Great customer service! Very knowledgeable and friendly. The technician spent a great deal of time explaining my machine and parts to me, how it works, and how to maintain it. I never felt rushed. When it was time to reorder supplies, I was contacted in advance and asked what/if I wanted to order. Great experience - no complaints!

Im sorry to see negative responses for Monitor Medical, because I found my whole experience a positive one. Any of the people I spoke to or had contact with were very helpful, timely on returning calls, explained all aspects of my machine and very willing to answer any questions I had! I highly recommend Monitor Medical!
Went in here to talk with someone about mask as mine is through the VA a miss Marie was off the chain rude!!! We are in a mandatory meeting and we can’t help you!! If you re open at 9am and in a meeting at 9:15 lock the door and don’t be rude!!!
There are many details in fitting a CPAP mask and Charles Crump at The Woodlands location is a master technician that can help you sort through these details in order to get a proper fit. A lot of people you talk to in the CPAP world have not had personal experience with the equipment and therefore their advice to a newcomer is sometimes not helpful. Charles Crump has used these devices for 11 years and can speak your language. He is worth seeking out.
I’m thinking Medicare Fraud! When you are not given a choice of suppliers, they send unsolicited products and charge Medicare outrageously. Now I have a completely broken mask and they can’t help me! Oh excuse me, they said they could sell me one... I will ask Medicare to not pay any further invoices on my behave. #cozyrelationshipwithphysicians $$$
Initial introduction this group is very evasive and unprofessional. Avoids directly answering questions and tries to manipulate customers to into a quick sale. Crappy used car salesman tactics. I will be glad to change my review if the situation is different but for right now I would not walk but run away.
Very difficult to reach. They do not answer the phone even when no one is with receptionist. I have been trying for two days to contact them (Friday, Monday and Tuesday) with no answer and no call returns.
