need the actual fax. I won’t get back into Youngstown until after the new year. I understand it’s the holidays but I didn’t have this problem with Walgreens. I got an emergency supply from Walgreens before. I wish they didn’t stop taking my insurance.

The place has always been very expensive on most products.
