The entire process was flawless and very personal! We had Cathy come out to measure our entire house and the next day we went in and she gave a tour of all selections to fit our personal needs. She helped us determine the pad, carpet, and click to lay vinyl that would look good in our home. We scheduled the installation of the carpet and a few days later Bill and Aaron came out and installed all of it within two days. They were both very professional and did an incredible job. My husband and I are very impressed with Wholesale Carpets!

My husband and I bought our very own first home back in January of this year. Wholesale carpets were the ones to put our flooring in. We worked it out with the seller of our house to give us a budget for new flooring due to the shape that the carpet was in when we first bought it. We told this to wholesale carpets and they helped us get the flooring and carpet that we were very satisfied with, and in our budget! Theyre very nice and super helpful. You can tell that they just want to make the customers happy with their purchase. They gave us a huge discount on the flooring that we really wanted. Will absolutely go to them when we want to change our flooring again. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Needed a 10x12 carpet after dropped a can of stain on it. Only had 50$ and they hooked me up with a great piece of carpet. Really nice lady, wish remembered her name.

These guys are great! I called and scheduled for someone to come give me a free quote on replacing the flooring in one of my rooms from carpet to vinyl, and Patty came in the next day! She was not only friendly and easy to talk to, but professional and thoughtful when she calculated the quote and walked me through each expense. After we agreed on a good price range, I came in to the warehouse and picked out my floor. When I was ready to schedule an appointment for installation, they were able to fit me in for the next day! The installation crew was quick, also very friendly, and did a great job. They didn’t leave behind any mess whatsoever, and never once made me feel uncomfortable being alone with them. I have absolutely zero complaints. If I ever need any more work done on my floors, they will be the first people I call! I highly recommend them.

I am super happy with our carpet we purchased here today we got it home and my husband already had it layed down in one of the bedrooms. Great customer service in helping us make our selection, great price and wonderful guy who came in to cut it and wrap it for us so we could take same day highly recommended this establishment, wish I had shopped here first will be a repeat customer thank you again!!!!
