Called this store looking for a certain color deck sealer. They told me they had it. I called again as it is 40 miles to this store from my house. None of the stores close to me had it. I drove the 40 miles only to find out they didnt have what I asked for. The sales person told me that the manufacturer didnt make the color that I wanted. I already bought what I wanted but needed more. There wasnt even an apology offered. The sales person I talked to was the same one I talked to on the phone.

This place is ok if your only getting one or two boards, and dont mind the price gouging! If Lowes and Home Depot have the lumber your looking for, Jrs is pretty competitive with their pricing. If their out, he doubles his prices. I was told, if the big hardware stores are out of lumber, Jrs Jacks up their prices, because they know if you need it, youll pay for it! (6) 5/4 10foot decking boards costed me $80, and a 8 foot 4x4 costed almost $19!!! Im not sure how their allowed to get away with this. But, I will be contacting somebody!

This place is very convient if you live in Conneaut and need something quick without having to drive 20-30 minutes either direction. However, the one man who works there is extremely rude! He has absolutely no personality or customer service skills at all. Dont even bother asking any questions because they will be answered very sarcastically. He makes you feel like you are nothing but a bother to him. If this was my busisness I wouldnt want someone like this running it. Definitely will not be back. Id rather do the 30 minute drive then get treated like an idiot.

I only go here when i need to for convenience. Otherwise i go to lowes or home depot in ashtabula even if it is out of my way. The guy that works there is very rude and will treat you like you are an idiot. Very poor costomer service!!!

The guy behind the counter talks down to you. Acts like your a moran and like your bothering him. Very unprofessional.
