Able Glass is a top notch operation. Not only did they get my order done very quickly, their prices were the best and their service unmatched! When two of the glasses cut did not fit due to poor framing by the carpenter, Able glass recut the windows for me and trimmed them to size at NO extra charge. That was awesome! Thank you guys, you rock!

Called and spoke with Josh. Super nice people and they had my special cut glass ready within an hour and a half. When I came to pick up, they even carried the glass out to my vehicle. Super great people and awesome service! Price was better than other glass places I called.

Excellent and professional customer service! The only thing I would recommend they do better is clean up the car after putting in a windshield… Mine was full of debris and very dirty.

Had to replace broken glass on a picture during a remodel.able took the measurements from the frame said I would have to come back the next day.pickedup glass went back to the job to fix the picture, glass was the wrong size.went back to able to have them recut the glass.they did not greet me when I entered or get the door for me when Im carrying a 36 inch sheet of glass I set it on the desk and told them it is wrong.no sorry etc.they bring the glass out 20 minutes later in my frame not wrapped.I an working 45 minutes away from the Conroe location and had to make three trips for s piece of glass.4 hours wasted in a work day driving back and forth.next time Ill pay the 45 dollars at hobby lobby.able glass was only 20 dollars less but cost mean cople hundred dollars.

Came out and did a good Job but when I went to pay he didnt have a Credit card reader on him and and thus had to write my card info on the invoice that he would take back to the office. I didnt use this card for any other purchases and today the card company called me because some one was trying to use the card to buy stuff from Zumies and a gas station. Be careful with giving this company your CC info.***Update*** Called able glass and worked out the issue and worked with me to fix the problem.

Able Glass out of Conroe installed a 3/8 thick custom glass shower enclosure at our home in 2005. We have been very pleased with the glass work that they did both in terms of appearance and functionality. In 2009, the top shower door hinge began to separate (hinge manufacturer defect), so I called Able Glass to come and repair it. I was prepared to pay for the repair but the installers (Lamar and Scott) said that they stand behind their work and would repair it at no charge. All of the installers from Able Glass have been very professional and friendly. Having built a custom home, I know all to well that contractors are hit and miss, but I can highly recommend Able Glass. I would definitely use them again. - Doug in Huffman, TexasUpdate: A few days ago (Feb. 2013) the bottom shower hinge broke. We called Able Glass and emailed them a photo of the hinge. They came out the NEXT DAY and replaced the hinge free of charge because it has a lifetime warranty. Great service and they stand behind their work. Recommended!

We have a 2018 GMC Sierra and had our cracked windshiled replaced by Able Glass. One third of the cost of dealership and they did an excellent job! No problem with calibration! Josh was great!

The prices for SIMPLE work at this shop are outrageous. I would not recommended that anyone come here. Compare and I bet youll go up the block to the competition! I came in to get a pair of small glasses cut and Marty who seems to be a manager or owner was rude and told me work couldnt be done. The shop guy came out from the back and said no problem, Ill do it in 15 minutes!! He took the pieces and Marty proceeded to charge me close to $100. I did a double take and he said that it was all the labor that cost so much. Really?? And you tell me this after the works is underway?? As I waited for my glass pieces, I noticed how he treated all the people who came in with disregard, like if they were a bother, he has a take it or leave it attitude, people were here for appointments for windshields and sent away because the parts were not in as promised, etc. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with this business. BEWARE OF ABEL GLASS SHOP.

Mercedes-Benz owners beware!! Able Glass assured me they could get the correct windshield for my E-350’s options. After picking up the vehicle, my lane tracking assistant was not working. Took it back and while I was told “sometimes we can calibrate it and sometimes we can’t”, he also told me I should not have to pay M-B to fix their error. Umm, let me see, Able Glass messed things up, but M-B should calibrate it free! When I called back, they refused to reimburse me for the calibration. After two trips to the dealership, it is still not not working. Save yourself some time and avoid after-market windshields!!!!!

Horrible - dont do business with these people. I ordered a window over three weeks ago. It was supposed to take less than a week. It was a little over $200.00, and I have paid that in full. My other option was to buy it online. That was $50. cheaper, and would have arrived in three days. As it turns out, they didnt make the window at Able Glass. They just order it (the same as I would have done) and charge for their involvement. When the window arrived it was half an inch taller on one side than the other. They didnt call me when it arrived - it just sat there until I called them. They later said they had written my number down wrong. At this point it has been over three weeks and I still dont have the window. I paid $50. extra to deal with a local Conroe company. What a joke.

Guy at the counter didnt seem interested in making a sale. I told him what I was looking for. He showed me something totally different and even said that what he was showing me was too expensive.

Ist windshield install (that took over 4 hours waiting in the office) was never set right and had to return the following day to have it replaced. No apologies. Just bring it in. Second windshield never set right and was never resolved.

They replaced my GMC Sierra pickup windshield in a very short time and did a very professional job for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them for any windshield replacement.

Got an estimate in August, 2013, for a front windsheild for a 2013 Nissan Altima. They quoted $467. Called Stein Glass, just up the street in Conroe on Frazier Street and got a price of $315. tax included. Another glass dealer gave me a price of $313. Got the $313. job. Why the big difference ?
