They were fair with my trade. Felt like I got a good deal on the car we were buying. No pressure to put any extra money down or buy anything extra. In and out in 2 hours. Great experience.

I have found their follow through on customer service very poor, over the last year. My Ford F150 has had some issues going on with it for multiple years and have had to continually fight with them for follow-up and how do we go about resolving it. This morning was the last straw. Had a scheduled pick up for service and had planned my whole day around them. I was notified last minute, that they couldnt pick my truck up for service because no one was available. (2 or 3 time this has happened) Customer Service is the most important quality to me, so therefore I will move all of my business to another dealership from now on. Whats worse for them, Im will soon be buying another vehicle. You can guess who will not be receiving the business!
