We never go to this store anymore unless in a terrible pinch for time and really need something. It’s slipped terribly. Just stopped in and walked out shaking our heads again. It’s easy to forgive that the place is a mess and has to rely on really bad cashier help. We just keep our expectations very low in that regard when we have to go in. The actual problem is that we have a horse farm and tend to need a lot of stuff. Not going to deal with constant supply problems. We got tired of the inconsistent inventory and the TSC app selling feed for pickup at this store that this store claimed it “never” carried, yet nobody here cared enough to go through the channels to fix it. When this store runs out of things, it has no idea when or if it will get more. Ordering comes out of some corporate machine. We can’t just keep switching horse feeds. Also, got tired of asking about horse products and getting blank stares. Nobody here actually knows anything about horses. So, for the past year, we’ve been getting most of our grain, hay, and supplies from Huntsville Farm Supply. Consistent quality, knowledgeable horse people, and better prices. Never disappointed. Well worth it to simply consolidate trips and drive a little.

Another absolutely great place to shop. I buy my pet food here and miscellaneous tools, clothes and rain boots. Their greeting cards are also very cute. Friendly service to boot.

Awesome customer service!! The manager is awesome she is a happy down to earth lady. Katalin the cashier is really nice also. I havent had great customer service in a while. The ladies made my day.

As much as I love shopping there, I met a most friendliest lady earlier this morning checking the price of corrals, fencing, etc and lost my car key for a short bit but found it myself. Dionne is such a sweetheart and we need more people like her! Im a regular there so I try to find things that I need before bringing my new horse home with me, but whatsoever I am glad I met someone with knowledge and skills.

Dionne ROCKS!!!! After going to 2 other locations without any resolution for a simple answer, Dionne was friendly, offered help and gave us an answer and solved our problem without hesitation!!!! This store and the staff are awesome! Everyone was friendly and smiling. I will send/refer all my friends to this store!!!

DIONNE, the goddess of parts knowledge and location. I went into the store with a BAG of issues I was having with the tractor having sat outside for months. This lady QUEEN DIONNE, had replaced everything in under 5 minutes, air filter, fuel filter, head lamp bulbs and right down to WD-40 to help with removal and installation of new parts. Had I gone to northern freight, harbor freight, home depot etc.. Id have been looking for HOURS. Dionne had me out the door in under 5 minutes with everything I needed.IF ONLY EVERYONE WAS ON THE BALL LIKE THIS WOMAN, the world would run like a well oiled machine. God Bless you Dionne Darlin, you FKN rock!!

This is my favorite store! But this location never has anyone available to fill propane tanks, every time I go I always have to find another place.

For some reason or another, every time I enter this store I’m never helped properly. I’m a Hispanic woman who is short in height and lack strength. I always purchase multiple sacks of chicken feed and employees never offer help with loading it into my shopping cart or into my car. This has happened multiple times as I go in often because the store is close to me. Employees are never busy and always stare as if it wasn’t their job to help me.

Around this area theyre charging 3 times the price as what they cost in san marcos... this is a horrible way to do business..

I shop at the Conroe tx store with a neighbor no matter what day of the week we go there . Amanda has become our most favorite sales person, all though we are very well served by all the stuff . Love this place. Knowledgeable staff and wide selection of everything from domestic pet care to hardware. Friendly and patient. We come here at least once a week.

Employees are courteous, everything seemed organized. However,more signage would be helpful to locate things easier since they don’t have much help to assist in finding what you need. The place is clean and location is right off the highway. The prices seem a little high but overall the service is good.

This place has changed, mediocre service, they were busy at the register and while somewhat helpful, they didnt go the extra mile, so I was slightly disappointed when I left

Went to the dog wash station and loved it. They provide the shampoo, brushes etc and the drying area has a table so I don’t have to break my back bending over.One downfall: there’s only 1 large dog station and there was a few people waiting although it didn’t take long. Plus once the dog is ready to be dried they are moved so the bath tub is open for the next.

Tried their curbside pickup. Works pretty good. Got 7 bags of deer corn . Called when I got thiand they loaded up the back of the car and I was off.Maybe getting used to this level of service.

My store of preference when buying for may dogs or my needs anything we need is there Im very happy

This store is my go to for anything horse related. They have what I need and is usually a one stop for me. This could be said about any Tractor Supply, but this one is unique because the staff is friendly, and it is really convenient to get to in the Conroe area.

A smaller store and impossible to get to is where they lose a star. Everything else is awesome, they have lots of variety of food/treats/equipment for animals from cows to baby chickens. They are pet friendly, the staff always love seeing the puppies and they even have a mobile vet come out on Sunday mornings

This location has the nicest staff, cashiers, team lead. They take great care of me every time I have an online order. They have so much patience for their customers.

The people are great and usually have all the feed I need. My only complaint on the store would be its size. Going in to stock up on some feed the isles are pretty narrow so they can be a little rough to traverse.

I would give 5 stars if this store stayed in stock. They hardly ever have 4Health Large Breed dog food and something is always wrong with the propane. We need a new Tractor Supply in West Montgomery county.

Best cheap hay for guinea pigs and rabbits. They have very affordable Timothy hay and in great packaging. Always come here for my hay. Also workers are very nice .

Great staff who always help me get my purchases out to my vehicle! If I request a specific food they will order it and, if its something I need to order frequently they work hard to get it as a permanent brand/flavor for this location. Its a smaller Tractor Supply however they provide a more personal service to their customers, knowing your name, what you purchase regularly; even your pets name too. Thats a service that cant be beat IMO.

Great place for sales and clearance on farm, ranch, or pet supplies. This location is smaller than most other TS locations but I can always find what Im looking for and the staff are great.

Over many years, I have been to many different Tractor Supply stores, and this is one of the best.Really friendly, really helpful Associates.Amazing inventory selection and unique customer-oriented special programs.For career moves, Ive been pretty much everywhere, border to border, from the Rockies to the Adirondacks; so Ive been in a lot of farm supply stores: Central Tractor, Farm & Fleet, Farm King, et al.There is something different about the Tractor Supply stores; theyre not just another big box store. They have that Old Time Country Hardware Store atmosphere, and this store is deep steeped in that tradition.

Gotta say, they really need to read dates for needing more associates in the store. There today, this 1 poor guy was pulled every which way by customers and somehow he maintained decency (Id have flipped out). 2 cashiers with lines 10 people long. When Im next up, a near-English speaker has returns but cant understand what hes being told and it took over 5 minutes to get him to stand down for customer service. Oddly, theres nobody at customer service & Im not 100% sure theres capability for returns. The associates are superior - only reason for 3 stars.

Until this week I had never been to Tractor Supply. They had a sale on ammo cans so I went there to pick some up. Wow, It’s like Ace Hardware for the farmer, rancher, and outdoors man. They have everything!!! I love this place.

Friendly associates, always have a good stock of merchandise from nuts and bolts to chickens, this Tractor Supply is the best one Ive been to.

I could get lost in here for hours. So much stuff I need. The staff is scarce but helpful when found. I went in for u bolts and came out with everything from baby chickens to trailer axles. If it is farm related you will find it here, tractor parts to gates to little knock knacks they have it.

Love this place. Has most of what I need. From nuts and bolts by the pound to tractor hitch pins to your yearly supply of chickens and ducks.

I am greeted when I come in the store. Im hardly asked if I need help with something. There is usually a busted open bag of something spilled on the floor. The store seems too small for its inventory. Pallets everywhere and isles of cardboard bins full of sale items everywhere that makes it difficult to get your shopping cart through. Yesterday in particular there were heavy boxes waiting to be unloaded blocking the isles. I didnt see anyone doing that job. Aside from the appearance and function of the store it almost always has the items that I need.

Talked to a couple people who were really nice but besides that.. ZERO sense of urgency, I waited a legit 20 minutes for someone to help me at the customer service desk after they were called 2 times over the intercom. Finally got someone to help me when I poked my head in the back warehouse where there were 3 people . They were working however waiting on someone for 20 minutes at a CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK sounds contradicting. I thought the “online purchasing” option was supposed to be MORE CONVENIENT . Ended up having to purchase the item in store because I waited to long to pick it up. When I got to the register I asked for the manager. 3 calls over the intercom later the manager never showed up so I decided to leave.. Seems like there is no pride in customer service at this location, associates were ill-informed, and overall poor leadership. The store had really good products so if you don’t mind bad customer service go for it. 🙂

I can get lost in a TSC. So much neat stuff to look at. This one seemed oddly disorganized though. Granted we just walked around the shoe section, it seemed like everything was out of place and they didnt have much of a selection of sizes.

TSC has some Items that are difficult to find other places ..They have the best price on propane.. However much of the time they have no one who can fill tanks .. Been here many times only to leave with no propane.. Call first on propane. Even calling its still a gamble.. They only have a couple of people that can fill your tank...

The only reason for 4 stars been to larger TSC stores and the pink eye medicine for live stock is always empty forcing me to mail order it and never seem to have both fast act and long acting penicillin on hand.

I went in 2 by 16 foot gate for my property nobody helped me get it on my vehicle and get it situated so that I could drive away off their premises was told by the lot person that she could not help me do any of it and then over to my truck thank goodness and other customer came over to help me so I thank him very much for doing Ill think twice about going to Tractor Supply again

I want to say, I gave them a 5 but It was terrible.I brought back 5 bolts, washers and nuts. I also had the receipt for the items. First of all I was on a trip to deliver my granddaughter to my daughter at 2pm,when I came in I had enough time. But the young lady was having trouble figuring out how to make it work. I purchased 4 more bolts and washers that were much smaller.Im sorry that I was impatient and was making the young lady very nervous. But I thought it should have taken 2 mins subtract the new bolts and washers from the the amount on the receipt and give me the difference. But it didnt work that way.I apologized and asked for forgiveness but to no avail. Im sorry again for being very antsy and making all the young ladies very nervious and they probably hate me and put my picture on the register. Look HAVE MERCY ON ME PLEASE

Plenty of parking. Most of the staff is quite helpful. Not always enough staff to help with carrying and loading the feed.

I am only giving a 1 star due to them having the NASTIEST bathroom. Smelled like an outhouse, all the toilets didnt flush or they leaked from the bottom. No toilet paper. Told cashier and she said she cleaned it last night, Im sorry but it looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a month. Will I still stop here, yes but just wont use the restroom.

I needed fish food, and they only had one kind available, it was 50lbs and he carried it to the register for me and talked about fishing, while there was people checking out in front of us he proceeded to carry the food for me over his shoulder and out to my car

I buy my egg layer and hen scratch at a place called wards feed down by old houston road, in conroe tx. We buy our dog food from here, the blu diamond. Works pretty good. Smokie, our pit, he brakes out into... his skin stands up.. we tried switching multiple foods but the blu diamond works best.

This location seems understaffed, understocked & crowded. So far, theyve had what Ive gone in for but just barely. Also, the location is odd. Not the easiest to get to. But people there are friendly & it IS nice to have one in the area.

Asked for help to be called (cashier) because no one was on the floor. Sat there waiting 5 min near the battery section. Went back to the cashier and she called again for someone customer need assistance, come to the register. After 5 min she called again. 5 min later I just left. She called 3 times....... there were other customers that needed help, which was no where to be found.
