If you need the electric go carts to help you around the forget it the batteries dont hold a charge long enough to go. I had to use 3 different e-carts to get my shopping done. Next time i will try Lows or Walmart. At Wal-Mart they have new e-carts to get around the store. But i did get great help from the workers in finding what i came for.
I hope this gets to themI ordered a refrigerator from you all in May. It has been the worst experience I have ever had. I understand that refrigerators are on backorder everywhere, so I understand delays. What I don’t understand and will not except is that everyone that I have had contact with is placing the blame on each other. I bought the refrigerator from HOME DEPOT NOT GE APPLIANCES... it should be a smooth transition once I have handed over my hard earned money! I just moved in to my new home with my children in a rural area and STILL NO REFRIGERATOR. I usually do not complain or even make reviews but this situation has went on for to long and something has to be done. I have always chose Home Depot over Lowe’s but I ordered a stove from them and it was delivered when it was suppose to be delivered(ACTUALLY 2 days before and they sent me an email 24 hours in advance). What I would like to be done is the only thing that I requested in May which was to have my refrigerator delivered. I even went to the warehouse because I was told that I could pick it up there and GUESS WHAT??! I couldn’t even pick it up they told me it was on the truck to be delivered.... that was Monday.... Still no refrigerator! HOME DEPOT IF YOU ARE CONTRACTING THIS DELIVERY SERVICE THEY SHOULD BE REPLACED THIS IS NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! I am coming out of more money to purchase food for my family because I have no refrigerator to put my groceries in. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. I will also be leaving my honest review on your website. Thank you wasting my time and also for the below par customer service. I hope in the future no other customer will experience what I have experienced. I won’t get a chance to know if the customer service is better in the future because I will not return back to a Home Depot.
I ordered appliances for a rental property 3 months ago. Theyve delayed shipping 4 times now. New date, another month. I have had no appliances for this property, because they were roved the day before they were to deliver the new ones. They never showed up that day. I cant live there, rent it, sell it. Guess what. Home depot doesnt care. Im a single woman and this is my income source. Guess what. Home Depot doesnt care. I have no refrigerator amd no oven. Guess what. Home depot does not care. The store manager at the Conway store where I have shopped 3 times a week for years, he absolutely could care less. This has been the worst experience ordering appliances that I have ever had in my life. If you want.to order appliances, dont use.home.depot.

He went above and beyond to explain the materials needed. But he didn’t stop there. He gave me tips on how to turn my resumè into a powerhouse! You can spend hours searching for one thing and no one will ask you if you need help. When you ask them, they spit out some location and walk away. They cant be bothered to walk over and show you.
Todays visit to Home Depot was a very good experience. Associate Jerry went above and beyond his normal duties. He was called on the speaker to help a customer in the tool section. He helped me in every way possible. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with. He not only answered all my questions, but also got me the best tool combination and price available. Thanks Jerry for your excellent customer service.
Monday 8/9...went in to buy a shelf unit (2) ask for help to purchase...stood 5 mins next to the units just inside garden supply got a no show...the employee that was to help was seen laying on a pallet jack handle checking his watch...seems his break time was more important than making a sale to a long time vet customer left...NO SALE!!
David in appliances/ kitchen design was so helpful in getting us lined up for fast delivery of gas range, fridge, and washer/dryer, after getting the runaround from that other big home improvement store. He also quickly set up the install for new countertops, and install date already set. David found the perfect 3 drawer kitchen unit, which we were able to take home immediately. All this was done with great efficiency and lots of smiles.
Shelves fairly well stocked.Am sad to see Cree PAR flood bulbs are scarce, to gone, they are all I want to buy!I know the 10 year guarantee means quality! Love the long life and they will be replaced in the store if they do fail!!

I just tried to buy some PVC pipe, which I wanted cut, as most people do, and was told that they cant cut it or anything else for me anymore because their cutter is in the attic. So if you need something cut, youre out of luck.
Horrible customer service! Lets repeat that again! Horrible customer service! I even applied for a job here before. During my interview, she had me out in 2 minutes. The guy I saw first, was awesome. He was just a manager, filling in for her the first time! This store is a joke. Lowe’s is always cheaper too. I’m just going keep going back to Lowe’s! The garden center checkout employees are so slow. There is usually a 7+ person line on both sides, and the cashiers frequently have trivial conversations with customers. It doubles the amount of time it should take. I greatly appreciate homedepots self checkout though. I skip Lowes just for that amenity.Talk away when there is one person in line, but dont waste the rest of the queues time when its busy, its rude.Tip for the elderly: Please know how you will pay before they prompt you, and have your payment accessible. If you insist to pay with a check, please dont fill it out for a solid 5 minutes. You have limited time on the earth and I wouldnt be wasting it at the register. Though I suspect its passive aggression to drag your feet in line.
Went here to get plumbing pipe and supplies. I was excited they had everything we needed. The other (L) didnt have any 3/4 pipe

Didnt exactly know the product I was purchasing,so I proceeded to the help desk. The young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Always makes for a better day when I encounter friendliness when shopping!

It always quick and easy to maneuver throughout the store compared to their competitors. Even if someone is with a customer, Im acknowledged that I exist and informed That someone will be with you shortly or Im asked How can I be of assistance today? Thats the customer service that people dont use any more in person or during phone calls. I only visit the other stores when Im with someone else, Ill always choose Home Depot over the others unless theres not one located in the area.

The store was clean and well organized for being black Friday. When I had a question there was actually a person there to answer it. This was by far one of the better home depot experiences Ive had recently. I wish I lived closer to this one to come back. Great job guys!

Ordered a washer & dryer on MY 17th. Was scheduled for delivery May 20th.They moved the delivery to June 8th.No call no show.Got an email on the 9th, moved delivery to the 16th.No call no show.Have tried calling the store 4 times and cant get anyone one to answer the phone.Dont buy appliances here you, youll never know when or IF theyll show up and no one can answer the phone to help you anyway!!!!!!!!
Great place to shop for your needs as long as you dont need help, staff are typically everywhere unless you actually need them.
The app makes it easy to find what youre looking for but the associates are also eager help. Now only if the price of wood would go down I would be happy as a hog in slop.

Great place to go to get what you need or want. There are tons of selections to choose from no matter what youre looking for. Chances are of you cannot find it, somebody will help you and the workers are usually very helpful. I would recommend anyone check it out. You will most likely bump into something neat and interesting.

Home Depot is everything that Lowes was before Walmart messed it up. I had to drive 40 extra miles to Conway to get the new shower for a remodel of my bathroom, because Walmart doesnt stock the size I needed at Lowes in Russellville anymore. The shelves at Lowes are as empty as they are at Walmart now. I dont understand what is going on in the business world, and how a man made virus could effect even the operation of the cellular phone systems to television stations being off the air for weeks and the grocery markets not getting restocked. But everything and everyone was effected by covid19. Even those who never were exposed or tested positive for covid19. ???????????

It almost takes an act of Congress to get any assistance at this location, and they were out of the Milwaukee batteries I needed, and Ryobi batteries, and DeWalt batteries. They were also out of about half of the cordless tools from Milwaukee...

Have picked up a couple things using curbside here, and gone in a few times to buy a few things. For some reason the guy who brought things out both times seemed a little strange. The first time it felt like he tried to shove the item into my hands somewhat aggressively, after giving a compliment before seeing my ID. The second time he seemed to have a weird expression while I was showing my ID to pick up an item. Im not sure whats up with him. Very odd guy. Returned something once and no questions asked, but for some reason they couldnt find me by phone number and I had to provide the order number. Awful ATT signal inside the building.

Came in looking to build legs on a bed frame, for not knowing any of the proper terminology for the items I needed, they were very patient with me as I painted them a mental pic of what I was trying to do. 30 mins later(20 of which was me painting mental pics) I walked out with my 4x4s, Tee nuts, the screw thingy, and a little nut thing for the screw thingy.Im bout to D.Y.I this bed frame or D.I.E. trying.

So far my experience has been terrible. My husband and I went to look at doors and installation prices. We spoke with Heath in the door department. After finding the door we liked he quotes us an estimate of 225 250 ish and has never seen it go up more than 50 dollars for installation. Says they should be calling us to get measurements for installation next week.3 weeks goes by.. The guy finally comes to get our measurements. He comes to my door WITH NO MASK! HE THEN ASKS IF HE NEEDS A MASK TO COME INSIDE MY HOUSE. FOR REAL??? It was never communicated to him that we already purchased a door...Then after a week of not hearing anything we call to see what the cost is... The measurements arent even in the system yet.A few more days go by and the quote is $471..Now we have saved the EXTRA money to go purchase the installation and it goes up 20 more dollars. WHY? We ask! ...well its just 20 dollars. LolWE WILL NEVER BE BACK. Happy for heath that he got his bonus for the sale (NOT) he LIED and the fact that your installer didnt wear a mask to come to my door during a pandemic is atrocious.

I like home depot. I prefer it to the other store (the blue one) I can usually find help. Check out is easy. However today while I was there with my 10 you old stepson the man behind the counter at the paint department was repeatedly dropping the F bomb to his coworker. It was really disappointing.
Sam and the others are a great staff. I was asked if I needed help almost every isle I walked down. Prices are comparable to competitors and close to home...
Any small home repair items or tools I need, I go to Home Depot. This location is very convenient and the staff members are very informed and prepared to assist you in any way they can. I also appreciate the fact that they keep stock of the random various items I need to make small repairs to my home.

Disappointing store lacks inventory and selection. Cabot store is 10 times better. However in Conway Lowes is the place to go for a selection.

Like going there. Its clean and people are friendly. Cant wait until they get indoor plants in. They are always healthy plants. If you have questions about any of them and the person cant answer they find someone who can. I like that. They dont just guess.
