The staff are super friendly and kind, the panini I got was pretty great too. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a chill spot to get work done.

They were extremely busy, yet very efficient. I thought I would be waiting a while for my order and received it quicker than I expected.

Half the time this place has what you want and life is fine. The other half the people working there dont know what theyre doing, so you cant get half the normal things you can get at ANY surrounding location. Take the time to go to a different location. Youll be happier in the long run.

I absolutely love this location the friendly atmosphere and service is is great.

So tired of them giving me iced coffee when they run out of cold brew and not saying anything. The iced coffee tastes like an ashtray, its definitely noticable and NOT THE SAME. Yuck.

I have mixed feelings about it. I ask for an ice coffee with light ice. I recieved a half a cup of coffee. Manager said that is what you get when you order it with light ice. I told her the other Starbucks never do thatShe walked awayThe window cashier was really nice. I really don’t know how to explain this place it seems like most of the employees there don’t like their job.I have been here at this Starbucks on more than one occasion they can never get my drink right. And then when you asked them to make specialty drinks they get attitudes make you whatever they want at that point and send you on your way. Keep giving them opportunity after opportunity and every time I’m disappointed.

I was disappointed with my mocha. Though I ordered it with almond milk, I can assure you it was not crafted that way. Luckily, the adverse effects were not allergy related, or it could have been a tragedy. It seems that there was a lack of attention to detail on the part of whichever barista made the drink.

This Starbucks was decent in drinks but took 20 mins through the drive thru. Besides their speed of service the experience was good.I will return in the future.

Crazy busy there, yet the customer service was excellent!!! Thats amazing!!! I feel bad for them though. Please hire more people. There was 4 people working and the drive-thru line reached into the street FM 78....and inside the store was super slammed too! The employees kept apologizing for the wait. The food and drinks I ordered still tasted great during such a rush! These employees need to be rewarded!!!!

I’ve been going the past few days to the Starbucks on fm 78 and every afternoon I go they are playing around and I’m the only car yet they take forever to take my order. When they finally do take my order they are laughing while they do it. And it doesn’t bother me they are having fun until they get my order wrong.

Line was like 8 cars when I got here, but the drive through in this location seems to go fairly fast. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.Staff was great. Good vibes and good coffee.Heads up, if you come from the back neighborhood, you may have to go around the shopping center in order to be able to get in the line from the front if the line is long.

Im a regular visitor and was surprised today by the car in front of me! They paid for my order of a White Chocolate Mocha and the breakfast croissant sandwich. Made my day! Next visit I will pay it forward to make someone elses day!

I ordered a Frappucino and I was able to order it with a almond milk alternative. That was great because I could enjoy it even with milk sensitivity.

Its a Starbucks its delicious however this location is ALWAYS busy and even ordering through mobile youre left waiting 20 min after your quoted time. Not like Im gonna stop going but they need more employees.

Y’all, whatever you guys do and no matter how long the drive thru line is, do not, I’ll repeat, do not go inside. I was there for 12 mins, simple order, nothing fancy (banana nut, grande coffee and a grande strawberry funnel.) They handed an order before mines and handed one item at a time from my order? Instead of giving the whole order at once...I thought that was weird. Anyways, I went to ask for my refund for the item that I never received (strawberry funnel.) chaotic y’all.

They didnt have a few of the things I ordered, and what I did finally get wasnt entirely great sadly.

Took a shot at the new strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino was very disappointed, drink was made poorly strawberry hade a funky taste. Although they do offer good customer service.

I love Starbucks, I suggest using mobile order and wait 10 minutes longer then the suggested time BOOM your drink will be waiting for you

I asked for 2 tall and recieved the small size, I had left the store when I realized it. I turned around and drove back in line. I called them while online and they remade my drinks right. The young lady brought it out to me and she gave me the small ones too.thank you for making it right and for not having to go through the long line again. I appreciate the whole team 👍☕

I waited over 30min for my online order. They found it in drive thru area. Even though I checked at front cashier with my name. Not cool. This one on 78 is not my normal go to. Walzem rd one is much better. Hope 78 can catch up. Good luck.

This my favorite place to go they are friendly and they make my drinks that are super complicated and they don’t mind it. Always greeted with a smile. I don’t like going anywhere else. Ever time I’m not close by and go to another Starbucks location they mess up my drink so I’m loyal to my location

Lime was a little long as ususual but staff was courteous and all 6 of our drinks were made correctly the first time.

Love starbucks. New favorite is the salted caramel mocha frap. Tastes just like a snickers slush

I tend to use 3 different locations near me, and this is the one I used this morning. The location is very clean, and the baristas are always super nice and go above and beyond to make sure Im happy with my order. The drive thru moves much faster than most other locations. My only complaint about this location is the drive thru and the parking lot layout. To say it is a bit tight is an understatement. If you park during rush hour, do not expect to be getting out any time soon. Even though the drive thru line moves pretty quick, you can be blocked in your parking spot due to the length of the line. Other than that, this is one of my favorite locations.

This location is consistently the slowest Starbucks in Texas. It doesn’t matter if you do drive-thru or walk in, it’s going to take 20-30 mins each time.

The employee by the name of robert. Worked last night drive thru and this afternoon front end. Well starbucks this employee was super nice and made my drinks amazing. Why another employee that was making drive thru drinks seem upset when robert would leave a product on the counter after literally using a sec before made no sense to me, or why he kept shaking his head while robert did his job was beyond me i saw nothing wrong with what he was doing. I mean starbucks was slammed so he was trying to work fast. That employee needs to learn to not make a scene in front of customers and be friendly to other workers because everyone one was workong hard and not needing that negative response from him at all. Robert did a great job today 👏

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been too based off the taste of my drink and how it was prepared. Been to plenty of Starbucks throughout the south and never have gotten my drink this botched.

I order ahead on the app so it’s ready before I get there and this location is the worse place to order ahead. I recently switched to this Starbucks since I transferred to a new site for my job and every time I go in to pick up my order they never have it ready. It takes me about 15 minutes to get there and I place the order before leaving for my house and When I arrive I go to the spot where they have the mobile pickup and nothing there . When I can finally get someone to acknowledge me they ask for the name and go oh I’m working on it now. The first time I thought ok maybe it’s just a bad day but every single time I end up waiting over 10 minutes while they make my drinks. At this point I’ll drive out of the way to go to the Starbucks on the 3009

Belonging to their club gives do many perks and discounts and fun games to play that awards points to use for purchases. I could go on and on but basically, if you go to Starbucks at least two or three times a week you should join the club… its FREE!!

I don’t ever leave reviews but this location I’m has the slowest drive-thru. At 5:30pm we literally sat in the drive thru till 6:08. It’s ridiculous.

Had a dragon fruit refresher and it was marvelous! ☕Im so glad youve brought back the lemon chiffon yougurt. Parfait... I are 2 today. My daughter went for a second pink drink this afternoon and it was pretty awesome too. Keep up the good work.

Great service - drinks were requested exactly as we ordered. Ordered a Venti Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte with an extra shot of espresso, a doppio, and a 🐶 puppicino.

I went inside thinking it would be faster but over 20 minutes later I finally got my iced coffee.. now running late to work.

We waited in drive thru for ten minutes with 5 more vehicles ahead of us. The line wasnt moving!!

They service was amazing. They sanitize after every customer leaving. They were on point with their CDC recommendations. the only reason Im giving them a four-star is because I tried to use the ordering app for the very first time and for me I felt like it wasnt user-friendly enough and I kept getting era and it ended up charging me two times. If I would have known that their app is glitchy, I would have gone inside and ordered for myself. Overall they did a great job and being Covid safe

The staff was very polite, but both my drinks were wrong. I caught the first drink inaccuracy before leaving SB, but I noticed the 2nd drink inaccuracy upon returning home. There are a lot of new employees again.

I came in today about 7 p.m. and there were three males working tonight. I have been coming here for a few years now and they had the best attitude and just made it seem lively. They actually seemed like they wanted to be here but maybe that had a lot to do with the good attitudes and they actually worked together and not against each other. P.S. My Frapp was great. Good job guys.

I understand today was Thanksgiving but I left my house extra early before work so I made sure I had time to get coffee before work. Waited 15 minutes and finally had to leave without my drink or I was going to be late for work. Wasted $7

Every time I go lately, the wait time is increasingly longer. However, today is was surprisingly quick - for this location. After triple checking they had the order correctly and they assured me they did, I take a drink and its wrong. Then I read the label and its not written down right. And I cant go back and exchange it. I also didnt appreciate the heres your venti whatever. There just always seem to be an issue Every. Single. Time.

Slow evening, 5 employees, 25 minutes to get two tall lattes. They seem asleep at this store. Not sure if it’s management or what, but this store has known better times.

Would love to see something besides the drive thru open. I’ve been waiting for over 25 minutes in the drive thru line now for a mobile pickup order, haven’t even gotten into the actual drive thru yet. Maybe something where they meet you at the door would be nice.
