This is the only pharmacy I will use. When you walk in and they greet you by name, that means something. You don’t see that at the big national chains. I love the people here, it reminds me of the local pharmacy from when I was a kid.

They are the best! The whole team goes above and beyond to ensure you get the lowest prices. Awesome customer service! Fast and friendly.

Johnny and the rest of the staff are kind and courteous. They are always willing to answer questions without making you feel like you are imposing on their time. Shameful, google only allows 5 stars.

Have never had a more pleasant time picking up prescriptions. The friendly Service is beyond compare. Due to circumstances, I had to set up my Account with them over the phone. Instead of them acting like it was a hassle, the young Women on the Phone went over and beyond to help me. Called my previous Pharmacy for me to get Prescriptions transferred and any Insurance information needed. After one visit they remembered my Wife and I on our second visit.This is place is the mold for how a Business showed conduct Customer Service.Cannot think of a neither point to make other than they make me want to have to go to the Doctor to get more Prescriptions so I have a reason to go back again.Thanks to them for all their help.

Awesome customer service! The gift shop within the pharmacy are way too pricey but the pharmaceuticals are very well priced if you have no insurance. They take TRICARE (Walgreens does not accept TRICARE) and always assist with questions regarding newly prescribed meds. John, the pharmacist, is a class act and truly makes you feel like a person. Typically, most pharmacies are only a money generation operation and care for their bottom line. Not here, the best pharmacy in Conway. TOTALLY 5 STARS.
