Every time I go to Thomas Supply Co., The Staff greets me, with a warm Welcome. Then they offer to assist me in finding, whatever Im looking for. After Im finished finding all that I need, they ring it up, and bag it or box it up for me, and send me to Carol, to pay for the Plumbing Supplies. I used to check out with Tammy, but shes got an Office of her own now. Shes moved up in Life.

Sooooooo shocking how rude these people are!!!!! Even though its convenient, I will go out of my way, to go somewhere else. They must be having a really bad day. Honestly in these times, you would think customer service would be spot on. Way to many choices locally to put up with this nonsense.
