Fine. No womens jean shorts that are hemmed. Edit: While I appreciate the response, there arent any online either. Every pair is either a roll cuff or ripped. No hemmed shorts for women, only men.

Went shopping for a suit for my hard to fit husband.Suit jacket found in store, slacks ordered by the store to match. Found very nice dress shirt, tie with hanky and tie pin in store.The sales gentleman, Raymond, went above and beyond to help us out.Great experience with JC Penney.

I felt that this location had a much better selection than the JC Penney at The Woodlands Mall. The staff were also present when I needed help or had a question, and they were very helpful! Parking was easier, too, since its a stand-alone store.

Ordered a bed in store and a week later they decided to cancel my order and refund my money without even telling us. Called to say I want my bed and the bed I ordered has been given to someone else instead even tho I already paid for it. The manager is incompetent and clearly incapable of handling in store orders and has zero customer service because she also refused to be accommodating after completely inconveniencing us with our purchase.

Love the clothing and the prices. Love the fact that you can use coupons even with clearance items.... You get Rewards that you can use with the coupon to make your prices even better... Employees are very nice

Do not use their curbside pickup! They told us the store was closed, so we left. Then they proceeded to give our order away, without even checking the ID. Now they wont admit they were wrong and told us the store manger personally gave us the order. They have kept us on the phone for an hour. Spend your money somewhere where they at least verify your ID and put customers first.*Edit* I had to go to the store and speak to a supervisor, to finally get a refund.

Well I have to edit my review from yesterday unfortunately, I returned to the same store today to buy my wife more jewelry because I had such a nice experience the day before, but the employees (the little boy who works as a doorknob cleaner and greeter I suppose) felt it was appropriate to disrespect me. I turned around and walked out and will never return to that JC Penney again and you can be sure no one in my family or any of my friends will be back. Ill be sure to spread the word on how this business is truly run. The only thing I regret was ever giving this place a positive review yesterday. To think I gave them 5 stars and a polite review just to have them spit in my face the following day. Never again you just lost a life long JC Penney customer.

Overall - good experience. Good prices, the store is clean with the restrooms taken care of. The checkout has multiple people there which makes it easier. Curbside works great and convenient.

My wifes been dying for a new bra. She got fitted & it was BOGO on the bras, so she was very happy. I got a Japanese Star Wars t-shirt & some fantastic wireless ear buds for practically nothing, so Im very happy. All in all, we left happy. ;)

I have curly hair and everyone was super helpful and nice. They even recommended some new products for me to try that I really like. Morgan did a wonderful job. Pinky was also very nice and helpful.

If you don’t have your receipt, you will get a very small percentage of what you paid back. Except I went to the counter with two dresses that still had tags and I was able to tell them which card I used to buy them. It took probably 10-15 minutes but the employees found it for me in their system, even after I told them not to worry about it and I got a full refund.

Went to pick out clothes for my girls. I was able to get a few shirts but their selection could have been better.

Cashier tried to force my daughter to apply for a Pennys credit card, however, my daughter told her she already has one.. I instantly went into mommy mode! My daughter was embarrassed, however, I didnt care because the cashier was trying to take advantage of my daughter.

I can always find what Im looking for in this store. It might be small, but its got you covered. Prices are great. And the cashier will usually get you a coupon. If you cant find it in the store, can check online and they will ship it to the store for free. They even do price match on their appliances.

This is a really nice JCPenney store. This store is large, well maintained, well staffed, and gives me renewed hope that JCPenney actually may survive.This store has a wide range of selection & worth a visit.

I really enjoyed shopping at this store and it was a great experience. My cashier Fatimah was extremely helpful and she is the nicest associate I have ever met. She deserves a promotion and a raise. But the Line is always long.

Very good material, prices and personnel

This store is in a good location. Ample standard & handicapped parking. Handicap access and restrooms. The layout is great and on this day, there was a greeter/customer contact at the entrance. All employees were extremely courteous. The checkout is sort of goofy. The configuration is similar to At Homes checkout counter but, prefer the checkouts as they were before.
