We called this pool company over a year ago to get a quote. The lady that answered the phone is very nice. Once we FINALLY got the guy to come and look so he could give us a quote...we NEVER heard a word from him. If you want good results in a pool, this is a sure sign to stay away. If you dont want the job...just say so and dont treat people like this.

The company which installed my pool was unable and unwilling to make a repair on my pool which used some advanced technology for its operation. I made the rounds and nobody seemed to be able to help me. I kept coming back to Luxury Pool & Spa because they were listed by the manufacturer as an expert in my technology.After learning my situation, the owner had compassion on me and worked me in to their schedule.It was an excellent experience - the technician was very trustworthy, competent, and knowledgeable. In short order, he had me up and running like a top again.It was a huge mistake that I didnt get Luxury to install my pool to start with. I endured more problems than you would want to hear. I told my wife that it was one of those decisions where I would have saved a lot of time, frustration, and yes, money in the long run to have chosen the better company to do the install. Obviously, if I had it to do over again, Id choose Luxury.

Very professional, managed to fit me in even though they were understaffed. Extremely nice and friendly best pool company in central Arkansas. Would recommend to everyone, will definitely use them for all my pool needs.

Luxury Pool & Spa built our pool in 2007 and we continue to enjoy it every day. The entire Luxury Pool family has been and continues to be awesome providing the products and services we need in a prompt, courteous and always affordable manner. They open, close and provide any necessary maintenance with little or no effort on our part. Throughout the years we have experienced very few issues and have never been dissatisfied with their solution. If you are looking to build a pool or install a spa we would recommend Luxury above all others. They go above and beyond to provide their customers complete satisfaction.

We built our home in 2009 and wanted to have a pool built at the same. This was a first for us so we had tons of questions. We met with Jeremy and Shane (Owners) multiple times leading up to the construction beginning. If you have ever built a home, you know how rare it is for there to be no surprises when it comes to cost and time for completion. I assumed the same would apply for the pool as well. I couldnt have been more wrong! They did everything they told us, and completed the project faster and cheaper than what we were expecting. That is even more impressive when you consider that the pool was constructed in the winter months. The temperature has to be warm enough for the final concrete work and liner to be installed, The weather was not cooperating at all,. Jeremy called and said that he thought he found a solution. They placed a plastic dome over the pool and was able to control the temperature enough to finish the project. Extra cost to us.......zero! Their service over the last nine years has been no less impressive. I cant recommend them strongly enough! They are class acts in every way!

I couldnt be more pleased with the job by Jeremy and the crew at Luxury Pool & Spa. I previously had used a different service, which left a lot to be desired. Our pool was in terrible shape when Luxury Pool & Spa got on the job. Within 3 days, they had the chemical mess thoroughly cleaned, the chlorine at the right levels, and the pool ready for swimming. The folks at the office are always friendly and quick to assist. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I cant recommend Luxury Pool & Spa highly enough.

Luxury installed a pool for me. They exceeded all my expectations, were always very professional. they stayed on top of the daily schedule and gave attention to every detail. The finished pool is beautiful and we have enjoyed it very much. I would highly reccommend them to anyone considering a pool or spa.

Office told me they would come and work on my spa but they were very busy and would be a month but would call. Six weeks later I call and they said Oh, we only work on tubs that we installed and refused to work on mine. So I waited all this time expecting to get a call only to be told they would not support me. That is some GREAT customer service!! People may like them, but not in my book. Wouldnt use their services or shop ever! Yes I am bitter, but they took down all my info and they should have gotten back to me if someone made a mistake by accepting my service request. A sorry on the phone 6 weeks later is not the right solution.

Impressive group of people that actually follow through with what they claim they can do. You dream it, theyll build it. Very happy.
