This company is great to work for but DO NOT work for the Conroe location. Used to be a previous employee the training is great but the turnover rate is insane. Wonder why they get with the company to get their CDL once they get they leave. Truck drivers are understaffed and hire temp workers to help who don’t know anything. The lack of communication is not good along with concerns that fall on deaf ears.
