Here is an honest review:I purchased a car for my daughter from this dealer and she became emotionally committed to the car. Had it been for me I would have stopped the minute the fees showed up. Staff was friendly and marginally knowledgeable (owner was on vacation).Yes, their prices are lower, but they make it up in fees. A similar car in better shape with about the same mileage from another dealers may have been $1,000 to $1,500 more. Now comes the reality check. If your funds are limited and you are willing to drive the car as is, then by all means buy one from them, but since this was for my daughter and has to be dependable we spent about $1,000 in tires, alignment, shocks, cleaning the interior, wiper blades, air cleaner and oil change. Now we have a dependable car with above average nicks and scratches. Would we do it again from this dealer? no. Would we recommend them? no. Having said that, they sell late model vehicles that are cosmetically and mechanically below average for a reasonable price so if your funds are limited, your may want to check them out. But be very careful what you buy. Buy with your head not with your heart. Especially, if you can not do your own work. JMHOUPDATE: Three weeks after purchasing the car the transmission crashed. Ford has agreed to fix the TCM free. However, the catch is that the part is on a national back order and it could take as much as three months to get the car back. I can’t say this enough, be careful what you buy. I am 74 YO and have purchased over 50 cars in my life. Some new, but most of them used. This has been the worse of any of them by far. Spend a little more and get something that will last more than just a few miles.

These people are liars and they are out just to get a profit. I went to check them out and the man told me they go through Anderson bank for financing, no they don’t the lady never called any one she just texted her family members and they would call saying all kinds of nonsense. They are crooks. If your interested in a car and someone else comes in interested in same car they going to tell you to both fill an application out for same car. No I do not recommend these crooks. Beware

We bought a 2011 dodge ram 1500 in may of last year. About 2 weeks into having the truck, truck wouldnt start. We paid to have a new ignition switch, which was expensive. So 3 months down the road our back shocks go out on the truck and our truck wont even tow the trailer we pull for work. In December our waterpump went out and now not even a year of having this truck the timing belt went out. Unfortunately we still owe on this truck and it is our only means of transportation. Dont buy a vehicle here unless you want to be in debt and carless

Bought a Mercedes from Cash For Cars 1 year ago and I would like to say it is doing great. I have put 13k miles on it with no issues other than what I knew when I bought the car. The Air Suspension on these are a pain and they had it in the ad and still gave me a little break because of it. I traveled from Ral NC based on what they told me and like I said before 13K later it has been a great car.Now find me a 2008-2009 AMG E63 in grey!!!

I bought a 2009 Nissan Pathfinder from Fjolla and the whole experience was very pleasant. The price was fair and I was even able to negotiate a little. The Pathfinder is very nice but, a few days after the purchase, at the first rain Id driven in, I found that the front wipers werent working at all. I didnt purchase a warranty yet, (have 30 days). When I called and took the vehicle by, Dorian looked at it and said that they would fix it. I was also provided a loaner car from them, which was a pleasant surprise. Currently the Pathfinder is being repaired, as I just dropped it off today 9/28. We will see how this turns out. I feel positive about the experience so far.Got the Pathfinder beck in just one day and the wipers work fine now. Thank you Fjolla and Dorian.

An update to a recent review that i left concerning this company is as follows, I received a phone call this morning from the owners wife and she was very nice in explaining to me that the reason i have yet to receive my visor to my car was because the company of Hyundai has several different visors and they had to get the right one for my car. I am very pleased that she explained to me the reason for it taking so long and i understand that it was not intentional. She was very nice to call me and offer to send my visor to me and she also asked me how my car is doing. I explained to her some problems that i am having to try to get resolved with my car and she was very generous in offering to help me as far as getting my car running again also. Thank you very much for your efforts to help me in my situation i really appreciate the help and the concern.

I drove 2.5 hours to view a truck that was extremely clean and nice. I got several pictures of the vehicle sent to me and tried to make sure everything was there and the owner was being truthful before I made the drive. I felt it was, so I made the drive early saturday morning. When I got there the truck was extremely nice and clean as she stated. I let the truck run for about 10 minutes and it started dinging and saying cut engine off 0 oil pressure. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked the oil. It was 2 quarts low. Ok. Filled it up. And continued inspecting the vehicle and went for test drive. While on test drive oil pressure light came on again and told me to shut engine off. I came back to the dealer and passed on the truck. She stated the truck never did that before. Weather that was true or not, Ill never know but I passed on the vehicle for that reason and I felt she was hiding engine problems.

I had a good experience here. The salesman was attentive and helpful but not pushy. I was shown the vehicles history report when I asked for it and was permitted to take the car to an independent mechanic for inspection prior to purchase. The price was right in line with estimated values I found online. He was kind enough to help me return my rental car after I bought a car from them. Its a year later now and Im still loving my car! My impression is that they value customer service and loyalty.

A year ago I bought a 2003 dodge Dakota from them. I fell in the love with the truck. They were pleasant to be around and were not pushy about the sell. They told me it had some minor issues with the transmission and I later got it fixed for around 30 dollars. I am still driving the truck with no issues at all. That is not professionalism. They had my car for numerous day. Almost 2 months or so. And still is having problems. 1 thing after another. Spark plugs and ignition coil problem. Still happening. They told me I was on my own. And not to bring the car back. Anymore Will not be buying another car from there. My suggestion. Is. Do not go there.if you do. Your vehicle will probably be a lemon too.

Went in to get a car, was dead set on which one I wanted. I put in an application even though there was several cosmetic things wrong. Anyway, I left and changed my mind because I wanted to walk away that day with a car and the guy told me it would take until Monday to get a response. So I called them and told them to cancel the application. However several hours later I get an email stating they ran my credit anyway. So I called them back and asked them why, he didn’t really give me a reason and just said “well good news you got approved”. So I thought ok since they already ran my credit, might as well go through with it. So I begin talking about more details and they start giving the phone to someone else saying different things. In the end, did not go with them because it was just excuse after excuse and no help at all.

This is the worst place to get a carThey scam you into cars that have so many problems I bought my car from these people and I’ve had to spend more money on fixing problems than I had to pay for this piece of junk. If I was you don’t waste your money on these scammers.

Worst place to buy a car. They sold me a Ford Taurus that was fixed up JUST enough for me to pull it off the lot. I test drove it, and it seemed fine. After about 5 miles the car fell apart on me. I had to spend at least 2 grand just to get the car fixed. They are liars, and I wouldnt trust them at all
