I had a hurricane resistant garage door installed - Nick and Thomas were my installers. I was pleasantly pleased with the overall professionalism exhibited by both. Questions were answered politely and thoroughly and the job was completed with care for my home. The job site was fully cleared and cleaned when they left. Wow,across the board,,,it was great dealing with GRAND STRAND GARAGE DOOR,,,FROM ESTIMATE TO INSTALLATION,VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY,THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY GOOD,NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM,,CLEANED UP LIKE THEY WERE NEVER THERE,,,AND I AM STILL ECSTATIC THAT YOU CAN BARELY HEAR OPERATION WHEN 650 LB DOOR IS GOING UP OR DOWN,,,AND I SHOPPED AROUND,THEY(GSGD) HAD THE BEST PRICE,ACTUALLY CAME IN LESS THAN QUOTE WHEN ALL WAS SAID AND DONE,,,WILL BE REFERRING THESE GUYS,,,NO PROBLEM,,,,THANK YOU BUD!

Had a wonderful experience with them. They installed 2 doors for me. Great work, fast service and friendly staff. Easy to get in touch with and did what they said they would. They dont use cheap stuff which is great. Hurricane came through and garage doors were like a rock.

I have called and called and called now for over a week and still can’t get a call back. They repaired my garage in March and did a great job - said everything is under warranty. I was trying to get them to come back since the issues we are currently having are the same as they repaired last time. I’ve called the direct guy - Dante - and texted him with no luck, and I’ve left three VM’s on the main line. I am due with baby #2 literally tomorrow and extremely frustrated that no one will help us get this fixed before I go into the hospital - much less the courtesy of just a call back. Going to report to the better business bureau if I don’t hear back by Monday.... so disappointing.

Call these guys first! I got an estimate from another company at the beach that I knew was way too high. And they charged $65 for the estimate. Grand Strand Garage Door came out to give a free estimate and was less than half thw price of the other company. Great, prompt service at a fair price.
