I would definitely recommend quality Master Auto Glass and Windshield for any needing a replacement of a window. My window was broken by a rock from a lawn mowing service where I work. I filled out an online request form from a larger windshield corporation and they did not respond. I called a few other auto glass repair companies and they were not in my price range. Quality Master Auto Glass and Windshield was responsive, reasonably priced, reliable, and had same day service.

I had a rock chip repaired on my windshield and they did an excellent job. Communication was great and very friendly professional service. You can barely tell my windshield was chipped!

I brought my brand new vehicle in to get the front windshield tinted, because of the reviews and the location. Had to bring it back because I noticed scratches. When I got to the store I felt like the owner was accusing me of doing something to it. He replaced it, but now there are tiny bubbles and you can see a strip of tape thats underneath the tint. I didnt bring it back a second time, because I did not like how I was treated the first time bringing it back. I just deal with the imperfections that the owner did. If you go to this establishment, make sure you look very close to the work he does before leaving.

Amazing!! I had called about 5 other places before here, for pricing on tinting and to replace 2 windows, no one got back to me, when I called Roberto he was nice on the phone and he gave me a response within 20 minutes and also was able to fix it promptly. I recently called to have them replace my windshield at my location. My car can not be on the road because of the cracked windshield. They were referred by my insurance company. Roberto insisted on being paid in advance with cash app. They refused to take a credit card. I asked what guarantee I have that they will show up and repair my windshield, the response was company policy. He then suggested I bring my car to them in Converse. Again, the broken windshield, no rear view mirror, cant be driven. Spoke with another company and confirmed my suspicions that it is most likely a scam.

I was in town visiting family, when I crossed into TX a rock hit my windshield cracking it twice. Called my insurance company and they set me an appointment with there assigned company, needless to say I was told they couldn’t repair it but would have to replace it. This was fine but they wouldn’t have the windshield for another 3 weeks. So I started calling around for help and the first number I called was Quality Master, I spoke with Roberto he gave me a reasonable quote and the best part was he could do it the same day! They got the job done the same day I called. Please understand though, how fast they finish depends on how complicated the job is. In my case it was the rear window with the defroster. My window is exactly like it was before I shattered it. And I got it done before the holidays so my parents wouldnt know. Its safe to say Im extremely satisfied.

Leaving work today, I found my left front window regulator decided to stop working. I had put the window down to let heat out before starting out for home and it wouldnt go back up. I also thought by the sounds inside the door that the window glass had broken. I contacted Quality Master Glass at about 4:30 pm and described the problem. Roberto said the glass was most likely not broken and over the phone quoted me what I thought was a very reasonable price to replace the regulator. About an hour later he called to say he was on the way with the part. I witnessed his superb workmanship as he got into the car door, replaced the part and had everything put back together in about an hour. The glass was not broken. Five stars are well deserved and I highly recommend for any auto glass window repair needs!!

Roberto has always done a fantastic job for me in the past replacing our windshield and tinting a few of our vehicles. He has a high attention to detail and did a fantastic job. Today however, I had an 0830 appointment to have another vehicle tinted. I understand that sometimes mistakes are made but I took valuable time out of my day to get this taken care of only to find out there were other obligations that left me waiting and ultimately leaving the shop. I was told on the phone Saturday that the vehicle would be done at around 12:30. That quickly changed today to 2:00pm. Why all of a sudden the change in time if the appointment wasn’t forgotten? To add to this, I was also told by the wife that the appointment was forgotten and that he needed an hour to go do a windshield repair. There are too many competitors out there not receive red carpet service. All I was personally looking for was the company to take ownership of the scheduling mistake and I would still be a customer today. Instead what I got was attitude and was told, “I will not own mistakes that never happened....” Well, there’s no need to own the mistakes. Took my business down the road 10 minutes and coughed up $548 for Llumar ceramic tint on all 5 windows and the windshield.

I first met Roberto Ocasio, the owner, when my car was broken into and he came over my workplace to replace my passenger side window (smash and grab). He was very likable, thorough, easy to work with, took the time to explain what he was going to do and did a great job overall.
