Chase did a very difficult solenoid valve replacement for me at a very reasonable price. He thoroughly investigated the cause before just replacing. He stuck with his standard quoted price even though it turned out to be much more work due to tree roots and existing piping configuration. The job required someone experienced enough to adapt to the situation. I would definitely use him again. Thanks Chase.

One of my valves was leaking. I had diagnosed the problem ahead of time and even made sure it was not too small a repair for them to come out. They said no job is too small, let me know when they could come out, and they showed up early in that window. She did not try to upsell me for repairs that I knew I didnt need, she just told me my options, the cost, and made the repairs in less than an hour for the price I anticipated. Very quick and easy to get in touch with the company. Found them on Angie’s List and got a call back within 20 minutes! They are very upfront with pricing (as much as is possible with sprinklers) and very reasonable. The last time I had a similar issue with repairing the solenoids and replacing and repairing some heads it was over $500 of work, but the service person came out assessed the problem quickly and fixed even some stuff I didn’t know was wrong for only a ball park of $300+. Work guaranteed for (I believe) one or two weeks to let us figure out if the problem was good. If we were to have an an issue they would have returned free of service fees to reassess. Even let me know that apparently annual sprinkler service will keep from needing some of these types of repairs as often. 10/10 will definitely be calling in the spring for our checkup!

I had Chase come out to do an overall assessment and calibration of a brand new, builder installed system. Was really impressed with the thorough walk through of each zone, with small adjustments made on the spot. Also took the time to educate me on what to look out for in terms of maintenance and recommend slight adjustments to then schedule. There was no push trying to sell on upgrades to the system, just honest feedback and quality information to make a informed decisions. Chase also installed a Rachio controller I had previously purchased and helped walk me through the initial setup which was extremely helpful. Overall a really pleasant, easy experience. Very much comfortable to have Allpro back for any maintenance or issues they may arise down the road. Thank you!

Five year warranty is not trustworthy. Company does not answer phones, respond to emails or text. Customers call me several times a week stating they cannot reach anyone in the company. I explain to them I am no longer the Field Manager or employed by AllPro Sprinklers. These customers have my sympathy, but they should be on line giving reviews based on the companies performance and communication, so other potential customers will be aware of your displeasure. I can do nothing about the owner of AllPro Sprinklers. I did the only thing I could do, leave the employment of said company.

We were having leaks and troubles all over the yard and AllPro came and fixed them all in one afternoon. They also recommended changes to the existing system which improved the water flow and reduced our water usage. We would use them again.

For a nominal fee, Levon performed a system check, adjusted the sprinkler heads needing adjustment, and provided recommendations with no pressure to have them performed. My 40 year old sprinkler system was in terrible condition with 12 zones and none of them working properly after having another company put in a new Hunter wi fi system. Chase the owner did the work himself. After the prior guy said it was impossible for them to fix it. It took Chase a total of 3 days of untangling a nest of broken wires and bad zones but at the end of it all he had all 12 zones working flawlessly across about an acre of lawn and landscaping and treated me very fairly on the price for all the work he had done. He is the type of person that doesnt give up and I would highly recommend him and he will be my go to guy when I need anything sprinkler related in the future.

I had to have the sprinkler system updated at my house that I am renting out. They were very thorough, very polite, very patient and answered all of my questions. Did an amazing job on everything that needed to be replaced. Took the time to explain the new timer with me and walk me through everything. I needed a flow meter installed and for 6 months not one of the 4 different sprinkler companies were aware of the Rachio’s proper installation and install requirements. Even rachio couldn’t recommend local company. Through home advisor these guys came out. Knew exactly what I needed and how to get it done properly and timely. Back the next day and mission accomplished. They also identified other issues I’m having and I will definitely have them back in the spring before my system comes back on. Explained and gave me more knowledge of my system than all others combined. Highly recommend.

I’m very pleased with the work done by AllPro Sprinkers. Once I made contact with the company, they scheduled an appointment within the next day or so. Lavon showed up as scheduled and immediately went to work checking out my entire sprinkler system and the controller. He took care to explain exactly what he was doing and why and invited me to ask any questions I might have. He flagged problem areas he found and checked out the areas where I had concerns. Some sprinkler heads needed replacement as I knew beforehand, but some just needed adjustment by an experienced hand. I never felt at all pressured to buy anything; most of the changes made were ones I wanted done before Lavon arrived. The whole system was checked again after the sprinkler head replacements and adjustments were made to make sure all was working properly.Because I felt I was getting good service at reasonable prices, I decided to have installed a backflow prevention device as the original was deficient (which other sprinkler companies had pointed out also) and could not be drained during the winter months. I also decided to go with a wireless rain sensor as my wired one was no longer working (and which had been recommended by other companies). Again, I was made aware of my options but was not at all pressured to make any purchases. Very good work by Lavon and also by Chase (the owner of the company who later showed up with some parts). I would certainly use the company again.
