Do yourself a favor and use a different pharmacy. Zero customer service skills!! I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy at all! Even after calling to make sure the prescription I needed filled was correct, they still filled the wrong prescription. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized they gave me the wrong prescription, so I called and they told me to bring it back. Instead of being told, I’m sorry about this mistake and this is how we can fix it, I was told well you spoke with the morning shift and they’re gone now. Then was told that the order for medicines was already sent off, so it wouldn’t be until Monday that they could send an order off for my prescription. I told them this prescription couldn’t wait until Monday, and I was finally told I could get a 30 day supply instead of 90 then (which is what I should have been told in the first place). Not once did they apologize for their mistake, nor show an ounce of caring that they were causing stress to their customer. It amazes me how incompetent some of the workers at this pharmacy are, especially when dealing with people’s well being. For some people, some of these medications are how they survive and this pharmacy could care less about their customers.

This is by far one the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Their customer service skills ar completely nonexistent. They put prescriptions on hold for no reason. I have waited weeks at a time to get medication prescribed to me by my doctors. They say they are waiting for authorization from my insurance for weeks after the insurance company has approved authorization for my medication. When questioned, they act like they have no idea who I am or what I am talking about. They are slow with everything they do. The act like they have better things to do besides their jobs. The staff are lazy and rude. I even had a pharmacist give me a powder antibiotic for my infant without mixing the medication with water. When I called about the medication, she told me to just add some water to the powder instead of bringing the medication back to be mixed properly.The only people worth anything here are Grace and 1 other woman whos name I dont recall.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! They are by far the WORST pharmacy that I had ever used! Zero customer service skills!! I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy at all! I will be contacting their corporate office about their behavior because it needs to addressed. It’s obvious that the management is not doing anything about it!

I had a very rude pharmacist help me today with my vaccine. Every question was met with a rude comment. If you are having a bad day please don’t take it out on a customer. Check your emotions or find another position that doesn’t let you speak to customers often.5 stars because other pharmacist was wonderful!

I have to give a shout out to Lynda Koomson! She is the pharmacy manager at this CVS location and she is AMAZING. My husband and I went there for our first COVID vaccinations. I was a bit uncomfortable (needles are not my thing) but Lynda made me feel at ease with her light laughter and easy going personality. She is definitely a treasure.

Nelly needs to be taught Customer Service skills for she has none. Like this location overall but selection for help in pharmacy should be more than just existing. Pharmacy manager on the other hand is awesome!

Extremely terrible CVS pharmacy. The tech didnt know how to process insurance correctly and decided to cancle my order all together. I called the insurance company and they said nothing was wrong on my end.

Theres not enough negative things to say about the majority of the people who work in this pharmacy. In 5 years of coming here for my mom, Ive had 3 good experiences. They treat medication like an option and dont listen at all to whats being asked.

Do not go to this location to get tested for Covid. The girl working in the pharmacy this morning was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I had an appt at 11 AM, got there at 10:55, it took her 7 minutes to get me my Covid test. There were no customers inside. I thought it was strange it took so long, I’ve been to other locations for testing before, it’s SUPER quick, but not this time. She handed me the bag with NO instructions and walked off, luckily I knew what to do. I opened the bag, my swab had been cut open with scissors, meaning it was exposed to who knows what and now I have to stick it up my nose for 30 seconds.. There was no sanitary products in the bag like there should have been for dropping the kit in the drop off box. Go to any location, except here, this is NOT how testing is supposed to be done. UPDATE: less than 24 hours later I get my PCR lab test results back, mind you this test takes 2-3 days to get back. Results are “inconclusive”. What a joke and waste of time!

The pharmacy at this location can never get it right. Ive been trying to get my prescription filled here for weeks and they always give me some reason for not being able to do it. Today I called and they said they didnt have it and it would be another few days then told me to hold on a second while they looked it up. Turns out they have had it the whole time. Would give negative stars if it was possible.

The pharmacy is a joke! Every time I come here they are so unorganized, and nobody knows where meds are. Not for just me but all the other people in line too.It can’t be that hard, as every other pharmacy I’ve ever been to is super efficient.

Just needed a recommendation on anti nausea medication for a child. Pharmacist, I will be with you in a few minutes, no one but me in line. I relay, I only needed a recommendation for a child OTC. Okay he says. 18 minutes pass, I googled, found a recommendation, proceeded to self check done.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received at a CVS. Very rude in the pharmacy. Acted like I was inconveniencing them when I asked to transfer a prescription from another CVS. If I do go back, it will be to speak to a manager about the rude female employee working in the pharmacy. Obviously, customer service is not her priority.

This is by far the worst CVS Pharmacy ever. There is only one pharmacist there that is kind. There is no ccompassion from anyone else. Ive given them multiple opportunities to change my mind regarding their customer service and it just never improves. I finally switched my prescriptions over to Walgreens.

The CVS it’s self if nice. The pharmacy though... every time I come in to pick up my prescription it takes 30 minutes at LEAST!! It’s honestly severely frustrating. I just even spoke with the pharmacist today when she called me told her I would be in tonight which I am now. I pulled through the drive through, was asked to come inside (in my pj’s even better). Go inside, sit down, and she tells me “welp you’re going to have to wait 35 minutes before I get to it” really??? There isn’t even anyone here... every... Single. Time. I’m. Here.....

Worst customer service ever. Employees were very rude and have no consideration for their customers. No one was at check out so I rung the customer service bell and the employee that came up gave me a dirty look and was very rude to me. By far the worst experience I’ve had at any CVS, GET IT TOGETHER

We want to thank Dr. Hetal Mehta, the pharmacist or duty for helping us today 7/6/19. My husband is a heart patient and we needed a day of his medications so that we could stay in Texas an extra day. She was very patient and we were able to get what he needed. Thank you!Gina M. WekkeSpencer, OK

Start off by saying the heavy set female who works the front desk of the pharmacy needs to be retrained. I had to repeat the letters to my last name at least four times. After finally looking me up in the system, they stated I didnt have any prescriptions on file. The pharmacist, Kim, was extremely rude. She looked at the heavy set female and told her so whats the result of this? Did you tell him we will text him when its ready? Why is he still standing there? As I walked off, could hear them gossiping. I looked overMy shoulder and saw Kim rolling her eyes.I guess this is how CVS lets their employees treat customers. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION

0 stars for the rudest people in Pharmacy. At least for two locations in Conroe. The bs they just put me through last night was so uncalled for, this isn’t even close to the first time.First: I waited a lil over two hours after my script was electronically sent to call and ask about it. “It’s been over two hours and no word, do you have an update on my prescription and how much, no insurance?”She goes through the standard verification but in a rushed & moody way. She said they have nothing for me. Naturally I aske, “are you sure because they sent it two hours ago, at least?” She pops an attitude saying, “We have voicemails but haven’t checked them!”Me; “Why? How much longer...this pharmacy is so unorganized and...”....click...she hangs up on me. I was already on hold close to 10mins the first time I called. I call back. On hold, no pickup. 10+ mins on hold as I drove down there. Walk straight to the Pharmacy and ask for the main manger’s contact number or a corporate number. One customer in the car line, no one in line or waiting inside. One of the two ladies walks closer and states she is a manager. Me, “well I then need corporate”. Her, “You can go online and do it yourself.” Oh okay...so you’re saying you are refusing to help me with that info? I asked & walked off. Sat in my car and called corporate.The rep I connected to took a statement and offered to call about my script. By now, I should have taken dose 1 to prep me for minor oral surgery Monday. So time is ticking or I have to take another day off work to reschedule if come Monday they say the infection is not down enough because I started meds late.She called, the associate, not the manager answers. On a three way call...states again no scripts have been sent in my name. So I asked in a annoyed and firm tone, “In this short time, did you check all sources and those voicemails you told me about?” She acted stupid. I said I will contact my doctor but just to let yall know, no customer should have to call corporate to get answer about a script. I just needed to know when it will be ready and how much without insurance so I can get to bed (its now 3hrs later abt 6p). The rep lady when to say something and the pharmacist hung up! What?! See not me, even the rep said she noticed the tone and is making a note of this interaction.Here is the UNBELIEVABLE moment that made this worse:I have dinner with my family, about 630ish, I call the other CVS in town 910 West Davis. The first person to answer the call within 1 min. Was polite-ish. Short tone, no personality but NOT rude. So Im good. She looks for the script at all local CVS stores & guess who has it?? Store 3711! I asked her if she can have it transferred, I have no insurance so I need the cost, yall are a bit further, on the otherside of town so before closing. She said she’ll call me back. Perfect!Never did. Now with my boyfriend, a witness this time. Now, close to 8p, getting close to dose 2 and I haven’t even had the first one. I call that location back (910). Someone new answers. Me: “ I’m Amara, I spoke to someone not too long ago about having my prescription transferred, any updates?” She in a rude way after sighing (another one geez) asked the standard verification info & put me on hold. I told my bf, geez a bit rude. She gets back and she said they have it and its ready but in a rude way, tells me I still haven’t provide my insurance info, I need to or they can’t process them. Puzzled why the attitude, I was not short or rude! Thinking, is that manager from 3711 her friend, geez? Guess they were not even going to call either. I do not have insurance, what is the cost? Not on speaker & my bf can hear her shout at me! Seriously, she was over talking and shouting at me why! Because I then asked her them! Wasn’t aware of more than one, she had three. I was confused, told her I don’t want the pain meds just the important ones. She mentioned 3 but only told me of two. I was trying to see if the 3rd one was important. Starting yelling at me cause I kept trying to tell her to calm down. Never again!

The pharmacy is VERY slow - they quickly answer the phone so it shows they picked up a line, but will keep you on hold forever...lunch break ?I am on hold now - has been 11 min - so far !!!

And I even struggled giving 1 star! Worst time management skills EVER! Dont even bother scheduling appointment online, they do not follow the appointment schedule, it is a first come first serve basis so just save yourself time and just do a walk-in!
