The light-skin middle-aged woman with the big brown braids is extremely rude. Every time I come in I receive attitude. Recently I walked in with some friends to purchase some items and instead of asking me if I needed any help the woman just says “can y’all hurry up and find what you want cause we close at 7:30”. We thought she was joking and was waiting for her to say she was just kidding but never received it. I understand you ready to get off of work but the process would’ve just went by quicker had you helped us. Another lady was in the store & instead of being rude the girls co worker offered some assistance. As we were leaving she was standing at the door waiting on her ride rolling her eyes at us. If I even ask this woman a simple question her facial expression and posture is not customer friendly. Her other coworkers were nice and friendly, but it’s always her. If she don’t wanna work in customer service she could easily quit her job instead of being rude & bitter to people ruining their day.

I tried to visit the salon behind this shop but couldnt because JJs had blocked the drive with their dumpsters. Turns out they do this all the time just to be jerks. :( Hurting others businesses is NOT cool.

The prices are sometimes too high but they have a wide variety of products to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff make it a go to shop for me.

I bought the JJ Hair... Bare & Natural 100% Virgin Hair... I spent $295 for this hair. I tried to ask the ladies what they recommended so I could avoid this problem, but instead one was on the phone talking about drama and rolling her eyes while the other one was kinda helpful but wouldn’t recommend anything just because I didn’t tell her a type. If I’m asking for your recommendation it should be what you think would look good on me and some good hair! Instead, I got this rat nest in my head. Hair shreds ridiculously. I don’t care what no one else say this hair is no where near real!! I’ve had synthetic hair better than this!! I’m so disappointed!

This place is AMAZING. They carry so many African American friendly products. I buy everything I need from here. Also, the prices arent high and the staff know lots about hair management, so they can help you find the right products. The store also has products that Ive never even seen or heard of before and theyre organized and grouped together so theyre easy to find. Plus someone is always at or around the counter to help. Definitely shop here if you get the chance 👍👍

Nice deals on weave n wigs

Employees were rude, unfriendly, would not offer to help me. I am white. I realize most white women do not wear wigs or hair extensions and there are just not many places that sell wigs for white people. I am not racist at all! If I were, I would never have stepped through that door. If I had known how racist the employees and the owner acted towards me, being the only white person in the store, I wouldnt have shopped there. While 3 employees were assisting 1 black woman, I was left to find a wig that would suit me. I was determined to buy one. The only time any of the employees said anything to me was when I stepped up into another area of the store. I was immediately told I was not allowed up there. No signs saying employees only. So...I eventually found a folding chair and a mirror, grabbed a couple of wigs I wanted to try on and proceeded to help myself. I found the wig I wanted, had to practically scream at the 3 employees standing around the other customer to get the boxed wig since I wasnt allowed to get it myself. I checked out and left and will not be returning. By the way, I had breast cancer and chemo, so JJ Beauty Supply owner and employees....you should be ashamed of how you treat potential customers, no matter their race!

I went in to J.J to buy a wig and when I got there no one was there where the wigs were. So I went straight to the wig section, and one of the workers came up to me and said are you looking for a wig. I thought it was an odd question since I was clearly looking at wigs. I told her yes and asked why was I suppose to wait for you and she said yes.She didnt speak or ask how are you doing or anything. I immediately thought How was I suppose to know, if you were back here I would have known. So instead I said well Im just looking right now and no response. She waited and said well you gonna have to buy a wig cap for a dollar and I said okay its no problem. So I finally found something and tried it on and I asked her where is a mirror, she said absolutely nothing just pointed her finger towards the mirror. I just told her you know what Ill just go some place else cause Im not feeling your vibe at all. Im not a confrontational person and I felt her taking me there. Customer service was nonexistent at J.J. beauty supply. I left and drove all the way to Little Rock to get a wig.. Im new to Conway and thanks for making my visit the worse Ive ever had. So if i could i would give them no stars...

Every time Ive been there Ive always been treated rudely. I go there and spend my hard earned money only get attitude when you ask for assistance. Seriously if you dont want to work then let someone else have the job. Very disappointing!

Cashiers are EXTREMELY RUDE and ghetto for lack of better words. Very POOR customer service. I went to this establishment to get crochet hair, I had just gotten off work & it was about 15 min before the store closed. I and another lady were the last two left. The lady was asking me questions about some crochet hair and I helped her pick out the perfect hair for herself showing her difference in the hair textures and a good color for herself even showing her examples in my phone. There were 3 workers in the building all standing at the front by the register talking amongst themselves COMPLETELY IGNORING us last two customers and didnt even offer their help. The lady finally made her purchase after I helped her and she left. Then it was just me. So I am trying to find myself some hair after I spent majority of the time helping the other lady. 7pm came around and one of the worker ladies yelled out WHAT TIME IS IT? One of the other worker ladies replied 7 o clock Im assuming this was said out loud as a reminder for me to Hurry the hell up. All 3 ladies stood at the top of the register and STARED AT ME silently, one even saying Man Im so ready to go home. They didnt offer me any help, suggestions,or anything. I felt pressured to hurry up and pick out some hair because they were ready to go & were being EXTREMELY RUDE. It was absolutely RIDICULOUS. Never experienced such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in Conway. Whats even worse is sometimes the owner, JJ, is Just as rude and unpleasant to customers. PLEASE SHOP AT SUNS CASUALS HAIR STORE! I will not continue to dish out my money to JJs. This establishment has lost a 5 year customer. I let the young ladies know how I felt before I left. Would it help any? I doubt it.
