Kennedy was so helpful and patient with me. I had so many questions and was in there for hours. I got so many beautiful books!!!! If only there was a booksamillion by us in Florida. Its so much better than Barnes and noble. Such great selection. So clean too. All of the staff was great but Kennedy really went above and beyond for me!!!

Great variety!! Their intro level reading books selection is some of the beat in all of Conway! Even my 6 year old likes going to pick out new books! Very organized most days!

Really great place to get a used book for a good price and not have to wait on shipping etc.

I love BAM & the variety of books and products, but when declining the membership really changes the cashiers attitude at check-out.. it really makes me not want to come back. Im not sure if the employees have a quota to make for the memberships and magazine subscriptions they push at check out & if that is the case, something really needs to change.

I actually forgot about this place and my love for reading! i took my niece in the other day and Chris was extremely nice and polite! I will be back soon!

My recent experience here was amazing! We walked in about 15 minutes before they closed (we usually wouldn’t do that but there was a book I really wanted) and easily found the book I was looking for. On top of that, a wonderful and delightful employee of theirs (Sadie I believe) was super helpful and humorous. She discussed in depth the book I was interested in and made a few other wonderful suggestions. She was the highlight of our visit! I definitely suggest visiting here and if Sadie happens to be working, definitely direct any questions you have to her, she will go above and beyond on helping you find what you’re looking for. Thank you Sadie!!

I always love walking into a bookstore. Upon entering the employees were quick to greet and very informative if you need to find a book. One of the employees went out of his way to show some books that he enjoys and explained them without giving away a lot of details. Definitely recommend going to the Conway, AR store.

This has become one of our go to spots every time my in-laws come in from Texas. A few of us are book lovers, a cpl of us are very into checking out the collectibles, the book selection is great and if they dont have it they can order it. I love their selection of journals and new age books.

This place is fantastic! Love the staff here. Theyre always happy, friendly and helpful. They know the merchandise and the books like theyve read half of the inventory and thats how it should be. These stores are a dying breed. I hope this one survives. If it keeps being run like this, it should have no problems.

This place is amazing! The membership is free, the new age section is fantastic! The employees are very nice and extremely helpful. I was looking for a certain book that I thought would be there but is actually online and turns out is much more affordable but this place in general is way more affordable for purchases than Barnes & Noble is. I recommend it highly for all the above reasons including its great parking structure and handicap accessible ramp for those who need it. This place is like a Hastings for books and book memorabilia. 5 stars!!

Everyone is helpful and friendly until you go to checkout. They are very aggressive with pushing their membership. If I could give no stars, I would. Every single time I have been no was not good enough. The last time, yesterday, was the last time. I had my children with me and the guy was still pushing the membership, and rudely so, as we were walking out the door. Time before, a different guy pushed membership, magazines, and donations.. and said some very rude comments to my no.

I love coming here since we dont have a book store at home. They have some cool stuff besides books as well. I just wish they had more in store books. I usually always have to order them from the site. I love the subscription. It has more than paid for itself.

Loved this store! A lot fun junkies to find/ collecting. Disappointed, they need at least some couch, or club chairs for customers to sit a bit. Wish it has small coffees shop/cafe as well. Used to have one in North Little Rock but made smart decisions to move away from Barnes and Noble. It more of walking and browsing around. Not place to hang out.

Sometimes you just want to go to a bookstore and put your hands on a book before buying it. This a a good shop for that. They have a nice selection and a friendly staff. They also have a big selection of other stuff, comics, games, gifts, toys and collectibles. Definitely worth a visit.

Ive love to read and have visited several book stores in the central Arkansas area. This BAM is smaller than a lot but is well stocked and just feels comfortable. The lady that helped me during my last visit was exceptional. She knows books, authors, various genre....couldnt have been more helpful.

I love reading and have always tried to encourage it in others. My mistake in bringing my nephew here was not being able to get him past the toys. More toys than books. Should have taken him to the library. However, the staff was helpful.

For being the only book store in Conway, it isnt too bad. They have a decent selection of books but not a huge selection. Prices are standard for what youll be paying in a retail book store. Amazon has better prices though it that concerns you.

Love BAM. Do think they need to work on the arrangement of their kid section as I had a hard time finding the books I wanted to get for my son. But BAM is by far the best book store around.

Nice book selection got a little something for everybody in there but it didnt feel very comfortable know where to see it like it used to be no coffee no snacks we could go buy something with a little kiosk area they used to have a childrens section so they could play while we look at the books that does not exist no more really hope you all bring back the seating area at least but the books are priced reasonably

Weve been fans of Books-A-Million for years and were disappointed when our local BAM in North Little Rock closed. We make the trip here occasionally and its like settling into your favorite chair. Its an awesome store to browse in with a zillion items to see. Always a good selection of books on sale. The only blemish is having the occasional back and forth with the clerk at checkout over purchasing a membership. We alternate our memberships each year between here and Barnes & Noble, so they get our membership every other year. The fellow who checked us out during our last visit called our alternating membership plan silly [Note to staff: Never insult the customer].

I went there while the rest of the family was shopping. I was disappointed that there were not a few chairs there to relax and read a little. It is hard to decide if you are interested and buy a book without reading a few pages.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They didnt have the book I wanted in stock, but offered to order it for me. Highly recommend them.

Good selection of books, although I saw two in the comedy section with profanity in the title yet they were at childrens eye level - not acceptable. One lady who works there was over-the-top helpful while the guy who rang our purchases up was a bit pushy in trying to convince us to become members.

Small. Very very small. They had a big toy section in the back and I was a little perturbed by that since its a book store. It was almost impossible to find what I needed and when I finally did figure out where it should be they didnt have it. well we can order it for you was the answer. If I wanted to order it I could have just gone to amazon.
