Impressive how most of the workers know so much about even the tiny niches of the things they sell. Props to the store manager today for being knowledgeable and being so kind, retail doesnt ever get the love they deserve even though they put up with a lot.

The checkout was slow due to bandwidth issues, so a maybe 10 min visit turned into nearly half an hour and two other people were ahead of me. Other than that, my experience here is always good.

Love this gamestop however they are usually sold out of many items. Staff very friendly and helpful should you not find what you need, they will find the nearest location that has what you are searching for. This has to be the worst GameStop location in the United States I do not understand why the corporate office has not come down and reprimanded the people who are running this store location. I just watched 11 potential customers go up to the door and turn around and leave. I guess GameStop can just throw money away like this and not care about their clientele it is 12:37 noon today on Valentines Day no one is still not here they open whenever they want to even on a regular day without Covid-19 or anything else going on and they try to blame it on Covid-19 or weather-related issues and none of it exists that will keep them from opening as long as they follow safety Protocols of Covid-19 they just make up excuses not to be to work on time usually they open between 1 and 1:30 and they have a posted opening time of 12:00 noon 7 day a week . I dont understand why no one is being terminated for this if you cant get up and come to work at 12 noon then you do not need a job . Ive never seen anything like this where is Corporate and why are they allowing this store location to embarrass their companies customer service like this.

I haven’t used GameStop in a long time for anything until just recently when I wanted to buy cyberpunk. I pre-ordered cyberpunk when the preorder was first available and when I went to pick it up on the release day the employees told me that they had none and that I would have to wait until next Monday to pick it up. How do you not have a game in stock that I pre-ordered? I will never use GameStop for anything EVER AGAIN when I can just buy off Amazon or steam and get the download right away. I thought this company was supposed to make the game buying process fun and easy, obviously not.

Screwed a friend who waited 36 hours for the PS5. He was 2nd in line and each store was guaranteed 2 PS5 units. Absolutely disgraceful and I feel like a manager or employee may have snagged it before it got the shelves.

I just want to rave about the awesome service here. My ten year old son and I came in looking for a gaming headset and a controller, but he was on a limited budget ( allowance and birthday money). We waited all night on Thanksgiving. Friday when they open. We were told only 1 ps5. When adds said a minimum of 2 on every store. I was the 3rd one in the line all night for nothing Liers. Im glad ps5 is going digital. Pretty soon we wont need game stop anymore. Liers. Crooks. Thiefs. The employees kept the other ps5. Embarrassing.

My little boy loves gameStop! He loves going into the gameStop to look at action figures. Because, they have all the hero Academia stuff and Marvel Legends Gamerverse action firgures. He loves pre-ordering his action figures; before they sell out and see them on Ebay for double the price. So, we went in GameStop and Chris (Christopher) helped us with everything we needed. We really appreciate Chriss (Christopher) professional customer service and reassuring my little boy that he was going to get his action figures.

I shop around and do my research whenever I plan to make a purchase of something that costs alot. When thats something is an electronic device that produces strong opinions towards it, good and bad. If that wasnt enough everyone who sells them has a different incentive to hook you on buying it from them. I was going to buy an Xbox One X and at the going rate of $499.99 I wanted as much as I could get for that. So I concluded that Game Stop had the most to offer on that day. I went in and asked the sales manager about the deal I saw online. Basically, an extra wireless controller for free. He told me that he was sorry but that offer expired the previous day. I thanked him and I turned around and walked out. I knew he was wrong because I had the add special on my phone. I was just going to go to a different Game Stop down the road. Then I thought I would give him a second chance because Ive made a mistake before too. I think ? Anyway I went back in and he spoke up right as I was asking about it. He apologized for getting the date wrong. He thought it was the 7th instead of the 6th. His flyer said it ended on the 7th, but I had to inform him oline it was not ending for another week still. His attitude toward me and admitting a mistake was refreshingly candid and he wasnt unpleasant at all. He did try to upsale me to upgrade my membership rewards card pointing out how it would have saved me money on that purchase but I had not shopped there in almost 2 years so a discount on future purchases in the next year didnt make cents. Sorry bad pun. He agreed with me and dropped it right away. I will be leaning towards doing business with him and that Game Stop without hesitation. I did not get his name but I will include it when I update this review in a few days.

Employees shouldnt tell customers they have items in stock unless they know. Waited in line an hour and half to be told they didnt have 2 products all day. In line was told there would be plenty.

Nothing walked in girl was busy putting games on shelf looked at me and my girlfriend as we walked pass her she didnt say a word. Nothing no hi welcome to gamestop nothing.
