My technician Paul was very clean and honest. I just moved into a brand new built home. I had asked the technician to look it over and to install a quiet opener verses what came with the house. Paul changed out 2 of the 3 openers for me and the rollers as I requested and WOW what a difference. He even pointed out the loose screws in the door.
