I have used them several times over the last few years, with those jobs I have no complaints always great service. Last time I needed something done I sent the image in, told them what I wanted and everything seemed fine. 2 days go by, no response, nothing. So I call and she says an employee has been out and that are really behind but are trying. Fair enough, Ive been there before myself, no worries, its not a high priority job, whatever. 3 more days go by, no email, no call, nothing. So I call back, she gives me the same story and says she will email me when its done. Well, that was two months ago, I dont know whats going on and Im not going to call or email back a third time. I already got my job done somewhere else. I understand losing an important employee, especially when youre a small business can be very hard. But, a single email explaining whats going on and when I can expect it to be done or that they are unable to complete it and I need to go somewhere else would have been great. Instead of leaving me hanging twice and leaving it up to me to contact the business basically asking them to take my money isnt really acceptable. Not trying to trash the company just giving my experience.

After searching around, my fiancé and I are extremely happy that we chose A&B Reprographics! Tasha and Johnathan are amazing! I went here for decal stickers for two mirrors that I plan to use at my wedding next month. One will be used as a welcome sign and the other one will go beside the sweetheart table, it includes a bible verse. They took their time showing me different fonts and ideas, while still making the process simple and easy! They made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it to be before finalizing and printing! I will definitely be back for business!
