3 employees in store. Hand written sign above registers saying ring bell for service. Aisles full of stock. Stock should be put out in early morning after opening or late afternoon before closing; not left in aisles throughout day. Registers should be manned and not left without someone standing by. Theft very tempting for those inclined. This happens alot with Dollar ---- Stores no matter what the store name is. Take it from someone who has worked retail for over 30 years.

The store is really convenient. A lot of goods to offer. Very wonderful and kind staff. The products they offer were very organized and clean.

I went in around 12:15 today with my daughter, and there was no greeting upon entering from the employee at the register, nothing as we approached the register or upon exiting. This was the same employee that was having a very audible conversation with another employer (off the clock) at night, a few weeks ago. In their conversation, they were complaining about the job, dropping F and N bombs, while Im trying to shop with my 2 kids. When I brought it to their attention we could hear them, only one apologized. The cashier (name tag said Daniel) didnt even respond at first and then yelled very unapologetically, as I walked away, Well, I didnt know yall were still here. He then proceeded to tell his convo buddy, Man, now I lost my train of thought. Wow. Since when is having a conversation of this nature while on the job appropriate, especially when your complaining about the mgr. AND by name?!

It is a very convenient neighborhood store sometimes I am surprised by what I can find, they have essential items for home.

Freight located throughout the store unable to maneuver thru the store being disabled I was afraid to walk in most areas.Some items I wanted were covered by large boxes of toilet paper //paper towels employee overly talkative at checkout

Store is clean and well-supplied. Store employees greet each customer and provide speedy check-out. Its a great alternative to the big chains.

Too expensive to be called family dollar...should be called. Ima get the dollar from family 👪.

First timer here. Loved it! Parking was a cinch and the store is beautiful and the lay-out is seamless. Great selection and prices. Best customer service ever! Very professional, courteous and helpful. I think I just found my new food store!!

The products at this price are very fashionable and of great quality. The store is fully stocked with all sizes, handbags and latest shoes. I got a bunch of holiday tops and dresses and got a lot of compliments from my colleagues. The shop attendants are very friendly and hospitable. I strongly recommend this store 100%!!

We always love Family Dollar. You can get in and out quickly for such a bargain, which is especially great if Im not feeling well enough to walk around the bigger stores. Its a lot easier to find things here, too lol. I dont usually share products from a store in case thats a privacy issue, so i had only taken these for myself, but they had the cutest items and i later thought, i should show how cute their sparkly stuff is! Our cashier was an absolute doll. She was at the end of her shift and was still just radiating happiness with her job and all the customers. She told my kids thank you for helping her with the groceries, and i could see their chests puff out a few inches. Lol my only concern is that Ive seen enough shows to know that a store should always have two people working at once. Not only for the safety of the cashiers, but the customers as well. So Family Dollar, please consider keeping two people in the store at all times, and Ill help you brainstorm on how you can make up the loss on the hours. But we really need to make sure these women are protected out here. 😊💖

To start store dirty, loud with profanity by the black dude when hes at work. Eating while ringing up groceries, always boxes in the isle. Its horrible

Amazing place for imported japanese goods. I would suggest not going on a weekend bc it gets super busy. But other then that definitely an awesome place to go to.

This place is a complete mess! Nothing ever stocked. Shelves are empty and tons of boxes that are abandoned by employees, leaving customers to open up and dig through for the products they need. Floors are scattered with stuff that was dropped and never put back..those items stayed there for days! The employees literally do nothing but ring people up. Period.

I come to this location at least once a week and wouldnt know what I would do without it. The staff is great and the store always has great stock compared to other locations and chains.

They have new ppl weekly but their shelves are always stocked.

This store is good for quick trips such as for milk and eggs, etc. They also have a few clothing items which has come in handy in a pinch. The staff always greet you as you walk in the door.

Great alternative to crowded Wal-Mart. Just minutes from the house. I dont mind paying a little extra for more home town shopping. Big stores are a thing of the past.

Missing prices on displays, staff far away from front and you have to find one to check out since none can see the entrance and all are stocking shelves. Stocker was very nice and everyone is very friendly but prices arent great, selection is limited by store size, and just felt ho hum at best.

The place had what a dollar tree had, but a little better. The only thing that made me mad was that the had no restrooms and it was very dirty and almost everything i touched was opened and thats why im giving it a 2 star rating
