I bought a pair of wireless earbuds for $37,got them home to realize they wouldnt hold a charge. Brought them back but they dont do refunds so they were exchanged with another pair, got them home to realize they AGAIN wont hold a charge.Brought them back a 3rd time and the girl on shift took the 2nd pair of defective earbuds and my receipt took my name and number, said she would test all the ones she had and call me when she found a pair that were working. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!! THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT AND MY MONEY 😡

I took my phone in an hour before closing on Wednesday evening and it was ready to pick up next morning. Reasonably priced for replacing my iPhone XR screen. So grateful for their fast and good quality work. Definitely will recommend this place if I know someone who needs a phone repair

The brothers that own this shop are kind and professional. I went to two other places to get my phone repaired before going to Yeti. The first told me I would need to buy a new phone. The second referred me to Yeti. After two days my phone was as good as new and the repair was far cheaper than a new iPhone would have been. They even put a new protective cover on for free. THANKS YETI!!!

Worst customer service. Do not come for phone repairs. Adam is a greedy crook. I feel bad for his employees because they are left to deal with his mess while he is opening more stores. Honestly if you cant manage one store. You shouldnt be opening more of them. They argue with every customer and refuse to give anyone their money back and they dont fix your phones. Do not do business here. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. This man buys stolen phones. Beware. UPDATE: Also note on the screenshot of how he responded to me after he saw my review on yelp. He took months to respond to me and after multiple calls and visits to his location he was never to be found or able to get in contact with. I spoke to the police after he called to complain on me and I was able to file charges for harassment. Repeatedly calling my phone to cuss me out.

Excellent service! They replaced my iPhone’s cracked screened in 30 min. It was done perfect! He also placed a screen protector at no extra cost! And the price was the best I could find! Strongly recommend.

When to see if they can replace the charger port on my daughters nokia, waited 30 minutes to talk to one of them, the guy told me they may not have the part, i asked him if i can order it and bring it so they can replace it on the phone (as an option of course) he said yes, i asked him how much would it cost me, he asked the lady next to him and she didnt know either, then i guess the owner of the place came in, the lady asked him the same question and he said WE DONT DO THAT, turned around and left, i was expecting AT LEAST more fixing options but he didnt care AT ALL.. terrible customer service, employees not trained, the place looks and smells like trash and the owner is a completely joke, if i could rate this place with NO STARS i would.. thanks for the BAD service, sometimes we gotta go through all this BS so next time we wont make the same mistake with these small BS business..

Yeti is always on point. I went in today after some drama with an friend that wasnt really a friend and Yeti out my worries to rest. They had me taken care of quickly and gave me a number that I love. I believe in Magic so have 4 number 3s in my phone number was a beautiful sign for my new beginning!

I came here with my dad to get my phone fixed. The charging port was jacked up and I had to fix it. They didnt have the part and we waited almost 30 mins to get service and the music they put there was terrible and frustrating. Will not go back and I recommend going to Gadgets Mid or something in Conroe.

These guys are straight up. I had a problem with a device and no one in town would even touch it. NOT THESE GUYS! I came in and asked they took my device had it for like 1 hour and handed it back to me. Its been working ever since. Id recommend this store even if they wouldnt have been able to fix it; just for the fact that they were extremely attentive to my needs and gave great effort to help me out.

Went in to see if they could Unlock a Metro PCS phone that I bought as a parts only phone and rebuilt. Metro refused to Unlock the phone because I had not bought the phone from them. The female clerk at Yete was able to unlock it in less than 30 minutes and only only charged me $ 32.00 total. Very happy with service as two other online services had failed and had at least refunded my money.

I bought a used phone the other day, Adam was so helpful! He stayed on the phone with my service provider for almost an HOUR helping me transfer my number to the new phone! I dropped my pho e off and the owner told me it will be ready up to 7 days. Have the text to prove it. Ita been two weeks and some days. And still not ready. Not mad about that. Mad that he lied on the time it takes. And when i called gim o. Iy, he cursed me out. I wouldve been okay until he cursed me out!! Not professional at all!!Dont go to him. If u do, u will be sorry.Anybody that can curse u out, isnt a business person u can deal with.

The price for everything is good, however when I got my phone back after they fixed my screen it had a weird white spot on it that won’t go away, and my phone just recently got a black mark on it too, like it’s the actual screen luring cause when my phone is off you can’t see it but when it’s on you can, but that’s my only complaint.
