Great guys with no pressure sales. Been in several times to get quotes with no issues. Finally decided to upgrade the wifes radio. No disappointments at all. Lifetime warranty on install so if something doesnt work they fix it. Cant go wrong! 2011 Sonata Limited.

Ripoff, I came to your store and you told me you wouldnt install the stereo I purchased from, Advanced Auto for 290.00. It was inferior because it wasnt to your liking. So I, asked you to give me a price for a stereo that you had in your store to purchase and install, you told me it would cost me 750.00. Thats a ripoff, thats 450.00 more. You just seen me coming and took advantage of me.

WORST INSTALLATION I HAVE EVER SEEN!!My husband’s birthday, Father’s day and our anniversary are within a few days of each other so I wanted to do something I knew he would love and since he travels constantly for work, having an awesome sound system and Apple CarPlay would not only make long trips more enjoyable, but safer because of the navigation and voice commands. I wanted a professional job done so it was done right & since we aren’t from Little Rock I chose Audio Innovations because of the number of positive reviews and I felt confident with his skills and experience.The job got handed off to less-trained employee while he sat at the computer.There are some SERIOUS problems that shouldn’t have happened if done by anyone with the smallest bit of experience with installations.I was charged and incredibly ludicrous amount of money for a two-bit job.List of problems as follows:- There has been a horrible burning smell. The sub is fine so it is not from the coil. When my husband looked up what the smell could be from it says that something is wired incorrectly.- How he grounded the negative wire leading from the capacitor, we found that he drilled into the back of the car and when he drilled in he just pulled it out causing the metal around the hole to point up and not allow for any type of screw (should be a bolt) to be able to hold and not be loose. Anyone doing stereos for more than a few days of drilling holes in general would know this! You can’t screw into a hole when there is nothing to grip onto. My husband, having done stereos many times before but not having the time and because the car was under warranty, he wanted it done correctly. He used a torque driver to drive a bolt with washer to complete a secure ground, as depicted in the pictures provided. As shown in the picture, the wire was not grounded at all and he used a stock vehicle wire to hold it up to make the metal to metal contact. This can cause MAJOR problems with the vehicles electrical systems. When my husband contacted him about it he was told by the owner, Jim ( who we thought was doing the job the entire time) that that is not their policy or procedure when securing a negative ground to the car. If he hadn’t gone through to see what was wrong there could have been a fire.- My husband has realized that the deck itself will go out as if there is a short in the power wire. It usually fixes itself when he opens the internal fuse box door and shuts it again which leads us to believe that the HORRIBLE wiring job in the mess of cords in the fuse box is a SERIOUS part of the problem. When my husband called regarding that Jim said those were the cars factory wires and that his wiring was just secured to it and when we bring it back it he could find a way to tuck them up. Once we had the alarm system installed from VIP Audio, they tucked them away for us. Wish we could have brought it there to begin with.The airbag light keeps going off and on.headlights and my fog lights keep going out and I have had to replace the lights.Apple CarPlay acts like there is no connection and pops the 20amp fuse for the 12 volt power adapter which is right next to the usb for the CarPlay. Because the usb where I pug in my CarPlay is so messed up, it affects not only CarPlay, but also my microphone and Siri and it is constantly blowing fuses.From my understanding, the price of the installation FOR EVERYTHING was going to be around $339.94 which I got from an email from him. The only equipment we did not provide was the plastic replacement mount, a conversion box (not needed per a Subaru mechanic that had the same car same deck before upgrading) the 700$ model Pioneer Was Mastro/Data Link Ready, which means you don’t need that part!! too much to tell refer to BBB WEBSITE

These guys are great! I had issues with my audio upgrade after letting a friend install my Focal speakers and sub. The sound was just really bad and distorted easily. I took it to Audio Innovations and they explained that to get the correct sound Id need to add a sound processor.They installed it and rewired everything and the result was AMAZING!!! My system sounds awesome and the sub is deadly. Huge upgrade in a base model 2015 Mustang.I would say that their pricing may be higher than some, but their work is superior. You can also see this by the awards that theyve won. I highly recommend that you visit them before anyone else. Those guys do fast, honest, and phenomenal work!!!

I had issues with my radio in my kia soul. My battery had been hooked up wrong and had to replace a main fuse but radio still not working. Got run around from everywhere trying to get it fixed. Went here and the gentleman working was very kind and listen carefully and was willing to help. After just a few moments he discovered what was wrong. After months of non working radio...it was fixed within no time. Very professional!!!

I used to be into sound systems heavily about ten years ago. Did my own research, got the parts and did my own installation.This time around I was just looking for an upgrade to vehicle I just purchased. It is an older year jeep so the factory parts were worn and most of the speakers were blown.These guys upgraded my head unit and replaced the speakers and I gotta say... Im glad I trusted experts on this one. Looks great. Sounds amazing.

If you want the absolute best experience when it comes to upgrading your car then you have to come here. Jim is hands down the most knowledgeable individual Ive ever interacted with and Ive had multiple installs done by different businesses around Central Arkansas. If you have a question he will have multiple stories/suggestions/recommendations for what youre looking for and your budget. I went in initially with an idea of what I wanted, came out with something completely different but it was everything I was looking for and more . During the install, all panels of my car were covered and protected, and when I came to pick it up Jim apologized because he hadnt wiped one footprint off of the passenger door sill. I dont ever leave reviews but these guys are truly top notch. Give them a shot to earn your business if you have any kind of car /boat /side by side electronics needs.

Went in to get a subwoofer, box, and amp and sat there watching the worker and or owner talk to a guy ab every day life for about 40 minutes he never said a word to me. Waste of my time and would have been a waste of my money. He also didnt have a single thing marked on the price so I couldnt figure out if I wanted anything there without talking to him. Go to dash board electronics there service was great.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and hands down the best customer service. I came in for a new receiver and satellite radio and was very pleased with everything. Jim beat the competitions prices by far, too. I highly recommend this shop. It is worth the drive just for the great service. I will definitely be back.

Do not go this shop for interlocks!!! Im in the process of reporting Jim for refusing to service my interlock. Dont know how he thinks he can get away with it seeing as it was him that was wrong in the first place. I will never set foot in this store again in my life!!!!!! Jim thinks hes a judge when it comes to interlocks. Not the case. Hes getting paid to service the units, not interject his opinions when someone brings one in for service. Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

If I could give Jim 10 stars I would. he replaced the Bose head unit last year on my C5 corvette, this past week he replaced the aged but working Bose speaker system, WOW, the workmanship he pu into the install, and the speakers he selected are awesome, no wonder hes won so many awardsGreat guy, always willing to work with a customer even when he is busy

I was able to walk in and ask a ton of questions on what options I had with my car. I have a 2004 Acura and after expressing how I wanted to keep the stock look and needed good audio quality I was given great feedback and given several options. I have not had my install done yet but after having talked to the other stores in Conway just on the initial meeting I would recommend this store hands down! They also offer a broader selection then the other stores in town! Going with a Focal speaker set when I place my order, I was a convert from Alpine after hearing them in store.
