I ordered on Click List. On my order, it said in Bold, all caps, green letters that the pick up fee was FREE, however, they still charged me $4.95.I went in and was told they cannot refund me since there is no physical item to refund. When I pushed, I was then told it was because my order was only $30 instead of $35. I spoke to the Click List manager who would not even look me in the face and just kept agreeing with me but offering so solution. So...they got $5 free from me.

Understaffed and understocked. There were buggies and extra displays scattered throughout the store, making it difficult to navigate down the aisles. The few employees I asked for help were very apathetic. Only one checkout lane was open (I had a full basket of groceries and could not do self checkout). The clerk was slow as molasses, and the ONLY bagger in the store, left over half of my groceries Un-bagged, so he could help people at the self checkout (who arrived to checkout after me). I honestly cannot believe this store is still open.

This has been my go to grocery store for 2 years now. Typically I do not have any issues and the staff are pretty friendly. Lately I have noticed issues in the meat department. Particularly in the section with the cold cuts, bacon and hot dogs. I stopped buying bacon from this store after seeing several packages where the seal was apparently broken and the bacon was turning colors. Twice I have gotten home with lunchables only to find they were expired. The latest one…a month past the “Best By” date. This is concerning since I buy other meat from this store as well. How are these things getting missed during the “Freshness Check”?

Although most experiences over the past few months of patronage were fast, friendly and efficient, my most recent visit was deceptive and an insult to myself and my doctor.After speaking to two associates regarding their refusal to complete a refill, I was misinformed by the pharmacist herself on the directions they were using to prohibit refilling my medication. I accepted their version as accurate assuming there had been a miscommunication between myself and my PCP allowing Kroger to postpone my prescription 4 weeks past the date I thought it shouldve been available.A month later, I returned to my PCP and discussed with her how I had argued with the Kroger pharmacist due to our misunderstanding. Lo and behold, my doctor had not only written it exactly how I originally thought but Kroger had called to confirm after our dialog AND PURPOSELY CONTINUED TO MISLEAD ME.My PCP has records of how the prescription was originally written and the correspondence between then and the pharmacist prior to me returning a week later (4 weeks past the date it shouldve been available). Upon my return, I deliberately asked how the script was written and what the time frame was. The pharmacist herself stated that my doctor had changed the directions back to the way it had been prior.Pharmacist are licensed professionals that have an ethical duty not to mislead or purposely misinform customers. Blatant lies should never be tolerated in any industry, however as valid practitioners of the state of Texas this is a violation of their civic duty to the public.Not to mention, I personally suffered as a result of their lack of responsibility.Medication is used to better our health and well-being. If that is important to you and a right you expect to be honored- choose a different pharmacy.

Kroger is always well stocked and well organized. Their parking lot is well lit and spacious. Curbside pickup (Click List) is awesome. Staff is friendly. Get a Kroger Card for great deals. The currently require masks in store but I have seen people get away with not wearing one. The Kroger branded products are very similar to name brand quality at a much better price. Bathrooms were kinda iffy. Deli and Meat Market items are always fresh. Keep an eye out for manager markdowns.

I ordered a cake and paid for it in advance 3 weeks in advance btw when it was time to pick it up the lady at the bakery actually had her nerve to rudely say what do u need lady then i told her i was picking up the cake and she told me i would have to wait cuz it wasnt finished she gave me a cake that i i did even order it was completely wrong manager Cody was so sweet bout it though he gave me my money back and he was so polite bout itb

I always find what I need, and the people that work here are always really nice. I love shopping at this Kroger and they also stay opened late which is a plus.

Done with this store too. I dont know where to shop anymore. Couldnt get an amigo, first thing in the morning and all of the ones near the entrance with the ready signs were dead. Wandering around looking for one item breathing my own air getting confused and nobody would help me.

Good place to shop, open later than anyone else at the time and the lady I always see running the self checkout station is a delight. Her customer service alone is enough to keep me coming back.

2 stars instead of one because we like Kroger. That being said there is more often then not price issues. Angus skirt steak was marked 5.99 a pound on 3 different signs. I made sure I had the right package. It was marked 9.99 a pounds on sale for 7.49 a pound, which is pricey in my opinion. Got to the register with a 100 dollar order, I asked Monica the cashier to tell me how it rang up. She first couldnt find it, I asked her to check again. She said it rang up right. I asked her if it rang up 5.99 a pound and she didnt know. She didnt care is what it is. So I paid and sure enough it rang up wrong. Second item on the receipt. So I had to stand in line at the courtesy booth for about 20 minutes. We were the second in line, so I dont get the wait. Had Monica put in the minimal effort to verify we wouldnt have had to wait. I wound up getting 4 dollars back from a very frustrated CSM. It wasnt a pleasant experience.

Pandemic Review: This store normally would merit a higher review but the they have been lax during the pandemic. The staff are finally wearing masks. However, the people that choose to shop hear for the most part dont choose to wear masks so be careful if you shop here. I think if the store handed out fliers for a period of time to explain to people that though masks are voluntary they help to reduce the amount of the virus in the air to keep society healthier. Also the store needs to enforce social distancing more. They have the obligatory signs on the floor,, but the self- check-out registers at the end of the night are way too crowded. They need to keep some registers open up until closing time.

Kroger is our go to for groceries. Get excited to see Kroger in other places on trips. Feels like we are at home.

Kroger has the best prices and friendly staffThey offer Seniors discount. And always have a clean well stocked store. I normally dont have to wait long in line either. And they have online coupons and points for saving on gasoline. Love my Krogers

Id love to know what this store has against auxiliary (Aux) cables. Theres no less than 6 places in this store with phone accessories, some with dozens of other cables. But they flat out refuse to carry auxiliary cables.

I got a light bulb from Kroger store at 2222 Interstate 45 N, Conroe, TX 77301, the bulb was bad. I took it back for exchange the following day, and was told they do not accept exchange even when the product was bad. That was weird to me, I dont think I can ever shop with Kroger anymore. Wasted my money ☹️

I give this Kroger a 4 because they had enough cashiers on duty & did what they were suppose to do. The Kroger in Montgomery could learn from this one.It is a typical grocery store not rocket science, Customer service ... check,good prices.... check, customer doesnt get their time wasted... check. Love coming to this Kroger but everytime we come (every two weeks) we always get dry goods bagged with cold goods which makes the dry goods wet and ruins them. Please properly train you baggers or just let me bag stuff myself, I mean you made it to wear I have to load it myself just let me bag it too.

I had ordered balloons (only 99 cents each. Super cheap) the florist had to rush with my order as I showed up an hour early. Super nice lady. Let me pay while I was waiting and even spoke nicely to my daughter.

Customer Service isnt completely up to par but store is fairly clean. Associates need some customer service education desperately. There are like 3 that are amazing but the rest just sadly move around store trying to avoid all customers, so sad. I love Kroger so I will always be honest, I expected better.

Wanted to start coming to Kroger because I was struggling to find things at HEB all the time. Haha, I would spend forever walking around the store looking for things like Velveeta cheese. (And many other things, especially around Christmas buying common Christmas and Thanksgiving dinner staples. So hard to find things at HEB!). So anyway I stopped by Kroger to pick somethings up for Christmas again and really appreciated that they had all of the common staples you would need for Christmas altogether in the back in one easy place to find. So I decided I was going to shop at Kroger more often instead of HEB. So today, I stop at kroger to pick up some quick items for dinner. I grabbed some chicken and sour cream and several other things and decided i was going time make some chicken tortilla soup for dinner. Well I get to self check out and start scanning and notice there was a mark down tag on the sour cream. OK, no big deal, whats the date? Well its expired. So then I gave it back to the lady instead of buying. I decided that since I had also grabbed some ravioli, I would make that for dinner instead. Well I get home and start cooking the ground beef and in packing everything else and then I see that the ravioli is expired too! At first, I almost considered making it anyway, BC it was just about 4 days past the date and I thought perhaps it would be fine. Well since I still had some time before I needed to start the pasta, I decided to put some cottage cheese in containers for my husbands and my lunch at work. Well i opened the brand new container of cottage cheese and there is this huge brown loogy -looking slime on top. GUESS WHAT. That expired in OCT 2019! What the heck is going on! Now Im for sure bringing back the ravioli. You have got to be kidding. Let me just go make another trip back to the store and also, thanks for ruining my dinner plans twice in the same night+plus my lunch snacks. Haha, I know I sound dramatic. But seriously dont feel like i should have to bring a magnifying glass with me to go grocery shopping in order to make sure im not accidentally buying moldy, slimy food. Back to heb, I go. Just need a treasure map to shop there, but at least I can eat the things I buy there.

My best friend and I stopped at this location on our way for a camping trip. Were glad we did. This is a very nice Kroger store. The store store was clean, well stocked, and the employees we encountered were very nice.

It was a wonderful visit. I have never had a better experience in my life. I enjoyed it so much that I could not sleep all night. I am so sleepy but I have 7 children between ages of 1 and 5. The place is ok, nice service, accurate prices and the prices were pretty low for the price. The only problem was how the food is set up and the restrooms smelled, and not in a good way.

Its clean and convenient. Good staff, good selection in the deli, produce, and meats. Great pharmacist and pharmacy techs.

Helpful staff. Organization of store is confusing. For example waters are found in 3 different areas and vinegars are not w salad dressings. Many more such interesting placements

Just another signature Kroger store. This one has the advantage to have two restrooms, very convenient. Parking lot its hard to find, I guess its a prime location on this side of the city.

Very unprofessional I must say. I asked the lady a question if there was any rotisserie chicken left and she answered with attitude as if I bothered her. Was it too hard to stop frying chicken to say in a pleasant tone that I can go to the front by the registers to get one? No, my visit wasnt a good one!

Location is one factor that I like. Prices are reasonable on some things. But they are rather pricey on some of the other items though too. Also I noticed that they dont have any frozen fruit cobblers of ANY type. There are also some other items that they apparently do not carry.

Under construction at time of stay, but surprisingly clean and quiet! Bed was very comfy, shower was great, location was perfect for my business trip. Breakfast was above average free hotel breakfast. Workout room small but clean with tv. Pool area looked very nice. Keurig coffee in the room with mini fridge and a microwave. I would definitely stay here again. Dennys, chilis and Kroger nearby, also.

This is one of the last grocery stores where they take your groceries out of your cart to ring them up. Its a great help for these old bones.

Young cashier by the name of Monica was rude. I said hello to her and she basically ignored me.

I really dont like that they lock all the doors but 1 at 8oclock I think that is a little early also self check out only open. I do not like checking out my self. I come to Kroger for the service, and the service is usually great; only when its available

This store is great if youre looking to get in and out quickly. It seems a lot less busy than the HEB at 336 & Frazier St. Even though the location is less convenient for us, we often go here for a speedy grocery run.

They have some great items & produce, but I keep ending up with expired items from them. Its really frustrating when you get home & cant use something that you just purchased. Especially when you live out of town & have to drive 14 miles to go back.

Found everything I needed, except a smile and pleasant check out person.

This store has the most unfriendly employees, never stocks what we are looking for and is always out of stock on other items. Management really does not have a handle on their customer needs, nor employees. My family has always shopped at Kroger, but since we moved closer to this location, we prefer to drive to the HEB on 1488 or to the Kroger store on 2978 and 1488. After yet two condescending and rude young girls at checkout and once again not finding items that Kroger mails coupons for, I am finally done. I drive the extra miles to get better service and items I am looing for. I will only stop for gas, after all, gas pumps are neutral.

Even when shopping late, the employees are always friendly and willing to help.

I listened to the cashier in the lane next to mine tell the next customer she was closed as her light was off. He said it was on when he got in her line. She said it was not.What a liar she was because I almost went into that line but opted for the line next to it because less items in the cart in front of me. The cashier clearly lied to the man. He and I both knew it. She didnt have to. Thats the sad part.

This is my go to store because of its location, about a mile from my home. Its okay but doesnt have any of the amenities that I would like, the deli deli and bakery are pretty bad, no olives, I like fresh olives. They dont offer samples, I have shopped in Krogers that make shopping fun, this one doesnt . Its is supposedly a Signature store but isnt like any Ive ever shopped in. The parking lot is a mess and I have to walk too far most of the time. I have a handicapped tag, but most of the time there are no spaces available. I shop there for the discounts. Wouldnt otherwise.

Awful!! No shopping baskets inside of the store, had to get one from the parking lot. Everything I wanted was out of stock. And wished theyd stock the kroger egg whites better. Everytime Im in the store something else is in that spot.

The managers here are so awesome! We have asked for several different items at different times and they always have called us to let us know when the item has come in. (Especially my Wine)

I have been to several krogers looking for a cake for my son. Just a simple one and everytime I was rudely turned down and told that there is no way they could make a cake like that. I came to this krogers because I was running out of time and was just gonna grab some cupcakes when I was greeted by the sweetest lady ever named Patty she came up to us asked if we needed help (no other Krogers bakery did this they pretty much rushed me and told me they couldnt make anything.) I told her no maam Im just grabbing some cupcakes and she came around the counter and pointed out the few she had and the ones she just made . And then I told her what happened at the others krogers and how nice it was for her to help us. Then she asked well what kind of cake are you looking for I explained and she said thats no problem and literally walked over got a chocolate cake and she took the time to make a 16 year old boys cake special and made it amazing. (Especially on a short notice) It was hand airbrushed and literally made in 20 minutes it was the most amazing cake ive seen from a store and it tasted great!! Thank you Pattie you are amazing person thank you for your kindness and this beautiful cake!!! Someone needs to give her raise. Thank you so much Pattie.

SO DONE with this Kroger!!! Their click list is a complete mess...DO NOT USE them. There have been nothing but issues with it. Ranged from them giving us spoiled fruit to getting the entire order wrong. Each time we gave them the benefit of the doubt but no more after today.

I have shopped at this Kroger for almost 4 years now and the store is rapidly going down hill.Cracked floors, fish section stinks and it doesnt seem to matter what time of day I shop the shelves are frequently empty.The staff is generally helpful and friendly but the frustration of empty shelves week after week is pushing me to drive further to another Kroger location.Very disappointing.

Ordered online for a cake, went to pick the cake up, she completely changed the design so it was nothing like I wanted. She messed up on the lettering and literally just re-wrote over it to fix her mistake, which made the cake look trashy. The icing on the cake tasted like alcohol and was not edible at all. Yes the cake was only $12 but damn that was a pathetic cake. It went right in the trash. I googled why a cake would taste bitter and sour, it said that the icing is most likely out of date and it is dangerous to eat, so if me and my family get sick I know where it came from. Don’t buy cakes here, you have been warned.

Dont use the Online Ordering Service at Krogers to order cakes for special occasions. I ordered a full sheet cake for my mothers 100th birthday online on January 14th and came into the store to pick up the cake this morning. It wasnt ready, and there was no information in the bakery regarding my order. I received an email with confirmation number, but apparently the bakery never received the order. I just like Kroger. Its cleaner than most HEBs and the prices are reasonable. Also, it had a butcher that you wont did at most grocery stores.
